Tonight @richardburrows and I were the guests at @soundstreams Salon 21, where we talked with moderator/host Emma about @torqpercussion's upcoming Ear Candy concert, and the music of Philip Glass, and why it's difficult to play the same 5 notes for 25 minutes in a row. Well, close. These are almost all liver performance videos, or short documentaries of really cool events around New York's new music scene. They've also got long podcasty 'hangout' videos with composers, mostly of the brooklyn-hipster ilk. Good source of classical music video, and good blog.
