guys i love you all somuch but you have got to stop self-deprecating because you talk about a character a lot or collect something frivolous or rewatch the same movie every day because you think everyone around you is peering down at you (from where??) and judging you heavily for it. that is not happening. the things you do are normal and i think you've lost touch with that because it's so easy to joke about how not normal you are & then your brain feeds on those jokes and processes them into little kernels of assumed truth. loving something a lot and participating actively in loving it a lot is incredibly common. the vast majority of people on Earth are not bitchy high schoolers trying to cast certain normal traits as Weird And Uncool in order to find a footing in the wretched avalanche that is adolescent social development, they're adults who also love things a lot or kids who also love things a lot or even teens who lucked out and have their heads on straight and think it's cool to love things a lot. and anyone who's not is dust to you OK you hear me? Dust. They do not matter. stop talking about yourself like that it sucks and it keeps you from recognizing how awesome and interesting you are. and you deserve better than that.

As i saw that other anon say it, yeah, i seriously hope things aren't too extreme for you currently. know that what you make can still bring comfort to some people even! i have a ton of issues and getting to play with dark fiction on my own terms and time with my comfort characters and self inserts honestly almost soothes me so, love to you, i hope this is still fun for you

on maybe the most serious note on this blog,,, dark fiction itself is something that i do enjoy; for me it’s a means of coping, and i have been fortunate enough to have met wonderful people because of it.

no hate received yet, but i wouldn’t be surprised if it came soon since it’s…,,,! not everyone’s cup o tea !LMAO but i’m not too concerned with that, since the inside of everyone’s little bubble looks different. just because my bubble doesn’t fit someone else’s tastes doesn’t make it any less of a safe place, and i’m not going to accommodate it to how others want it and i acknowledge vice versa :3

so i do find fun in it, because it helps! especially now that i recently got diagnosed with panic disorder—in a family that isn’t very,, open minded,,? to mental illnesses, its been assisting a lot in getting that bad stuff out of my system in a way? if that makes sense LMAOSFF… i am Not very Good wirth words..,

for now it’s fun, at least, because nobody is expecting anything of me. expectations are something i want to get away from, so it’s really nice to just be in a place where thoughts can be shared without any judgment ^.^!!

in regards to my well-being—i’ve just felt a little out of it, i know therapy needs you to dig up shit and talk about it but i guess actually coming to terms with everything has thrown me for a loop ;;.,

it’s easier to try to forget that stuff altogether than being like “oh, hey! this happened and this was the outcome of it, what can we do to make that outcome less bad?”

imma just hit this right off the bat since the chapter just came out- a little crazy? A LITTLE?? man's taking after his 'father' more than he realizes, no wonder he is next in line to be 'king'.

seriously tho, the mental/emotional range lyney has this chapter is wild to me. he's so happy and giddy but even though that doesn't necessarily go away he flips a switch to serious mode when lynette questions him.

he's just?? constantly planning? like here he is, acting almost lovesick over thawed!reader but he keeps hyperfocused on any information she drops to store for later use. worrying over her using her old weapon from her time at the house? already planning on how to get her the perfect weapon as a gift and asks her about childe's methods. 'idle' conversation? instantly mentally notes what topics she is avoiding. she questions him about what the house is doing? i'd bet real money he noted that as well, not to mention wording his answer so that he didn't fully lie to her(after earlier mentioning that she would know if he was lying to her face??? lsafdkjfsa).

Like! Literally, his first words after their little spar date were “She’s hiding something”. sjklsflaljf, like yeah??! She is!!! About a lot of things my guy! Just wait until you get the full picture and not just the flawed info you got right now.
