I think that Mia gets too bad of a rap from a lot of people.

Like yes, was she an agent of a super shady organization responsible for making a bio weapon that destroyed a great deal of lives? Yes. However we don’t know her motivation for joining them yet.

They could have lied honestly. Like The Connections could have advertised themselves to be a great, loving work environment and maybe Mia was young and naive and joined them. Or maybe she was desperate for money, and it was the only job that would hire her. Or hell, maybe she fully knew what they were and joined anyway, either on account of her morals being twisted back then or thinking that even though the company was evil maybe she could do good. Who knows, honestly.

Either way, with The Connections being a shady organization there’s like a very high chance that you don’t get to walk away from them alive. I’m sure if you quit they’d see you as a liability and take you out with no mercy. And that’s why I think Mia didn’t leave, because she knew she would be killed if she did, and maybe that’s why she took the job with Eveline, because it was more of a “you will do this or else” than an option for her (whether it was implied by her boss or if they were upfront about what bad things would happen if she didn’t take the job).

And maybe if her morals were twisted before I fully think meeting and falling in love with Ethan changed her if that was the case, because the Mia we see in RE7 and RE8 is a good person. We see that in how when the Baker’s rescue her she thanks them but tries to leave immediately and tries to warn them about staying away from Eveline (as shown in the note she left in the dlc “Daughters”). She could have tried to get them to call the hospital or her company but she didn’t, because she knew that she was under Eveline’s control and the longer she stayed there the more danger the family was. If she was a shitty person she wouldn’t have done this, she would have done everything she could to save herself.

We also see that in how she leaves a final video note for Ethan, telling him to stay away no matter what, because she didn’t want him to get dragged down in her mess. She knows how much Ethan loves her and I’m sure she knows if she sent a video saying “Ethan pls help” he’d come running for her, but she didn’t because she loves him and wants him to live even if she can’t be there with him. We see it AGAIN when she saves Ethan from Eveline’s grasp, when she tears him from the mold thing he was in and pushes him out so Eveline couldn’t hurt him. Fully knowing she’d have to face Eveline’s wrath.

And for everyone saying “why didn’t she just tell him then” I mean think about it. I think if this super shady organization found out someone they didn’t hire knew what was going on they’d kill them because again they’d be a liability and a threat. And that’s why she doesn’t tell Ethan because she doesn’t want him to be targeted and killed by them. I think if she had the opportunity she would have left The Connections but knows that it would result in her death anyway, and telling Ethan the truth would just end in his death if they found out and it was too risky in her mind.

And I think it’s this same form of protection that prevents her from telling Ethan he’s infected. She says (or at least we can assume that this was her) in Donna’s section that she didn’t tell him because she was afraid she’d lose him. I don’t think he’d divorce her if he found out he was molded (that doesn’t really make sense for his character), I think she was genuinely afraid he’d die (again) or worse begin to transform into a monster the way the rest of the infected did. And that’s why she keeps it hidden because she was scared to death he’d die or suffer a worse fate. Am I saying she was right in hiding it? No, but I think that everyone saying she’s manipulative and gaslighting are wrong because she truly loves Ethan and Rose, and I know she’d give her life gladly if it meant they could live.

I saw other people get mad because Rose is essentially being used as a bio weapon and how could Mia let this happen and I’m like?? She probably doesn’t have a say?? I mean yes Blue Umbrella is supposed to be “the good guys” now but like they’re still a huge organization, I’m sure Mia did her best to prevent this from happening and keep Rose safe but like at the end of the day what can she really do against a huge company?? If anything get mad at Chris because I’m sure he’s got some clout or something in that company that could have allowed Rose to live a normal life without Umbrella or maybe not being used as a weapon but idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ a lot of people were like “Mia’s sO annoying at the beginning of the game” but fam that wasn’t even her?? That’s Miranda?? Besides even if it was Mia that blew up on Ethan in the hospital (as per Ethan’s diary) 1.) people deal with trauma differently, and I’m not saying it’s healthy but she’s scarred and doing her best and 2.) probably was afraid if they talked too much about Louisiana Ethan would realize he was infected and then BAM he’s either dead or a mutated monster. And in the cutscene of Mia saying “you matter!” Can you imagine the stress of knowing your husband is Mr Mold Man and not being able to do anything about it, out of fear of what could happen to him? Like of course she’s upset and going to blow when provoked (not that Ethan was aggressive or anything just that he was prying into a very high pressure soda that is Mia’s emotions lol) because she’s been bottling this up and has no one to talk to, and after a while anyone would explode. I think she would have told him if he hadn’t answered that call. Also marriage is not rainbows and butterflies, sometimes you get into messy fights with your partner and sometimes you or the other person say things you don’t mean but at the end of the day you love each other and try to be better. If anything Capcom was depicting a normal marriage tbh.

At the end of the day Mia is not the bad guy. She is only human who tried her best to keep her family safe against all the odds and idc what anyone says, Ethan and Mia love each other and have a healthy relationship and that’s that.

I’ve been talking to a friend about people using the Miranda Mia against the real Mia and I don’t know how to kindly tell people that the game kinda absolutely explained that’s not Mia? I do think Mias got a temper which makes sense because Ethan is so even tempered that he can balance her out better. But Miranda Mia was a fuckin bitch. She was needling Ethan’s pain and mocking him. Do people think Ethan sat around for three years taking that? Ethan’s a big boy. He can take care of himself. He was even fighting back w Miranda Mia so manipulative and abusive takes belong in the toilet w the rest of the shit.

Mia blowing up at Ethan means nothing. My parents have proven to me marriage is not easy. You will lose it on people when emotions run high. It happens. There’s a world of difference between a moment of anger versus abuse. But you still love and forgive people for moments of anger because we all have them. And I’m sure Ethan can be just as much as a pain in the ass. I love him more than most and I’d be the first person to admit I’m sure he didn’t make it easy all the time either.

Mia held the truth from Ethan because she was scared not just for her but for him too. It’s a selfless kind of lie. We all do them so I don’t know why Mia is getting burned at the stake for it. I’m just not movable on this. That was a heavy thing to carry and she was doing her best.

As for Rose, I don’t even know what Capcom is doing. How can anyone else know? She’s special and powerful. Maybe she wanted that life? I think we can reserve judgement until re9.

I have a few and though it’s hard i think i can cut them down to about three or four?

i really really love the season 3 episode 11 moment when Clarke patches bellamy up after he goes out and talks to niylah and then in his anger, hits the barrel (i remember bob said he really fractured his hand then cause the director wouldn’t change it) and i just love the softness of this moment

I also like it very much because it mirrors him patching her hand earlier and in my very stupid fanfic induced mind this works very much like a romantic couply moment (also very grounder wedding like) where they patch each other’s scars and i think that works perfectly for season 3 because that is ESSENTIALLY what their ark is all about-

their scars and them being the only ones that could patch each other up and actually heal.

I love this moment because it’s in the dark, at night (awful to gif tbh) but that it shows, director-wise how the darkness engulfs them

that happens a lot in season 3 if you think about it, they are mostly in closed up spaces or outside in dark spaces, as if the darkness from within them and the feeling of being locked up without any way out, mirrors their mental health states.

i particularly love how she drags her hand over the bandage after she’s done in comfort like-i know your pain, bellamy, i feel it too, but i can help mend it and you can help mend mine. you can see her fingers linger mid air like should i do this, is it too much and then she slides it over-so nicely played, so soft and beautiful as well as the dialogue.

another underrated moment that i love a lot and i am sure people do not talk about at all is in 4x01 Echoes when they are in polis and discussing the ALIE situation and the radiation soaking them up with Kane, Indra and Abby. i love all their dialogue in 4x01 and also the ending where they leave and Kane and Abby say-the youth have inherited the earth but I somehow really love this moment because they are the only ones who know what is happening but there is this one moment

this BEAT where clarke looks at bellamy like-do I tell them? should I share with them? and you know that they’re already working as a perfect team again and all awful stuff are forgotten and bellamy gives her the barest of nods and moves a little in his place like a nervous fidgeting child-

and I just LOVE it because she doesn’t speak up before having his agreement on it, it just works so nicely. i’m pretty sure if he had shook his head she’d have lied but he agreed, they took a decision TOGETHER as always despite all events in season 3 and also

everyone else knows that clarke only ever shared this with bellamy, so it is big and important

Another moment I love is in again season 3 episode 12 where Clarke wants to risk her life and deal with Emerson on her own and Bellamy goes like-

and another moment that i love is in 3x16 where after she wakes up she shares with him what happened with ALIE and it’s just the way he looks at her and knows

he’s so hurt and was just about strangled to death but he helps her up, he’s so soft and gentle about it

and that is in again season 4 where they’re distributing the supplies with Raven and he says that he won’t be starving because he won’t be inside

And Clarke is like OFFENDED like wtf man SHUT UP you idiot of course you’re going to be inside, like BS. i love this moment because it’s always bellamy who insists on clarke staying alive and in this moment she says no-

PART 1

You smile into the crook of Rafes neck, letting out a soft laugh as his fingers glide across the ticklish spot on your side. You had been in this same position for hours now. You laying half across his chest, leg draped over his thigh, head against his shoulder and arm resting against his chest. One of rafes arms draped over your shoulders while the other moved gently against your side and thigh, tracing soothing patterns against your skin.

