先日取り上げた＜天満大阪昆布＞同様、我が家の生活に不��欠の存在が＜地球洗い隊＞だ。主力商品の＜とれるNo.1＞がテレビで紹介されたのが2005年10月、それ以��20年近くのお付き合いとなる。現在は粉末だし・塩・シークワーサーも愛用しているが、それらがセットになった超お買い得福袋が一日限定で販売、起床直後に早速注文した。言っとくけど、これは無駄遣いではないからね。

5時30分起床。

地球洗い隊に福袋を注文する。

ツレアイの起床を待って洗濯開始。

朝食を頂く。

洗濯物を干す。

珈琲を入れる。

弁当*2を用意する。

空き瓶、45L*1。

彼女は休み、1人で出勤する。

R171が混んでいて、結構時間がかかった。

換気、ラジオ体操第一、お茶。

iMac のOSアップデート。

明日の＜共生社会と人権＞の資料を印刷する。

月曜3限クラスのエクセル試験の採点、予想通り＜if関数＞を使えないものが多い。

水曜日は2限・3限＜情報機器の操作Ⅱ（栄養学科）＞、月曜同様にエクセルの試験を実施する。

昼休みにラジオ体操第二、月曜4限クラスの試験の採点。

彼女がココを＜秋山恵蔵動物クリニック＞へ、ステロイドの注射をしてもらったとのこと。

3限終了ですぐに退出。

順調に帰宅。

Apple is urging all Mac and MacBook users to update their devices to macOS version 15.1.1 immediately. Which devices are affected?

The macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 update is necessary for all Macs running on Apple Silicon. This includes:

iMac Pros released since 2017

iMacs released since 2019

MacBook Pros released since 2018

Mac Minis released since 2018

Mac Pros released since 2019.

The update also supports several Intel-powered Macs released from 2017 onwards.

How to update your Mac

To update to macOS 15.1.1:

Go to System Settings/General/Software Update and click “Update Now” .

On older Macs, go to System Preferences and click “Software Update” .

Other Apple devices

Apple has also released updates for iOS, iPadOS, visionOS, and Safari to address these vulnerabilities. These updates are available for a wide range of iPhones and iPads .

Importance of updating

These are just two of four zero-day vulnerabilities Apple has addressed this year. Another vulnerability was demonstrated at the Pwn2Own Vancouver hacking competition (CVE-2024–27834), and the remaining three were patched earlier in the year. 私はスーツを着ないので、普段はSOU・SOUのシャツやジャケットを愛用している。早めに予約すれば10%オフというキャンペーンにのせられた冬物のジャケットが届いた。開封すると、をを、来年の暦が入っている。以前ならいくらでも手に入ったカレンダーも、近年は（無料では）なかなか手に入らなくなった。これとて無料ではないが、それでも毎年定番のカレンダーを使うのは暮らしのリズムに心地よい。冬休みまで残り5週間、暖かくして頑張ろう。

5時起床。

日誌書く。

iOS 15.1.1 にアップデート。

味噌汁そば＋ヨーグルト＋豆乳。

プラごみ、45L*1。

次男はオフ、弁当3つ用意してツレアイの職場経由で出勤する。

1限は「人権論」、今日のテーマは「在日外国人の人権」。大阪府の人権啓発パンフレット『ゆまにてなにわ 35』の該当箇所を解説し、＜人権啓発ビデオ　「外国人と人権　～違いを認め，共に生きる～」（4/5）【ドラマ　ヘイトスピーチ】＞を観る。ヘイトスピーチという言葉すら知らない学生��いたことに、少し驚かされた。

2限は「環境論」、今日のテーマは「社会的ジレンマ」。個人の合理的判断が社会に合理的な結果をもたらすとは限らないことを、教科書ベースで解説する。ミニレポートは「身の回りで社会的ジレンマを探そう」、けっこう苦しんでいたようだ。

ランチは弁当＋🍊。

iPad mini で愛用する Pencil Planner 、自宅では Mac と併用しているが、研究室の iMac にインストールしようとすると拒否される。同じOSなのになぜだろう？

明日の「情報社会と倫理」のレジュメ作成、Classroomにアップする。

15時30分、帰宅。

Mac mini がスリープ状態からなかなか回復しないことがあるが、＜M1 Mac miniのディスプレイがスリープから復帰しない問題が多数報告＞などがあるように、既知の問題らしい。それなら、いずれ対処されるだろうから安心する。

西大路花屋町・セントラルスクエアまで買物、今日は1000円以上購入で100円引きの日、キュウリ・ブロッコリースプラウト・ピーマン・鮭の西京漬け・ブリアラ。

息子たちには、豚肉とピーマンの青椒肉絲、もちろんコウケンテツ師匠のレシピである。ツレアイにはブリカマ煮、日曜日まで緊急電話当番がないのでゆっくり晩酌する。

録画番組視聴��落語研究会から「文七元結」柳家権太楼。東京の噺家なら誰もが憧れる大ネタ、一カ所言葉のミスがあったことに気づいたのが楽しい。

風呂の順番を待つ間にダウンしてしまった。

久しぶりの12,000歩越えだが、ラジオ体操ができなかった。水分は1,800ml。
