Hypothetically for the Wings AU,

Could Dronny be a pig with wings?

(my idea for this stems from the fact that the symbol of La Résistance is that lil pig with wings, also it would just be cute lol)

Well I mean, hypothetically sure. I mean we've got people with wings in the Au, what's to say we can't have pigs with wings.

It'd definitely be a fun lil thing in the Au, to add in some much needed comedy and the idea of everyone just accepting the fact Dronny has wings (how I'm imagining them, they are comically small compared to his body but he can still fly with them. Like a bee and how their wings should not be able to carry their fat little bodies off the ground yet so so anyways)

I'm not gonna outright say I'll make this canon to the Au but I'm not saying I won't entertain the idea. Like. It kinda depends on how you wanna view it I guess? You can view the Au and have the idea of Dronny with wings as canon or not. I'm not that uptight as a person, so long as we're having fun I could care less.

So in short, it's canon if you want it to be and it's not canon if you don't want it to be. Honestly just up to personal preference.

Ah fuck I've done it again

Amalgam AI AU

I've seen some AUs about the humans being AI instead of Caine and I thought that might be the simplest way to get this monstrosity to happen with a massive glitch without abstraction playing a part.

I think I just really like horror AUs and doing stuff like that is just so fun so I made another one with a better title than "Horror House" cuz c'mon what the hell does that mean lol

The only characters I don't have designed currently are Zooble, Caine, and Bubble but I'll add them soon. Caine will be a human, Bubble could be something to help him out and what not.

Inspired by AUs like Sm-baby's and The Horror Circus AU, but like, different ofc.

Think this: the game wasn't originally supposed to be a horror game, just a game you go through for fun. Like Undertale, I guess? But not quite

So first and foremost, I think people would wanna see Pomni, though Jax was the first to be designed.

Pomni is supposed to be some sort of anti-virus or some sort of protecting thing. Supposed to fix bugs and glitches and prevent viruses from getting into the game. Like a firewall, I guess? I tried to make her look like "right/wrong" esc thing. She was the last to be designed and it was like 1 am when I designed her. I had no clue what to do with her, I'll be completely honest.

Story wise, she'd be trying to find a way to undo this massive glitch and get the game back to normal before she can even rest. Once Caine pops up to try and fix the game from inside, as a dev himself, she does her best to protect him and help him fix the game.

No there is no shipping in this AU, they're just helping each other basically survive. They might become friends over time but nothing more. :V

Next up: Ragatha and Gangle! I actually really like Gangle's design but Ragatha definitely needs a few tweaks I think.

Ragatha, before this massive glitch, would have been an NPC that would help a player out at the start but end up getting lost after a certain point, like a tutorial. She was the most caring character in the game before everything went down.

Gangle used to be someone who ran a little theatre thing in the game, as I've seen from other AUs and took inspiration from, but she's usually nice no matter what mask she has on. More arms means she can help more people at once, right? Game mechanics wise she was like a little shop keeper for costumes if they're needed and she can help with newer mechanics on stage if something new is added. Friendly NPC, you know? Love her design, too!

Now for the first two to be designed, Jax and Kinger!!

So Jax was like a reoccurring villain, I guess. Always trying to make the player quit the game or just scare the shit out of them, despite him not being very scary himself. He's more played off to be a joke character, if I'm honest, always failing with his antics and what not. It's part of the code! I actually like his design, small lil paws and just so shapey over all.

Kinger was like a final boss, I guess? The scariest of all of them at that time. He was a king, ruling over his pawns and such, all of which were also bug themed! I love making Kinger bug related it's so fun. He's a big softie in reality but hits like a train if you ever went against him. He had terrible vision despite all of his eyes and was very slow despite the amount of legs.

Now for what everyone has been waiting for.

The reason for the AU title.

The MASSIVE glitch that caused everything to go downhill.

The Amalgam.

I still think it needs a few tweaks here and there but this is one of four concepts I've had for it.

One time all four of these characters were together, which was relatively rare but possible, a glitch happened in the game. Pomni doesn't know where it started from and none of the game devs understand how it happened, but it did. Some devs think there's a hacker. A massive glitch pulled those four characters together into one terrifying being, always hostile and destructive. All the code of the characters were merged into this thing and somewhat scrambled. The game has now been broken to where once you're in, you can't escape until it's fixed, yet no one knows it, which is why Caine went in.

So much has happened and it's still being fixed, but a hostile blob of characters constantly attacking whenever it's near? It will be hard to fix.

It seems to be guarding something.