You could stay like this for the rest of the day and that’s exactly what you wanted to do, your mind however had different ideas. You couldn’t stop thinking about something that had been bothering you for a while now, finally deciding to bring it up to your boyfriend in hopes he would be able to do something about it.

“Baby?” You ask quietly, your breath ticking his neck as you spoke.

“Hmm?” He hums in reply, idly toying with the waist band of your shorts.

Rafes eyes were closed, his body threatening to drift off to sleep as the afternoon soon lazily drifted through his window and warmed his skin, not having felt this content in a long time.

“I’m worried about your sister.” You mumble, watching as your fingers trace patterns against his chest through his shirt.

“Sarah?” Rafe asks quietly.

“Wheezie.” You correct him, lifting your head to rest against your hand so you could look at him, he opens one eye to look over at you when he felt your movements, “she just seems really down lately, ever since I spoke to her in her room last week.” Your fingers stroke his shoulder through his shirt as you spoke.

“I’m sure she’ll be fine, just the usual teenage girl things.” Rafe squeezes your side in a comforting manner and closes his eyes once again.

“Probably, I just hate seeing her look so sad. Do you think you could say something?” You ask hopefully.

“Me? You know I’m not good at that kinda thing babe.” Rafe mumbles.

“I know but it’s your sister and I’ve already tried.” You pout up at him, knowing you had won the moment he let out a sigh.

“Will it make you feel better if I did?” He asks, finally opening both eyes and lifting his head to see you properly.

You nod your head quickly, a large grin forming on your lips as you lean up and kiss him quickly, “you’re the best!” You slap his chest gently before moving your leg from his to allow him to get up.

Rafe sighs again, rising from his laying position and throwing his legs off the side of the bed, he runs a hand through his hair, pushing the strands that had fallen into his face back into place again. “What do I say?” He asks, looking back at you over his shoulder.

You shrug, offering him a small smile, “I don’t know, just be her brother.”

Rafe frowns at you before standing up and heading out of the room to find his youngest sister. He’d be lying if he said he hadn’t noticed her moping around more often than usual but he had hoped you or Sarah would have been able to talk to her, feeling this was more of a girls job than a big brothers job, but he would try his best nonetheless.

He found wheezie sat out back on the swing seat, phone in her lap as she looked out across the lawn, a sad expression ever present on her features.

“Hey, wheeze.” Rafe teases softly as he approaches her, placing his hand on the side of the swing and leaning against it.

“Hey, Rafe.” Wheezie sighs back, “what are you doing here? Don’t you have a girlfriend to entertain?”

“Just checking you’re okay.” He replies, watching her closely for the answer.

“Well as you can see I’m not dead, you can go now.” She rolls her eyes and picks her phone up from her lap.

Rafe chews on his lower lip, wanting nothing more than to retreat back inside to the comfort and safety of his bed but he knew he couldn’t, his sister needed him and he’d be damned if he wouldn’t even try and help her feel better.

Rafe made his way around the swing and sat next to her, pulling the phone from her hands and placing it face down between them.

“Talk to me.” Rafe presses, turning slightly towards her as she huffs in annoyance.

“About what, Rafe?” She asks.

“About you, about what’s wrong.” He offers up.

Wheezie turns to look at him for the first time, eyebrows furrowed, “why do you care?”

“Because you’re my sister, I don’t want to see you like his, c’mon you can talk to me.” Rafe pushes as he leans against the back of the seat.

Wheezie chews the inside of her cheek, watching him closely as if debating whether she should say anything before letting out a long sigh.

“I just...” she lifts her hands and then let’s them drop back into her lap, “I feel like no one ever has time for me. Sarah is always with John b, you’re always with Y/N, dads always doing business and rose is always off with her friends. I’m just the odd one out who gets in the way.”

“Hey, that’s not true,” Rafe frowns and shuffles closer, putting a gentle hand on her shoulder, “you’re not the odd one out and you don’t get in the way. I guess we’ve all just been wrapped up in our lives and assumed you were okay.”

Wheezie looks up at him, eyes watering slightly after her confession, “I don’t want you to be left out.” Rafe assures her, wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her into his side, “I love you, Wheeze. I know I don’t always show it or act like it but I really do. You’re the less annoying sister.” He adds as a joke causing her to laugh softly.

“How about we go inside, we order pizza and ice cream and me, you and Y/N have a movie night? Just us three under a blanket with snacks, I’ll even let you pick the movie?” Rafe offers, squeezing her shoulder.

“You don’t have to do that.” Wheezie shakes her head, wiping the stray tear that had slipped from her eye.

“I want to, it will be fun.” Rafe assures her.

She looks up at him, studying him for a moment before finally nodding, “okay...I get to pick the movie? Any movie?”

Rafe nods, standing up and bringing her with him, keeping his arm tight around her shoulders as they walked back to the house, “any movie at all.” He agrees.

So Spyfall is resolved, The Kasaavin are banished back to their realm and the Fam and Doctor are clueless as to the true mastermind, Barton taking the fall while the Master continues to pose ad O, having decided he’s enjoying the game of tricking her too much.

Perhaps among their texts they’ve grown close, or perhaps the brief time together in the outback led to events?? ;) But either way, he changes his mind mid plan and continues to act human.

Since he never leaves the message or has the confrontation in Paris, the doctor remains unaware of Gallifrey’s destruction. The fam wait off on asking their questions since she isn’t off with them.

Orphan 55 happens, and while the fam go do their shit, O stays with the Doctor bc admit it, she was like oh ;-; when everyone went to explore. My poor baby. So they hang out together before everything goes to shit, how cute?? Things get resolved, but with the revelation of one of earth’s potential fates, and the potential that the doctor lied about knowing, the fam decide to ask to know more about her. She shares what she believes its true at the time, being born on gallifrey and being a timelord, O looms in the background looking awkward bc he knows none of that is true and he feels horrible keeping the truth from her, it makes him as bad as the rest of the time lords- but he is selfish and he doesn’t want to stop what he’s doing, he’s started to really enjoy her company, its everything he’s ever wanted, every star.

And then it’s ruined when Yaz asks to see her own planet. Blissfully unaware of its destruction, she takes them, and so they’re right there with her when she sees, opens the doors to the rubble, the dying flames- and oh god. The fam are horrified, she’s horrified, O has to fake it, while being utterly glad those nasties are dead- maybe he gets to sneakily comfort hug her??? like she’s trying not to tear up even after that whole shit show of the confession dial, it was her home??so yeah he’s like hugging her but he’s so angry bc they dont deserve her tears?? 

The doctor is off after that, and the fam know why, and none of their words of comfort do much, because sure they’ve just witnessed the death of earth too but that is just one timeline, can be completely avoided, while gallifrey is gone forever, and she believes she’s once more the last of her kind. it hurts.

they visit tesla all the same, and when that big ass scorpion looking alien (bc im sorry i didnt like the episode and i’ve forgotten her name so....) mentions dead planets, she can feel the fam stiffen, as though the doctor is gonna blow at any minute, but she keeps calm, tries to bury the rage, but O can tell, can tell by the way her arms shake, hands clenched into fists in her pockets- and it hurts him to see her like this- the longer he spends around her, pretending to be someone he’s not, he’s just realizing more and more what a dumbass he is and that he’s still as in love with her now than he was all those years ago in the academy- none of the truth will change that-

and then boom the shit show with the judoon occurs and suddenly O is confused af because that Lee guy could ONLY have been him. Who else on gallifrey was stupid enough to hide out with the doctor, marry them and die for them?? him because he’s a dumbass? but he’s a dumbass who definitely doesnt remember this memories?? which theoretically in the doctors timeline should have been sometime after the division? or during? he’s not sure? but to his knowledge he shouldn’t have been alive at this stage? and now he’s not sure what the fuck HIS own life is too? did they take his memories from him too? has he lost part of his life? suddenly the truth doesnt seem as known as he thought- so while the doctor is reeling from the information of Ruth being her somehow? O is having his own mental crisis because what the fuck did they do to him too? what is he missing?? 

praxeus continues as similar as it did originally, O is only the tiniest impressed at Yaz, ever since Spyfall he’d sensed she was the human with the most potential to not be utterly worthless so he’s glad at least one of the doctors latest pets seems to have some initiative?? but yeah i dont wanna change much about praxeus? its not important- except the doctor saying she’s a romantic and the master wants that? wait what- he’s conflicted about his own thoughts? he wanted to break her, destroy her with the truth? but he also just wants to wrap her in his arms? make everything as okay as he can? what the fuck is even happening with him? jsut your usual ‘im a mess’ vibes lmao

Summery: (y/n) is Kylo Ren’s apprentice, and when she, Phoenix and Bubba take on heavy fire from the Resistance he comes to save them and find out what went wrong.

