Hmmm.... One of the things I was most nervous about with this move was having to prepare for the landlord to inspect the house. Now he's told me that I can just leave the key in the mailbox when I move. This is what I've done with other places before (probably more often than not). He knows that I have hoarderish issues and more of a financial cushion than most.