You can see in the first one I was going to put Zooble there but I still need a good design for Zooble. Let's see what they'll be.

my naruto au

lately i’ve been really anxious, and i’ve found that writing my own naruto alternate universe really helps me cope with my restlessness, and i wanted to share it here :)

first things first, i hate kishimoto and the way he treated so many of our beloved characters, so this is basically the original story with just a few tweaks that i wanted to bring to imagination, and give this amazing world the development it deserves

i personally hated that part because it was so selfish of her? like “okay i’m dead anyways, so i just wanna let you know i love you”, without considering how it would affect naruto to see someone die for him like that, someone he never even knew loved him that way. the guilt would eat at him, i hated kishimoto for making hinata do that.

neji didn’t die.

i don’t even have to explain this one, right?

sakura is head medic at konoha hospital, and becomes hokage after naruto

haruno sakura, the girl who deserved better, who surpassed her teacher, senjuu “hokage, best medical ninja in the world” tsunade, gets shut down to become a housewife to a husband who doesn’t set foot in the village for 12 years? nope, that does not sit well with me at all. also let’s face it, do any of you really see uzumaki naruto, sunshine personified, a hyped up ball of chakra, sitting away in the hokage’s office, while so many of his friends are active duty shinobis? which brings me to my next point:

naruto becomes hokage with shikamaru as his counselor, but he decides to step down after two years, as he realizes his lifelong wish of becoming hokage has drained him of his energy and motivation after accomplishing it. he’s never been good at staying still, and he wants to do some good for his people, his village, his world, through more than just paperwork

naruto becomes a teacher at the academy, as they open an exception for him and he doesn’t need to be de-promoted to chuunin to be a teacher

ino is head of the investigation squad, following her father’s footsteps but being even more ruthless

i actually can’t see her as anything else, kishi what were you even doing???

hinata and hanabi managed to corner their father into releasing the curse marks off the branch family and unifying the clan for the first time ever

hiashi himself admitted he hated the burden the head of the clan had to shoulder as he willingly kept the entire branch family under those cruel shackles. he also reasoned that, without the curse marks, the hyuuga clan would undoubtedly become the strongest in konoha, which in itself, besides providing an added safety to the village, would be a source of pride for every hyuuga.

naruto and sasuke both still lose their arms after their last fight, but sasuke agrees to get himself a new arm alongside naruto

basically sakura threatened to rip his other one unless he complied (an empty threat, sasuke was sure, but he wasn’t risking it)

every anbu squad has a tracker ninja

either a hyuuga, an inuzuka or an aburame

the konoha ten (plus sasuke and sai) meet up every month at chouji’s restaurant for dinner

MVSans Update v1.3.4 — Tweaks and Shells

Bringing you new shells and quality of life fixes!

v1.3.4 is available via Network Update!

Don’t already have MVSans? Download him and his balloon here! The new shell is included with the new .nar file, but if you already have him you may still want to download and install the new shell to avoid long download queues. 

v1.3.4 has tons of shell updates and some huge structural changes to make ongoing updates much easier. 

Bugfixes and changes:

Sometimes in Interval 1 he returned an empty value for endearments. * keep it coming, .

fixed some typos and awkward dialogue here and there * i’m a card, are not i?

A certain endearment that was supposed to be a permanent unlock was resetting every bootup. Oops.

Hats should now stop blinking out of existence for certain poses.  

Certain random dialogues will now only appear after you’ve cleared the Papyrus phone call events, while others are trait and/or AU-dependent now. 

So overall, mostly just tweaks and shell updates, but let me introduce to you some big changes that make life more flexible for everyone. 

Update Version Options

By default updates check for stable release only, but soon you’ll be able to opt-in to dev builds! They may have some minor issues that need ironing out but are generally safe to download. New content is just unpolished and will need tweaking. A third version are testers-only builds, which have been known to RESET user data or worse. These are unavailable to the public for obvious reasons.

Major changes to existing content (such intro/bootup) can take a long time to implement, and often I cannot release it partially implemented, because it’d be literally broken, which restricts me from putting out patches. So in order to put out the last couple updates, I had to make backups, then go through all of the files individually to see what changes I made compared to the last update that could break it, replace changes with old code so it would be safe to upload, and then after uploading I add the new code again. Messy messy messy! 

Not anymore, though. 

We got dis bitch streamlined!!

This is made possible by separating the files in a way that for the most part, synchronizes all three versions. If I change something in the Stable build, it also applies to the others! This allows me to keep large WIP content exclusive to the dev/test builds, with the freedom to put up hotfixes or minor updates on the fly! We’d be on v1.3.5+ if I hadn’t been forced to sit on changes I can’t release until finishing something else! Too many damn digits in the last couple version numbers, ugh.

Anyway, I’m close to finishing his fancy new introductory sequence; I got the coding done and now it’s just a matter of dialogue! But there’s a lot of it. It’ll get done when it’s done. Look forward to an overhaul of most hitbox dialogues and User/Sans Settings messages, along with much more I didn’t feel up to separating from the beta content at this point.

Multiverse Sans has a lot of shells now.

I mentioned last update post I’m reaching the point at which I can open submissions for new AU shells from other artists. I’m not gonna kill myself making shells for AUs I’m only lukewarm about, but I’d be happy to support as many as possible in the code. 

Look! I redid the thumbnails for all the shells and they’re so pretty now! Nice and uniform, with more explicit credit to the creators~

Yes that’s right! I’m still integrating IF!Sans and we got yet another AU shell already coming our way from my good friend Ymuy, creator of the @underchangeau​ and part of the Ukagaka Dream Team. She has a ghost of her own you can download; he’s an angsty little shit! 10/10 will harass again. 

The technicalities on this AU submission system are still being worked out and I don’t wanna overwhelm myself with anymore shells right now. But I’m curious.