Authors note: I do not own the characters Phoenix and Bubba! This is a collaboration with my friend @hxldmxdxwn who so nicely let me use them! Also I’m sorry this kinda turned into just them for a minute because I miss my boys.

Fire, fire rained down from the burning trees and weapons that sounded in the distance. Most of the troopers she brought with her are dead, and most of the resistance that opposed her had found the same fate. She called for pick up almost an hour ago and no one was there, she tried reaching out to her master but nothing would come threw. She couldn’t hear him, almost couldn’t even feel he was alive.

He trusted her to do this one mission alone, it wasn’t even supposed to go this way. It was a simple ask some questions get some answers type mission with a few locals. But how we ended up here was a different story.

She was walking back to her ship with her to trusted guards YO-988 and YW-382. Phoenix and Bubba, Kylo’s most trusted troopers and probably the only two who could actually call her by her first name. Also the only two allowed to escort her or train with her. They quickly became her best friends around The Finalizer, training with her when her master was to busy, and protecting her when he became a little to viscous.

Her black and red cape blew in the winds of the forest as she made her way back to the ship, her lightsaber attached to her side tightly. Bubba felt somethibg was wrong before she did, stopping in front of her and putting his hand in front of her, his silver armor shining in the light of the forest. Just as Phoenix was about to ask what was wrong he felt it too, and quickly all three of them were bringing out their weapons.

“This should be fun!” Phoenix said looking over his shoulder to the shorter girl and his partner. The red light from her lightsaber shining against his golden armor.

“You need to get back to the ship princess!” Bubba said looking down at her figure.

“I’m not leaving you guys!”

“We can take care of our selves!” They said at the same time. Just as the Resistance men starting coming towards them, they were moving fast and the soldiers quickly realized it was to late for her to get to the ship with how far it was. Phoenix’s right hand came out pushing her closer to them as he shot down Resistance soldiers. Bubba in the other hand stayed close to them but moved away starting hand to hand combat with his staff.

She loved their protective nature over her but hated that she knew she could handle herself, and she was going to prove it, and here was her chance. Bubba was a little to occupied to notice someone get to close the golden plated marksman, swinging her red lightsaber threw the hair taking him out easily and catching a small thanks from Phoenix, but everything only continued, getting harder for just the three of them. She reached down to a band on her wrist snapping it letting the wired band hit the ground of the forest. The breaking of it alerted the ship of troopers above waiting that something is wrong. Quickly troopers rained down from the sky assisting them in the battle that ensued.

Phoenix turned quickly to make sure (y/n) was still close by as he saw bubba miss a shot.

“Hey cum dumpster! Targets over there!” He said shooting someone behind bubba with complete ease. Bubba only rolled his eyes under the helmet and threw a knife behind Phoenix nearly cutting his helmet as it went into the Resistance soldiers head.

“You’re welcome cumshot!”

“You two shut up and cover me.” She said running back to the ship with them following close behind, taking out anything and anyone that got to close to them or her.

Just as they reached the ship she quickly got on sending out a signal to the Finalizer.

“If the ship working?” Bubba said as he boarded walking over to her looking down at the panel, no fuel.

“I think one of them took out the tank, but I can still get a signal out...” she said working on the codes finally sending a signal out to her master, Kylo Ren. The blasting and loud noises outside quickly calmed down as Phoenix entered the ship looking at her.

“Am I bleeding?” He said taking his helmet off, one side was broken and you could see the emerald gem stones he called eyes.

“Fuel is empty...” she said before a loud noise came from the outside sending them all out rushing to see it. An X-Wing, flew over head letting fire rain down on them Phoenix moved her behind him quickly taking the shot he had, the pilot was gone and the plain came crashing down near them, setting the forests around it ablaze.

Though they thought that would be the last of it they were wrong, it was a distraction for more men to come towards them. But they all got separated quickly which was something the two troopers always hated. But (y/n) didn’t mind, she liked being able to fight openly and not worry about hurting her partners as she took out soldier after soldier, she fought gracefully not caring for the pain that took over them as she cut them down. And that’s how they got here.

She stood in the middle of bodies, her cape flowing around her as YO-988 and YW-382 came back to her, noticing the fire in her eyes instantly, a fire that could only be matched by her master. And speaking of the devil, a ship landed close by, and the first person to exit was Kylo Ren himself. Phoenix and Bubba knowing of Kylo’s little crush on the girl caused them to nudge each other and giggle, waiting for Kylo’s reaction to the mess his little apprentice had made.

She looked up seeing his masked figure and instantly her lightsaber shut down and clicked back to her waist. Before he could ask what happened she spoke up completely leaving him dumbfounded with the tone she used.

“I’m not cleaning that up!” She spat out and pushed past him into the ship, she was filled with anger and he could feel it, he could feel it run threw her as if it was his own veins being fueled with fire.

He stood there looking around them at what seemed to be hundreds of bodies, not only resistance but storm troopers as well, he looked up at his two trusted friends and sighed, looking for answers. But they just followed him onto the ship and to the small living space it held where they found (y/n) sitting there getting looked at by a nurse.

“What happened?” Kylo said taking off the helmet feeling safe with the troopers and her.

“Hux is a fucking liar...” she said glancing up at him, it was never like her to use such language, she was always quiet and never really fought, so today was completely out of character for her. Kylo not understanding where this came from he looked to her troopers for help.

“The locals knew nothing, and when we were on our way back we were ambushed.” Bubba said looking at Kylo who looked down thinking of ways this could have just been an accident and not what it was. But he wasn’t willing to accept it until someone said it.

“We were sent out there to die...” the apprentice said pulling the attention of everyone in the room to her.

“Leave us...” Kylo Ren said and quickly with out another word everyone left the room leaving just the two Sith to themselves. “What do you mean...” he said in a low tone as he moved towards her. She stood to try and meet his eye but never able to get high enough. He always towered over her.

“We were sent to a back water planet with nothing but forest and small towns! “ she growled out looking at him. “When we got there I didn’t sense a thing! Nothing was wrong until after! Someone knew we were coming!” She said looking at him, the implication she was making could be huge, and probably the biggest problem he could have other then liking his Padawan.

“Shut up...” he growled out looking down at her.

“No! Look at it how it is Ren! Three of your best men were sent out there and I’m surprised we made it out!” He his came up quickly grabbing her by her collar and staring into her rage filled eyes.

“If you say another word, I’m going to shut you up myself!” He said holding her collar tightly, their faces inches apart. He expected the threat to make her calm down and understand, but the fire in her eyes didn’t fade, it grew. It grew so bright it started a flame in his chest, but her words pored gasoline over it, causing it to spread.

“Do it...” she said calmly and his lips came crashing down to hers like the x-wing Phoenix shot down. Her blood covered hands coming up to grip the sides of his face as his moved to her waist pulling her closer. It would have gotten a lot farther had the two troopers not came back in.

“Boss man we go- oh shit!” Bubba said looking at them, Phoenix’s face dropped and his eyes rolled.

“Damnit...” he groaned handing over credits to Bubba.

k I finished Red Hood: The Lost Days and I’m,,, unhappy with it. this is gonna be all over the place but idc I just wanna get this out

this quote from Bruce is used to show the similarities between the Joker and Jason:

“No. Do not treat this lightly, and don’t write [the Joker] off as simply being insane. It’s not that simple. He’s not like the others. He has no code. No methodology. No goals. You can’t hope to understand him because his desires are fluid. They change. He can’t be predicted. He can’t be reasoned with. And if you’re careless with him…you’ll die. Do you understand?”

to an extent, I agree! like, Jason isn't insane, it's not that simple. he’s suffering from trauma and the after effects of the Lazarus Pit. he's not like others, he used to be a good guy and now he’s doing things good guys don’t do. no set code other than don't hurt kids, no real methodology as he’ll shoot or poison or anything he has to do to stay alive. his desires do change, and quickly--he wants to be trained one moment and then he wants to take you out the next. can't be predicted or reasoned with (cough, Talia). if you're careless with him, you could die.

except for a few things: he does have a goal, which is to hurt Batman. whether that’s by killing him or making him kill the Joker, same diff! that’s a goal! 

another thing is, it’s shown that he doesn’t always kill people. I won’t act like everything he does in this comic is right, it’s just straight up not, but there are instances in which he saves people where the Joker wouldn’t give a fuck. he screwed up his training gig to save children being trafficked, he helped the boy soldiers in Somali, he didn’t kill that teacher (and Talia says only half died so clearly he’s not killing all of them), he went well out of his way to save hundreds of people in London (and checked to make sure that there were no boats before throwing a bomb!). this doesn’t sound like a careless person with no goals and no care for anyone around him or if they get hurt, which is true of the Joker. they even say it by showing the Joker kill his own men. 

