I do not and have not ever claimed to be an expert on robotic body parts, so you're gonna do me a huge favor and just imagine way more lines and screws on these guys than the bare minimum I've provided here

They don't have very interesting concepts beneath all those clothes. They're basically glorified retail workers that have been designed to look appealing - when paired with the clothes they're selling you.

That doesn't mean the bodies are cheap! Both have a thin layer of colored glass over sections that gives them that trademark reflective gleam, and in other places - namely, the areas that would make contact with customers and areas that customers wouldn't even see - there's a soft layer of silicone, instead. (As with most designs, there's parts of their body (mostly silicone areas) that have diluted in color due to time and general wear.)

They don't have any specific outfit but tend to just where whatever they fancy from the mall that day. You can find some examples here!

And the y/n from this au doesn't have a specific appearance, aside from a backpack and mall trademarked beanie

seth's new design!! wow!!

SO YEAH this is the seth redesign i was talking about in my last post!!

basically i was like "hey.. so rapunzel's hair changed color in the end, right. and it got shorter. so what if we did the same with seth, except in his case it's getting longer". and. yeah, here i am.

i think it's good for my ocs to have redesigns actually! i want them to age and i want them to change!!

and yes. yes, i know that he looks so much like riku and arata. i know. i blamed myself for not being creative enough but then i was like "well. all of them have different personalities and backstories and arata is especially different from seth and riku". so. yeah👍 i just have my fav tropes and styles and aesthetics and obviously i try to include them in my oc designs as much as possible! my vidia boy is probably going to join this dark-haired boy gang hehe.. i will introduce him. one day. give me some time.

seth's redesign notes:

as you have probably already noticed, his hair is getting longer. he doesn't really want to cut it and he actually wants to grow it out. he's not sure if he wants it to be as long as it was when he was a child, but.. we'll see. it's actually a huge deal for him because he was afraid of his hair getting longer and he tried to cut it as often as possible since luna claimed that she thinks seth looks better with long hair, so.. he's finally able to move on :)

it's not so noticeable here bc of the filter i used but seth still has purple highlights! they're just more subtle now.

what is not subtle at all, however, that he has even more piercings and tattoos everywhere now. he has some on his back and legs too, they're just not visible here.

the tattoo on his neck is actually supposed to look like a chameleon's tail.

he has a new choker too and surprisingly, it's more pastel compared to the rest of his outfit.

he decided that he's too cool for the nrc uniform, so now his uniform doesn't have that many similarities with it, he doesn't wear his jacket anymore and his shirt has shorter sleeves. the thingy on his vest is kinda supposed to be a reference to the dark mirror.

again, not that noticeable here, but seth is wearing new colored contacts and his eyes are actually supposed to look like a purple and pink sky full of lanterns. he's still refusing to wear his glasses more, haha.

his nails are hot pink most of the time and they look more bright compared to the rest of his design.

Y E S he's wearing matching rings with rollo >:3 i am so insane about this concept, STOP ME BEFORE I START RAMBLING ABOUT IT. i actually think seth would wear a matching accessory depending on who he's dating at the moment/in this universe/timeline. and since i'm in a very strong seth x rollo mood as always, i went with this one. but i'm sure i'll get to draw the rest of them in the future!

and now. just take these silly doodles bc i had this redesign opened on my tablet when i pulled for rollo and. he didn't come home (he will. he will i am dragging him as he's screaming for his life) and i was like. at first i was like "did he not like it :(" but then i came to the conclusion that this repressed catholic school boy just. needed a moment to process it.

It was time for breakfast. You had woken up right on time, and began to make scrambled eggs and pancakes. You knew how to make them exactly how Sebastian wanted. So once it was done, you slowly woke him up and got him to the table.

..Which was when he noticed your plate was far more empty than his. Sebastian didn't eat much compared to the average guy, but it was enough for him. However, you were far more active, and generally ate more than what was on your plate.

"You feeling alright?" He questioned. "I know it's not my place to comment, but it feels like you've been eating less and less recently. It's concerning.." Sebastian looks straight at you, unsure if this is how he should be asking.

"Yes!" You shoot a false smile a him, "just, uh, haven't been that hungry! Plus I snacked as I was making it haha. So actually, I think I should get to work."

You abruptly stood up, causing the table to shift. The water you had poured came dangerously close to spilling over, but settled down as you walked away.

You knew you needed to eat, but something about it just felt *wrong*. Yes, you felt hungry, but it wasn't as bad as it used to be. It felt numb-er than before. The sting no longer a stab, but a prickle. You knew you shouldn't act like this. You knew this wasn't good in the long run. But how can you stop?

It had been nearly 3 days since you last had a proper meal. You were starting to run out of excuses to Sebastian, but somehow managed to find new reasons every time. You ate while making it! You had lunch with your friends! You ate before he woke up. You'll just eat later. Each excuse in and out of the book.

But now he was noticing. Why couldn't he just leave it alone? You had finished your work today, and was sitting on the couch. Sebastian came to cuddle next to you, which had become the norm after getting married.

"Babe?" He called up from your lap. You merely hummed in response, waiting for him to continue. "Babe I think we should talk about this morning"

And you tensed up again. "I told you earlier, I ate while making the food! And I just haven't been hungry recently."

"This is just the one thing I have. It's not the first time it's happened. I just.." You huffed, "Why is this so hard!! It shouldn't be this hard to talk about it!"

"I've been really stressed recently? It's very overwhelming to go from someone at a terrible desk job hating themselves to go to a new farmer in an extremely tight knit community. It's weird. Everything is going so much better, where it feels like I'm just waiting for it to fall apart. So I started freaking out! I can't control when people will leave. When my life will change again. But I can control this. It started.. a while ago. Just skipping breakfast or lunch every once in a while. But recently I've just been. Eating nothing??? And it doesn't even feel bad. And that's the problem! I know it should but I just can't seem to stop. I know I need to eat. I know! And I was trying so hard to keep it under control but now you know and I'm freaking out and Sebastian I think I need help."

The more you spoke the faster you got. But once you were done you felt yourself be pulled into a tight hug.

"Alright. There you go shhh it's okay" Tears started to pool in your eyes, slipping down to the end of your face. "It's okay, I'm here for you. I can take over food things for a while. Okay?" What an interesting name. I don't think many people on this service actually use something that creative. I, for one, just really enjoy having eggs so I'm called scrambled eggs. I think the funniest possible way for cosmo and wanda to find out their pookie bear did in fact die and got better is Dev or Hazel casually mentioing it in earshot of them unaware that this is new information cosmo and wanda. I'm talking, long enough in the future that for the people in the know, it's practically something to joke about.