and when Jason almost kills the Joker? he can’t do it. he says it’s because it would be too quick, and I believe him to an extent but also he’s an unreliable narrator (he couldn’t kill Bruce but didn’t lose his nerve, alright kiddo). he says, "But I screwed up and lost that chance. But…that wasn’t why I walked away.” like I said, I do believe this a little bit but also consider two things: first, he was having flashbacks of his own death while about to kill the Joker the same way. obviously that’s not a good headspace to be in while killing someone, or while being confronted with a bunch of Joker’s men. second, he didn’t “screw up” or lose the chance...he lost his nerve. whether that’s because he wants Bruce to kill him or because he just couldn’t do it, he’s being disingenuous. he’s lying to himself and to Talia. 

something else I wanna point is is that he says, “And this world would have been a much better place [if Joker was dead]. But I don’t really give a crap about the world." REALLY JASON??? WHY DID YOU SAVE ALL THOSE PEOPLE THEN IF YOU DON’T CARE? you’re just saving lives left and right and killing traffickers for fun? uh huh okay.

another way the Joker and Jason were shown to be similar is in a way I really do not like and find highly suspect. both Jason and the Joker call themselves “daddy” which is gross, but further than that — both of them say interesting things about men. Jason says his first teacher’s accent thickening with anger is “cute”, and calls another guy (who he saves the life of, btw) cute as well. meanwhile Joker is shown to be very...flamboyant let’s say, and calls a man he contracts both “darling” and “sweet pea”. I don’t like it!!!

I also find it extremely fucked that the whole comic is talking about how much Talia loves Bruce and how she’s mothering and protecting Jason for him, and fucking stalling Jason so that Bruce won’t be killed, and even more and yet..............she sleeps with him anyway. it’s OOC. it’s for shock value and goes against everything else Winnick wrote about their relationship. and since everyone knows she’s doing this all for Bruce, I have to wonder, is fucking his son for him too? like seriously? do u think he'd want that, Winnick? do u think he'll ever be able to look at Talia the same way? seriously?????

the last thing I wanna say is that this is so fucked up. Jason wasn’t careless with the Joker when he died. he just wasn’t! he didn’t know the Joker was gonna fucking be there (as far as I can remember, might be wrong). he was “careless” with Sheila, who was his mother and was supposed to be good to him and not get him murdered. I really do not understand why this comic blames him for his brutal murder at the age of 15 (and seems to absolve Bruce of blame by showing that he “warned” Jason) when it should be laid at the feet of Sheila and the Joker. are you kidding?

I just played ep 3 and you wanna know what things fucking ripped my heart out and fucking stomped on it and tried to shove it back in with scotch tape and glitter glue? SPOILERS, DUH.

*Also this might be the most in-depth and analytical thing I've done so... it's long.

A) When Louis picks up Minnie's crossbow and fucking accidentally shoots that woman and he's like "i..I didn't mean...fuck" or something like that. That fucking voice acting shredded me and I will never be over that. Louis, Louis of all people, the lighthearted jokester that just wants everyone to be happy was forced to shoot a woman in the skull! In one of the most grisly deaths in the season at that! Skybound can throw hands with me for that one. Also when Clem goes to get Aj Louis, even as broken and torn as he is at this point, he still tries to come with her. The best boy honestly.

B) Look, I know Lilly is the villian of this season. I'm fully aware of this. But she obviously still kinda cares about Clementine, as in ep 2 she said, and I quote "this SHOULD be easy." But it's not. It's not easy to shoot clem. But then she just fucking takes Aj? And then tries to strangle Clem on the side of the boat? And then when I mercied her and tried to let her live, she just???fucking kills James??? Like, I already didn't like James (I'm sorry James stans) but he didn't deserve that. And then the bomb goes off and we don't even get to Aj in time??? Like, 👊👊👊 throw hands.

C) When Aj talks about Clem getting bit and how he'd want her to bite him. Like, fucking James just had to say something. This boy is 6, maybe 7 at the absolute latest. He's impressionable, he learns from what he hears. You can't just tell him that walkers are still kinda human. If they had any shred of humanity left, they would not kill people. Especially those close to them, like Lee's brother tried to kill Lee when he was under that lamppost. Just fucking stop I'm crying.

D) LOUIS' STORY. If you did the Violet path and didn't hear Louis', basically he was rich. Like, filthy rich. But the only thing his dad wouldn't buy him was singing lessons. Louis got so mad at what his dad said to him, "You can either be happy or you can be rich," that he wanted to teach his dad a lesson. He started buying things on his dad's credit card that eluded to his dad having an affair (jewelry, hotel rooms, etc.) And when this worked, his parents got the divorce, he came clean. He told his dad "You can either be rich or you can be happy." A week later he was at the school. And just fucking??? How much his character has grown in the 8-9 apocalypse years??I'm so proud of him. Sure, younger Louis was a little shit, but he knows how fucked up what he did was. If you watch the scene, it's so....heartbreaking. like it's his biggest regret, even with all the Marlon shit thrown in. I love Violet with my whole heart, but I fucking love Louis' storyline.

E) VIOLET WHAT THE FUCK??? As I stated before, I love Violet. She's my favorite gay/gal in the whole apocalypse. But what the fuck? Like, you...I get it. I saved Louis instead of you, but wait a fucking minute I made it blatantly obvious that I love Louis (my son) and when you see me in the prison cell you're like "fuck you I'm staying here with my psychotic gf." Like??? I think the writers made a huge character mistake with that because there's no way Violet would have actually done that to me. Also especially after Minnie admits to killing Sophie, which I'll touch on later. Like, her character would NOT do that. Idgaf if she still loved Minnie or not, she'd be fucking pissed.

F) We have to talk about Minnie. Just....ugh. Props to telltale/skybound because holy fuck. That got me. That got me good. She just??? Is completely brainwashed by the delta and lilly? She killed her own sister, and despite me telling her what Tenn told me to she still locked me in the cell? Also she doesn't say one loving thing to Violet, who literally is willing to get herself blown up just to be with her. And when that woman tells her her family is the delta and to forget about Tenn she just fucking accepts it? Like??? Fuck off bitch?

G) Louis' date was the cutest shit

H) I'm sorry but at the party that first bio sounded a fuck ton like Marlon and Idc what anyone else says you cannot convince me that my love Ruby ever did such things.

I) I hate that the story is so compelling that, even after all she's fucking done, I still care about Lilly. I call this "the Kenny effect." We have history, and that matters a lot to me. Even if I don't agree with her ever, I still don't want her to die. (Like with the Kenny/Arvo thing) I see her as family, which is why in s1 I let her stay after she shot carley and in ep 2 of this season I told her we were family. I do care about Lilly, and then she just kills James??? Like, ugh. I wish she would just fucking stop and I could hug her and everything would be fine and Lee isn't actually dead and Christa and Molly and Kenny and everyone's alive and AAHHHHH.

J) The scene where Minnie has clem's knife against clem's chest and is pushing down is so fucking similar to the Kenny/Jane situation is s2. Minnie is Jane and Clem is Kenny, this time all of the kids from the school is clem. Both Minnie and Clem want them to be safe, but they have very different ideas on how they'll be safe. Clem wants to protect them at all costs, and Minnie wants to protect them by getting rid of clem. (Like how Jane wanted to get rid of kenny) I'm crying in the club.

K) James fucking making me walk in the barn full of walkers to touch the wind chime. I was literally so anxious during this and I knew that it's a game but just??? That would have been a pointless death.

L) ABEL. NO! Look I don't like this guy as much as the rest of ya'll, but they way he just breaks down??? I refused to torture him, and I put out his cigarette. He begs to be killed because he doesn't want to turn. This is so visceral and raw that I almost cried when my knife went through his head. Then the screen thing told me I tortured him in front of Aj?? Hello? When did I do that??? I gave him mercy, I gave him peace.

M) Louis toasting to the fact that he thinks he's gonna die at the boat just fucking destroys me.

N) Rosie is the goodest girl and didn't get enough screen time.

O) Louis helping clem up when she gets pulled under water by a walker is cleansing for my soul

P) Omar and Aasim got like 4 lines between them and that's fucking breaking the law

Q) I literally only found 1 collectible where the fuck where they all???

R) I was legitimately going to not kill any of the walkers when James was getting his mask, but I honest to God kept dying over and over so I literally had to kill one of them.

S) the fact that James kept bringing up how much of a heartless bitch I am for not caring about dead people that are walking and killing the living and everyone I've ever cared about.

T) The sheer genuis of the dialogue option that asks James if he knows the names of the walkers and he's confused and clem is just like "Omar, Aasim...Violet." like, he doesn't know the walkers. They're killing machines that he has no attachment to. Clem's friends are alive, and she cares about them deeply. Like fuck off m8.

U) Aj is so broken and confused and scared I don't know how to fix him he's a murderer but he's trying to atone and I just hope to God Lee would actually be proud of Clem and I just wish he was alive and Clem and Aj and him were a family and he could meet the boarding school kids at then Louis would learn about history, something I hc him as never being good at in school, and Louis teaches him how to play the piano and he teaches Violet how to actually map the stars and she teaches him all the fighting skills she's learned and Lee takes a liking to Tenn and makes sure to thank Omar for cooking and appreciates willy and mitch and what they do and supports and learns medicine from ruby and stops Aj from killing Marlon and talks him through the bad shit and helps him atone for his sins and then he meets Rosie and when he sees Lilly again she stops being a hateful cunt and we kill all the delta people and go back to the school and everyone, including mitch and James and Minerva and Sophie is alive and this is getting way to long aahhhh.

V) When Louis is freaking out about the responsibility of planting the bomb, and it gives you to either slap him or kiss him and that's the fucking cutest shit

W) the fact that it never let's me hug Tenn or Willy, nor have a funeral for Mitch. Like I know we were crunched for time, but it would've taken 10 minutes tops.

X) to my knowledge, Tenn and Menerva never see eachother. Maybe she would have changed if she saw him? I don't know...

Y) I don't have the option to cuddle with Rosie and that's an actual crime.

Z) When the kids are talking about all the people they've lost. 34 people. 34. We've lost a lot, don't get me wrong, but I don't think it's 34. It might be close, but some of those people we weren't close to nor knew for very long. Also the fact that they've lost 34 but only have like 5 graves. Wtf?

*) AND THE BIGGEST THING THAT TORE MY HEART INTO PRICES WAS THE LEE SCENE, AND THE DIALOGUE OPTION OF TELLING LEE HE'S NOT REAL AND HE TELLS CLEM THAT IT'S OKAY TO BE A LITTLE NUTS AND THEN THE HUG AND THE "LOOK AT YOU..." FROM LEE AND AAAHHHH I MISS HIM SO FUCKING MUCH.

*Edit: I'm not saying I love Lilly as much as I do Kenny, I could never like her that much, even if she had a change of heart and died protecting clem or Aj. I'm saying "the Kenny effect" because he was being an asshole, however you try to defend him. He wasn't in the right, and harmed an innocent kid (Arvo) just like Lilly does. Cool? Cool.

HIStory’s ranked (no one asked, but here i go)

so i was sittin here, talkin to myself about the HIStory series’ and was like ‘hey, i should rank them’ (which i’ve seen a few other people do, but mines a lot more rambling than there’s because i can’t shut up lol) 

so here’s my views lol (ordered from worst to best, imo):

6) My Hero (HIStory1) -

probably universally acknowledged as the worst episode, and i’d be inclined to agree with the masses on this lol... not only is the tone and humour of this series so weird and disjointed, but the entire story line literally makes no sense lol?? it’s unclear who the audience should be rooting for (especially as it goes out of it’s way to paint our protagonist as really unlikable lol, not to mention the love interest is the dullest character ever conceived like ???), as well as this the ending feels completely unrelated and bizarre... 

i think this concept /could/ have worked if the guy the woman was inhabiting (which sounds weird without context, but like she’s dead lol) was somehow also inside his head? or if she got to see his memories or whatever & tries to adjust her personality to match the guy’s, causing love interest!dude to fall in love with the guy... (like i could go into more detail, i basically hav an entire au written in my head lol, but yh...)... that way, her letting go of him in the end would feel so much more well set up? especially if she was generally more understanding and likeable.. 

i think overall this series just fails in telling a decent story lol... & the cringe is even beyond what i can handle lol

5) Obsessed (HIStory1) -

people might be surprised to see this one so low down, especially since i know a lot of people really love this series (& if u do, no hate to u btw, ur allowed to like whatever u want idc), but i realllllly don’t like this series... like at all ...

the plot is weird anyway, which isnt inherently a bad thing, but then u add on the really bad couple and it’s just...... bad lol... like everything about their relationship is built on lies and deceit, and even more so than that it’s built on a lack of mutual respect and fundamental trust for each other! tall guy (i don’t know names soz) feigns memory loss in order to get closer to short guy (btw, the scenes with them being domestic were really sweet, & i firmly believe this could have been an alright series for the actors if the story line wasn’t so bad), short guy’s whole existence in that universe was a lie lol (like i know there’s no easy way to tell someone ‘lol well i’m technically from the future’ but still), then there’s the whole resolution at the end & it’s just so ??? frustrating lol!

nothing bugs me more than seeing conflict in relationships (on screen or irl) that could be solved simply by TALKING TO EACH OTHER GODDAMNIT & isnt lol... my other issue with this series is the fact tall guy 100% forced himself upon short guy in the tent & like we’re just supposed to accept it cos ?? he’s saying no and pushing away but actually he wants it because he loves tall guy ?? like fuck no i’m not accepting that lol! 

basically, bad & bizarre story & characters, & gross tropes just makes this hard for me to watch and enjoy lol... i think, like in my hero, this could’ve done with being a different story altogether lol... (maybe tall guy actually did lose his memory & he falls for short guy all on his own with no predatory intentions?? idk something like that)

4) Right or Wrong (HIStory2)

this one & my number 3 are very much tied tbh, but this one is just slightly lower just because i’m not as big into the couple as i know a lot of people are... & it’s not necessarily the age gap, cos i dont actually mind age gaps in pairings (just as long as the younger one isnt a minor, obv... and also i think any gap that’s 30+ years is a bit weird lol..).. i think my big problem with this is i dont really see why younger guy (again, i have no idea of any of these characters’ names lol) would fall for the older guy? like the older guy is obvs going thru some issues, and hasnt been taking care of himself or his kid properly because of them, but like we dont rly see a lot of why he’s a great guy? like we get the sense young guy is attracted to him, but like love is more than just thinkin they’re hot lol... idk lol this might just be me tbh i just couldnt see why he’d be interested lol

i did like the whole family side though, and showing how a man who was previously with a woman can still end up with a guy (bisexualityyyyy (or some variation of that thereupon)) is something you dont always see in media, so i thought that was pretty cool! (even if the ex-wife thing was kinda lame lol...) 

i think overall i see what this series was going for, and that it actually did an alright job in some parts... the biggest problem is that it’s kinda just forgettable lol... maybe that’s why people like obsessed so much lol? maybe it was a train wreck but ohh boy at least u wont forget it in a hurry lol!

3) Stay Away From Me (HIStory1) -

i’m a bit torn about this one, cos there are parts of it i actually really like (them going from rivals/enemies to being good friends to being more), and other parts i really didnt (the stereotypical squealing yaoi fangirl friend)... & tbh, i kinda wish this had just been a show about the budding friendship between the 2 guys... it almost feels too forced to me that they’re made to ‘fall in love’ when i actually think them both becoming less selfish and learning to respect each other as step brothers & friends is actually already a really great story (& i know that it doesnt fit with the whole ‘HIStory’ thing, but stories of platonic brotherhood/’bromance’ are just as important as gay representation... isnt a /substitute/ for representation, don’t get me wrong, but it’s always so beautiful to see decently portrayed non-toxic friendships between guys... ok this is a rant for another day tho shhh)

i think maybe why i like this one more than the other HIStory1′s is because kinda nothing happens lol... it’s not overly complex with weird unexplained magic things happening, it’s just a simple story lol... is it still tropey as hell? of course lol! but i think the ‘realism’ of the world really helps, and i def think this was incorporated more into HIStory 2, which i’m really glad about...

overall, this is a relatively harmless series & is actually quite sweet at times... the kiss is awkward as fuck tho (there, i said it lol...)... it suffers the same forgetability as right or wrong tho... 

2) Crossing the Line (/Boundary Crossing) (HIStory2) -

ok, so here’s a series i 100% love & totally agree with the hype around lol! i hav no interest in volleyball (or any sports tbh), but the way this show handles the friendships and dynamics between the characters is really well done, especially for a series that’s only 8 episodes long! i also really love that none of the characters really fall into any stereotypes (which is a great improvement from HIStory1 i can tell u lol), and are given the space to actually have some growth & nuance at times?! 

(nuance? in MY HIStory series?? it’s more likely than you think!)

the main couple have really amazing chemistry, and the way they get together doesnt feel too out of place or that it’s going to fast, it just sorta flows really nicely... even the side couple are pretty well done (though i wasnt that big into them on my first watch, just cos the whole overbearing older brother thing was kinda annoying... i liked them more as the series went on tho...)

i kinda dont have any major complaints? which is bizarre cos i always hav complaints about things lol... maybe my complaint would be that they all look way too old and attractive to be whatever teenage age they’re supposed to be lol... (but tbh that doesnt take anything away from the story so i’ll forgive them lol...)... i think maybe i wouldnt consider it my favourite because the story line didnt grab me like the number 1... but i really cant fault it in terms of what it delivers lol, legit such a well put together series!

1) Trapped (HIStory3) -

lol i think anyone who’s been following me for the past few months aren’t in the slightest bit surprised this is my number one... i just love it too much lol!

from the incredibly well written and well acted characters, to the interesting and engaging (even if a bit ridiculous) plot, to the beautifully told romance , it really has it all doesn’t it!!! & i think even if this wasnt an enemies to lovers thing (aka one of the most godtier of all fanfic tropes), there’s so many things going for this series that make it worth watching! i have a few complains about editing choices and a few bad trope plot points which were just unnecessary (plus the fact we missed out on a lot of background info on some major characters lol...), but like despite everything this series rly struck a chord with me deep down in my soul lol

i could go waaay more into detail (and maybe i will one day lol... tho not rn, i’m v tired), but the gist of the matter is: i really love trapped lol

(conclusion)

Even though i’ve complained quite a bit here, i am so grateful for the HIStory series’ for bringing really interesting, and a little mad, stories with gay characters and story lines, with a big emphasis on happy endings! there are so many lgbt stories/characters in things that end up dying or just have bad endings, which just sends this horrible message that lgbt people aren’t worthy of having happy endings, which is completely untrue! 

So i look forward to future HIStory’s, even if some of them are gonna be bad (& maybe none will live up to the trapped!shaped bullet firmly lodged in my heart lol)

NS fanfics

Listen. I just want a fanfic that ends the way it should be. Naruto ‘saved’ Sasuke at the valley of the end after the 4th war. Sasuke doesn’t remain this evil guy who seeks to separate or kill Naruto, Sakura and the village again (even though he had valid reasons for why he wanted to). Sasuke is not an obstacle between Naruto and Sakura because he was not interested in a first place. (I see a lot of SS/NH shippers say that NS seem like siblings, but that is just not the case.  When I think of SS and NH all the feelings are one sided on Sakura and Hinata’s side respectively. Even though Sakura is canonically older of the three, Sakura reminds me of a girl who has a crush on the handsome older neighbor guy who is friends with her friend, Naruto who has a crush on her, and Sasuke in the equation treats her like a little sister. Absolutely NO INTEREST. Let me get back, I want Sasuke to have not gotten off lightly, but I also do not forsee him wanting to stay in Konoha. I want the truth about the UCHIHA MASSACRE to be revealed. Itachi is dead and gone, it is time for Sasuke to have justice and not people looking at him like he had no reason for doing what he did to Danzo. Plus it would be nice if people recognized just how much Itachi sufferred to protect the village (JUSTICE!!)

I want Naruto and Sakura and whomever else to be complacent in the fact that Sasuke isn’t going to go around doing evil things and let Sasuke travel around with Team Taka until he feels ready to come back to Konoha, and when he does feel ready he adopts Juugo and Suigetsu as Uchihas and they move into a compound in or just outside the village (I do not think Sasuke would be fine mentally to go back to the Uchiha compound so maybe he gives that as an orphanage space for kids who lost their parents, ect,), but Karin doesn’t want to be adopted because she loves him and they explore their relationship and talk out their issues/feelings. (SASUKARIN) 

Also Orochimaru is NOT given a pass to roam around Konoha freely and he is not given a pass to EXPERIMENT ON HUMANS which is what he was exiled for IN THE FIRST PLACE. NARUTO and the village as a whole are NOT OKAY WITH THAT. Orochimaru is under heavy surveillance, not doubting Yamato’s prowess but maybe chakra restraints on Orochimaru, idk the dude (?) is weird.

MEANWHILE 

Naruto and Sakura just as what was shown canonically hang out in Sasuke’s absence, occasionally meeting up with the other teams, squad leaders (funny Gai and Kakashi Inserts, Iruka (Iruka does not look 70, he looks as he should- younger than Kakashi). When they meet up with other teams, Naruto remembers Hinata’s confession, and feels that before he can confess to Sakura he goes to HInata to show her gratitude for putting her life on the line for him twice but tells her he cant return her feelings as his heart already belongs to one woman (just as Jiraiya did). (Also since NH like to try to spout BS about Hinata being a healer, maybe she actually healed Neji until more professional help came instead of just watching him bleed out right in front of her-a medic no matter where is supposed to heal, periodt!),  Neji is ALLLIVEEE.

After one particular outing, Naruto walks her home (not being forced but because he wants to) everything is calm and Naruto finallly confesses her feelings, he even tells her EVERYTHING, about disguising as Sasuke to kiss her. He either leaves to let her collect her thoughts but tells her he wont stop wooing her. Sakura does not need to react then and there. She starts to think of everything he has ever done for her, him encouraging her and protecting her and more, remembers the times Sasuke even told her how much Naruto cared like the gaara fight. How he is her motivation to become stronger. She thinks about how she had to revive him TWICE, how his heart was and is in HER hands and knows that they complete each other. Heaven and Earth symbols galore.

She finds him the next day (training with Kakashi/Tsunade or whomever as works on studying to become hokage (he is a good fighter, but needs to learn more leadership and hardships of a leader.-> I actually didn’t mind Kakashi as Hokage I do wish he did cooler things or was more badass as Hokage but I like the Idea of Tsunade passing down the mantle to Naruto.) SHE asks him on a date.(Now you know how symbolic this is). They walk together, Naruto fumbles/doesn’t know where to put his hands in nervousness until she uncrosses her arms from behind her back and takes hold of his hand with a blush on her face. Maybe a little clip/ image of their younger selves holding hands/walking together as they did. (I love younger Sakura’s cute little green dress).

Further down the line, Naruto reminsces about meeting Sakura’s parents for the first time and how accepting they were and no cliches about Mebuki knowing or being friends with Kushina. (Becasue i’m like why weren’t they more around Naruto even though his parentage was a secret anyone could look at his face and know that he is Minato’s child and thus Kushina’s, especially if they were close friends). OR maybe Mebuki remembers when she had invited Naruto over for dinner once or twice way when they were genin and she noticed how their personalities complimented then but said nothing because she knew Sakura was so Sasuke- focused then (I don’t like adding to much noncanon things but this is not bad). --MAYBE RTN COULD BE INPUT HERE INSTEAD to satisfy the whole meeting the parents concept.

On a Hinata note,  watanukisakuya has a good idea for rewriting the Last movie. This would show Hinata’s growth and ability to do something without thinking about n-n-naruto kun. I rather a badass mother and clan leader Hinata than a housewife (no offense to housewives but this is the ninja world hunny). I do not know who she would end up with but I admit to being biased to KibaHina ShinHina or maybe someone from within a clan. It would be cool if it was a lower branch member (not Neji they are cousins), and work to end the slavery (She sves her own family, especially out of gratitude for Neji, no help needed from Naruto).

The wedding

The night before I do want Naruto’s swing in frame (XD) think about his lonliness and the waterfall training with Bee when he thought about his anti self, to how much love he is receiving now and how happy he is. This would essentially be in Naruto and Sakura POV. This doesn’t need to take 40 minutes of characters finding gifts, but be focused on NARUSAKU’s journey together. Naruto thinks of all the people who have helped/supported him. I did like Iruka standing in as his father. I want Naruto to think about his parents and their sacrifice so that he could be here. Sakura remember’s Minato request of her to take care of his son and promises to do just that. Tsunade and Naruto thinks of Jiraiya.

Beocming Hokage

They do have their son Shinachiku, Hanami and Hanako, and Lastly Arashi. (Shinachiku is already born and twins are on the way, Arashi has not been concieved yet).

We finally get to see Naruto become Hokage.  Yes, Shikamaru is his advisor. (Even though I hate the Boruto series, I love the idea of a bond between their children).

 Naruto has to deal with the after affects of the war. Addressing smaller villages concerns about 5 nations having all of the power and wars that essentially hurt small villages the most. War relief fund set up between all the big villages to help smaller villages. (I do not know how to manage the ideas of the Daimyo’s v. leaders of villages yet.) Though Hinata would have dealt with Slavery in her clan, I would like their to be some failsafe that Narutoo put in place to make completely sure. I want Naruto to make sure that there is never another Danzo.

Sakura deals with the strains of motherhood, being a wife, and the head of the hospital, helping run the orphanage w/ Team Taka and Ino in the old Uchiha compound.

Naruto the Next GEN

It would not be titled after new character. Everyone did not pair up and have babies at the SAME TIME. Sasuke would probably have had a baby first out of everyone with Karin. I think NaruSaku would follow. Maybe Ino has a baby by the time NS are on the twins. SOME Pairings babies would be the same age, give or take a few months, but split up ages amongst the rest.

(Ninjas will be ninjas so people will still train, if not only to just defend themselves and keep the tradition alive (like dojos) but yes some people do fall off on being ninjas. Not as many people want it.) There are more jobs though.)

For some reason, I have the impression that the world of Naruto as we know it is not the entirety of the globe, so there are still other villages (Yes, they might have been caught up in the infinite tsukuyomi as well without knowing whats going on)..I don’t know if the other villages are evil or not etc)

background

first, house leala. a small house, on the territory of the kingdom of rainer -- they are the closest bannermen, within riding distance of the capital, which has made them claim to be the most loyal of the people from the kingdom. their main wealth comes from lake asteria, both the lake itself, and the fertile grounds in its margins; the lake used to have diamonds in it, but now it is all gone, and only recently they have begun to culture oysters for their pearls, which has given a boost to the economy and the status of the house.

corinna was the first born daughter of the current lord leala and lady ellanor leala, nee rainer. there is always an enchantment when it comes to your first child -- children, in this case -- and with cora it was no different. her gender never proved to be a disappointment, and instead her mother, a woman of forward ideas, rejoiced and took the girl as the apple of her eye.

thus, cora grew up by her mother’s skirts, trying her best to both be the best shadow possible, and to please her lady mother. for most part, it seems she had achieved that: she was proficient in her studies on how to be a proper lady (although admittedly, she was a poor dancer); she did not have much interest in broader politics, but had a keen mind for the details and musts of how to keep a household and to care for the people; she was passionately interested in the idea of children, of becoming a mother, of caring for babes, even going out of her way to take care and raise her younger siblings.

because she seemed to be well rounded enough, cora’s faults were often overseen. she was able to get off unscathed after childhood mischief, she had freedom of speech and of thought, and her mother even fed her not so lady-like interests in the flora of the terrain around their house, and her adventures by lake asteria. she lived an ideal life, a life that not many of her gender could enjoy, even those of higher birth than her -- actually, she preferred not to be the daughter of a bigger house; while she was in love with terenthia, house rainer’s capital, she also saw that her rainer cousins had more put on their shoulders than she thinks bearable.

at the dusk of her puberty, her idyllic life took a fall, when she discovered herself pregnant, without a husband. the father (big wc!) had been a boy she cared for too much to burden with a heaviness like this, but she still wanted the child, desperately so. her parents weren’t so fond of the idea. all her life all she knew from her mother was that overwhelming love--now, it took a turn for the worse, for the opposite. when lady leala didn’t treat her unkindly, she simply ignored her -- which, for cora, seemed to be even worse.

still, she stood her ground and refused any discussion of termination of the pregnancy. tbqh she didn’t really think much through, all she could think of was that she would feel fulfilled and useful and everything would just work out in the end, when she saw her child. unfortunately, six months or so in, she went for a sail in the lake, and ended up in an accident that caused her to suffer a miscarriage (google says the term is stillbirth but). the pain and the loss left her in a deeply catatonic state, impairing her of thought, speech and of her warmth, leaving her traumatized enough to even now, still be fearful of bodies of water (a great loss for an avid swimmer as she was).

her mother took advantage of the momentum and shipped her off to marry an unknown lordling (an wc on the main!) to be honest, he probably wasn’t cruel or bad to her at all, but cora was scarred and never truly opened up to him, going as far as treating him with scorn and coldness. she didn’t get pregnant again--which was devastating to her, since she imagined a child could make her less lonely in the strange place; and also damaging to the match, since her husband needed legitimate heirs. after some years, the husband decided to divorce her, so he requested an annulment by non consummation, which she was more than glad to grant him (even if it meant she was lying, and that her future matches would be scarce).

she thought she knew maternal disappointment, but when she returned home after years married, now unmarried and “soiled”....hoo boy. the annulment was an offense for ellanor, who took it greatly; her health deteriorated and she became more cantankerous, finding every fault in her daughter, belittling and attacking. because they all thought if this continued lady leala would be dead within half a year, cora was sent to terenthia to serve as a lady in waiting for her cousin lyanna, alongside her sister elyse, who had already been there for over a decade.

there, corinna found some room to heal. she had her younger sister by her side after so many years apart, she had healthy companionship, more freedom and less judgemental eyes over her than she has had ever since she was a young maiden, and, of course, she had always loved terenthia. although she was far older than most of lyanna’s ladies, she found a place to fit in. she may still have had bursts of melancholia, and become quieter and sharper than she had once been, but she felt herself better, worthy of life, at last.

her mother’s death just a year ago changed that. the guilt came back strong, like a river flood, and corinna found herself obliged to return to leala keep so she could be of service, useful in any way possible. ever since, she has kept herself in mourning, and has yet to return to terenthia; instead she stays to aid her father and her brothers, and to run the household as her mother had taught her to, so many years ago.

personality and interests

cora had once been well known as vivacious, warm and curious. in some ways, she has had a change for the opposite after the unfortunate events in her life. 

she has an incredible amount of empathy, which mixed with her undying curiosity, is still an alarming feature (dangerous it was, may even still be). her goal is to help anyone in any way she can, but she is also familiar with taking charge and being an older sister so she can be a bit domineering and more insolent than she should; she is well intended, though, so the minute she notices she has been too harsh, she mostly falls into an anxious daze of guilt, which makes her seem either chilly or incredibly awkward.

she is also very very passionate and somewhat constant with her interests, like, she is still very much into botany, into technology and its uses to improve humankind and she is still unbelievably stubborn, sometimes way more than she should. she is also closed off -- which can be a contradiction when she is modern minded -- and politically engaged at all, which may make her seem too passive to live in a cut throat society as this.

however, i am really really excited for everything that is thrown at me. friendships, enemies, maybe people who despise her because they think she’s too passive, people who are interested in her (romantically, sexually, professionally, platonically, idc)

corinna is especially very into female friendships, since she grew with the idea that women are no lesser than men in any way, and that women should have one another’s backs -- thus i feel she might fluctuate towards befriending women more, especially in a way that seems she is coddling/mothering them which is like cora 101, pretty much her modus operandi, like it doesn’t even matter who you are, cora is probably struggling NOT to behave like your mother (and failing lbr)

Azuchi castle had been a hive of activity all day. News travelled fast around the servants that they were to play host to some visiting warlords. No one had expected it to be these warlords though.

“I fail to see the benefit to being here.” Shingen muttered as he pushed around a cube of bean jelly on his plate.

“I agree.” Agreed Yukimura who was sitting next to him in the audience chamber.

“Feel free to leave at any point.” Ieyasu wasn’t exactly pleased to see the Tiger of Kai or his little puppy. In fact, he was practically bristling. 

“I think I might stay here forever.” Shingen heard the young warlords remark and decided to meet it with a teasing joke. He made a show of popping the sweet bean jelly into his mouth smiling as he looked over at the enemy.

“Over my dead body.” Hideyoshi called out. He was even less pleased. The presence of so many of the enemy in one place was one thing, but they were inside the castle right now. Lord Nobunaga could be in danger.

“That can be arranged.” Kenshin’s icy tone cut through the already tense atmosphere. his hand twitching on the hilt of his blade.

Nobunaga and Mitsuhide were sipping sake watching the verbal tennis match unfold. Neither said anything to anyone else except occasionally to each other. Masamune who had been helping the staff in the kitchen arrived at this point with a platter of food. Mitsunari had his nose in a book sitting like a rather cute, all be it oblivious, statue by Ieyasu.

“Lord Kenshin!...”  Sasuke called out putting himself in front of the blade happy warlord halting his advance. “My Lords, I apologise for my late arrival. I see you were able to remain entertained.”

“That is one way to put it.” Yukimura crossed his arms and leaned back against the wall.

“I suppose there is a reason you called us all here ninja?” Nobunaga addressed the one that was responsible for that note on his desk resulting in this pantomime in his castle.

“Yes. I was talking to Mc and we both discovered that we were part of extracurricular games groups in school.”

“Extra Kur-ick-u-er?” Mitsunari attempted to repeat the new foreign-sounding word. Ieyasu had the strategists glasses in his hand so Mitsunari looked a little like he was coming around from a trance as he adjusted to the world.

“Sounds interesting.” Masa joined the group smiling.

“Sounds like an illness.” Ieyasu stated flatly.

“Oh if it’s an ailment Lord Ieyasu is sure to find a cure. He is a very gifted healer.”

“Mitsunari?”

“Yes, Lord Ieyasu?” 

“Shut up.”

After a short while of explaining things to the gathered warlords, and dropping in the fact that Mc looked really happy with the idea that they were all going to have a games night together. All of the warlords in assembly suddenly became a lot calmer and decided to choose a game they liked the look of.

Sasuke had spent a great deal of time working with Mc to try to recreate at least a few games. It had been fun sourcing the materials and then attempting to make everything as close as they could to the modern versions.

There was Battleships which was left resembling the original game. The only difference was the ships. The ships they were using were modelled on Pirate and the Portuguese trade ships. 

Monopoly was created and adjusted. The areas were names of domains, there were tea houses instead of hotels. Community chest cards became cards from the Emporer and the cards of Chance became fate and fortune cards. The figures were a little different too there was the usual dog, cat and boat. But the rest were a ground spike, a katana, a horse, a cooking pot and a Ladle. The money was different coloured dried beans.

Cluedo was changed so it became rooms around the castle. The players were just coloured figures. The weapons had minor tweaks for historical understanding but was otherwise left.

And there was one surprise finishing game that was perhaps the easiest to recreate. Pictionary.

Sasuke made his way around each group of warlords explained the rules and how to play each game and then joined them for a few games on each.

“There is no way you can keep finding them like that!” Yukimura exclaimed as Sasuke once more made a direct hit on one of his boats.

“I’m sorry but the board is basically a grid in a series of rather simple mathematical equations you can...” Sasuke began to explain how it could be done unaware of the glazed over expression Yuki was making trying to keep up with what he was being told.

“Ok ok I get it YOU can do it. why don’t you just move on the next guys huh?” Yuki gave Sasuke a little push as he tried to get him to move. After that, he sat and stared that the board in silence as if trying to figure it out.

“How did you managed to buy up all that domain?” Ieyasu asked looking at the three slots that should have been the prime locations that included Mayfair.

“It is luck with the dice and knowledge of what to buy where.” Sasuke pushed his glasses back on his nose as he replied devoid of expression even if his heart felt like it was going wild in his chest speaking to his idol.

“But the rest of the teahouses are all scattered what makes those three up there so important?” Masa looks down at the board a little confused. He understood gaining territory and how it could affect others but this game had no war it was all money... well beans.

“I’m afraid if I explained to greatly I might risk upsetting the balance of the game in the future.” Sasuke looked away from the game as he tried to think how best to continue but his thoughts were interrupted.

“Hey don't just put your hand in the coin purse!” Ieyasu cried out and smacked the back of Masa’s hand as he reached for the coin purse that was acting as the bank that held all the beans.

“What? I passed that space there that means I get 10 beans.” 

“Yes, but you can’t just go helping yourself.” Ieyasu chastized his friend before becoming aware that he had just smacked him over a stupid future game and became uncomfortably embarrassed about it. “I can’t believe you decided to be the Ladle that is such a dumb piece.” 

“Hey, Man don’t underestimate the power of a good ladle.”

“Why is there no dungeon on this board?” Kenshin asked as he looked over the rooms once more.

“Probably because the Princess might play it. Do you really expect an Angel like her to walk around a dungeon in a game?” Shingen scoffed as he drank from his sake cup waiting for his turn on the board.

“I don’t see what is wrong with it. Dungeons in Kasugayama are practically guest rooms.” Kenshin said proudly. In his opinion, no other castle could reach the level of his beloved home.

“Funny that’s what Mitsuhide calls ours.” Nobunaga chuckled as he finished moving his figure on the board. “Mitsunari exactly what are you doing?”

“Oh, I’m terribly sorry I was just reading the cards I had closer.” Mitsunari had been leaning over engrossed in reading and rereading the details on each card, nearly missing his turn.

“Well, it’s your turn.”

“Can I make a guess without rolling and moving anywhere? I’m gonna say it was Mitsuhide in the Tenshu with a rifle.” Mitsunari beamed brightly as he made a guess.

“Why exactly am I always the prime suspect?” Mitsuhide asked acting hurt by the accusation. 

“Probably because out of all of us you are the most suspicious.” Hideyoshi replied back as fast as ever. 

“Why Hideyoshi I had no idea you thought so much about me. I’m sorry to inform you though I have plans later this evening so I won’t be available for any little trysts.” Mitsuhide smiled meaningfully in such a way as to purposefully give the wrong impression whilst leaving just enough confusion so he could innocently wriggle free of any repercussions.

“Well, tha- what tryst!?” Hideyoshi blushed furiously as he glared at the castle kitsune.

Games night was a success. well, a success in the sense that both sets of enemy warlords had gathered and remained in the same room as each other without it resulting in a bloodbath.

“So who wins?” Masa called out to Sasuke as all the games came to an end.

“Wins?” Sasuke felt a little like he had missed part of a conversation. In the future, they had very different ideas about games. 

That wasn't to say people didn’t win or lose but it was not something that typically came to the end of the night where you declared an overall winner in order to prevent a very real declaration of war.

“Yeah, there has to be a winner or else what is the point?” Masa nodded and several of the other warlords agreed.

“Well, I do have one final game.” Sasuke picked up the last box of games. “What you do is...”

Mc came into the audience chamber after the warlords had all made their way to rooms for the night in the castle. Breakfast in the morning was going to be fun. Moving to Sasuke’s side she started to gather the various parts to games and returned them to the boxes.

Sasuke was standing there hardly moving at all. for a second or two Mc considered the possibility that he had somehow fallen asleep whilst standing. But she could see him blinking behind his glasses. 

“Er... Sasuke?”

“Oh! Mc.” Sasuke blinked several times as if trying to regain focus on her.

“Are you ok?” Mc asked still a little concerned for her friend.

“Yes yes, I’m fine. Thanks for helping with the cleanup.”

“No problem. So how did it go? Did you win any of the games?” She happily asked as she stacked the boxes at the side of the room out of the way.

“Oh erm no not exactly.”

“Oh... that’s a shame.” Mc looked as if she was thinking about something before continuing. “Still, I know how competitive the guys can get so its probably really difficult to win against them even with brand new games. Better luck next time huh?” Sasuke silently nodded he wasn’t trying to ignore her he was just preoccupied right now. “I’m going to go to the kitchen and see if there is some onigiri or something are you coming?” Mc walked to the door and stopped waiting for his reply.

“Yes. I’ll be there in a minute.” Satisfied with that she left in search of food.

It was during clean up that Sasuke had made a discovery. In his hands, he currently held not an autograph but a drawing made by his idol. it had missed being torn up after that argument broke out about it looking nothing like what it was supposed to be. 

He might not have “won” any of the games showcased tonight but at this moment in time, Sasuke felt like he was holding in his hand the grand prize of the evening.

I feel like what I should do is make a wishlist! below the cut are ships I’d like to write / ideas in general that I’d like to write for each character. HEADS UP, it’s mainly ships and nothing too substantial ghjgfhjsjds i’m bad with coming up with thread ideas w/o knowing what muse it’ll be with. but there’s a few vague ideas in there.

Twilight Sparkle

hoo boy after that trailer this is a lot to think about, mainly because I haven’t written her that much and I haven’t gotten much of a feel for my portrayal in particular.

bUT i’m way open to talking about it! I’ve noticed she’s the muse that’s probably gotten the most attention here. to my surprise. I kind of just added her bc I felt like I could probably pull her off. now I’m unsure. I feel pressure. there’s so many amazing Twis.

I really really really wanna write some TwiPie, funnily enough that’s probably my most wanted thing with her rn. That’s just one of my favorite ships, and I think it’d be cute and interesting to see how it goes. 

other favorite ships are Twixie and TwiLuna, not itching as much to write those for some reason, but I figured it’s worth mentioning. but Twilight ships in general are pretty damn good.

other than that, same goes for Starlight, I’m open to discussing anything.

i think I’ll need to see how season 9 goes before I have more specific ideas on where to take her, so as of rn I’d mainly prefer to just write before that until it happens and I know all the context. 

Rainbow Dash

she’s another one I added bc I felt like I’d be able to handle her, but I really love her as a character, so of course yes she’s here. 

would jump at the chance for some FlutterDash probably, bc I like it a lot, but I could write it with her or my Shy. doesn’t really matter.

other than that, any ship, really, she’s very shippable. my dash is of course a flaming lesbian tho i will say that. most of my muses are bi / pan but idk. dash just. girls.

I do want to just write more of her in general. She hasn’t gotten a lot of love here. Give the Wonderbolt some love. Not too much tho it might go to her head.

Fluttershy

okay so I love Fluttershy ships, they’re so cute, how could you not

mainly though I think I’d most like to write Rarishy. besides FlutterDash. and like. again. I can do either end of that. Rarishy’s a big want for some reason.

platonic Fluttercord is my shit! I love them! I don’t really ship it anymore for reasons mainly regarding the fandom, but anything can happen I guess. It really just depends if she clicks with a particular Discord enough. it’s just not something I’ll probably want to do right away if ever. I’m cool with Discords who have a crush on her tho, just know as of rn mine doesn’t see him in a romantic light. Just a best friend.

stuff with the animal sanctuary! they haven’t really mentioned that again I don’t think, but I really liked that idea.

Fluttershy is one of the characters that made me make this blog, bc I really wanted to write her but not enough to give her her own blog. so if you throw literally anything at Fluttershy I’ll probably never be mad. I like writing her.

alright. so I love Rarity. but I added her later bc I always felt like I wouldn’t write her well. but the lack of Rarity here makes me depressed, so I decided I’d like to try my best!!!

would really enjoy to write Capperity, Rarijack, or again, Rarishy.
