Do you play any video games?

A whole bunch, I'm actually playing a game rn xD

On mobile I play Love Nikki, Shining Nikki, and Epic Seven(which is what I'm playing rn). I play the first two daily and the third is on and off.

On PC I have like 890+ hours of Sims 4, 128+ hours of Slay the Spire, and 43+ hours of Amogus. I also have a bunch of other games and all types of stuff like visual novels, action stuff, games I bought 200 years ago and still have yet to play.

I still have my 3DS, which is somehow in still somewhat good shape. I still have most of my games on there and a wicked cool Hyrule Warriors background.

On Switch I have Animal Crossing, BoTW, Miitopia, Pokemon Shield(should have gotten Sword ;-;), Undertale & Deltarune(which I still need to play), Hollow Knight, both Bayonetta games, etc and etc and etc. I have quite a few on there lel.

I have an Xbox360 I won freshman year of HS but I didnt have wifi at the time and I rage quit the one game I liked that they got me(plus I got it when the XboxOne had came out so no good games in stores either) so it's kinda collecting dust.

And finally I have a PS5 which took me 3 months to get, FUCK YOU SCALPERS, and I have some fun stuff on there like Genshin Impact, Farm Together, Both spider-man games, yakuza, witcher, etc etc etc. I've been too tired to indulge in it often and some games I havent even started yet. But I do use it to watch tv or play youtube often so yeet.

But ye, I have a few games here and there :3

Oh damn didnt see this one yesterday,, hope you managed to get some sleep! And ohhh boi- I was in a TON of fandoms since I jump a lot between them (note: I consider being in a fandom as is- I created artwork/headcanons and was obsessed with it for atleast a month or more)

Mhh- think I’ll divide them in “categories”: Been in and never going back for either reasons or disinterest: Creepypasta (first ever fandom I was in- regret;;; except for Slendy man) Rick and Morty (I just casually watch now) Showdown Bandit (Lost interest, too bad for some characters I liked sobs) Batim (Had its chance- but now I lost interest. Bendy is still adorable tho) Villainous (just enjoying the characters rn) Been in and might come back to it: Cuphead (can’t stop loving them characters and King Dice and many other bosses are still in my heart sob) TF2 (Man I love the comic and them homicidal dorks) Sally Face (I loved the aesthetic of that game so much,,, lowkey want to retry making art of it) Hello Puppets (extremely underrated, them puppets be hella creepy and funny all in one- still stanning my boi Nick Nack lmao) SCP (Want to read more of them but I got so much I want to do nghhh;;) Always in my heart someway or another: Undertale (the fandom that made me and my irl best friend get closer :,> doesn’t matter how weird it got I got beautiful memories because of it (also my first cosplay was in this fandom!)) OFF (Might not show it- but I think I’ll die in this fandom dshdgsh) Hollow Knight (Too good too leave and it got some of my fave artists) Deltarune (I’ll surely get back into it when more comes out aaa) Underhero (extremely underrated but absolutely amazing characters, would recommend) Luigi’s Mansion 3 (found so many cool people and friends through it, it was a good time :,>) Smile for Me (comfort game right next to undertale sobs;; the style and characters are perfect and I love it to bits) Currently into: No Straight Roads (duh asdhdh- absolute current obsession right there) A Hat in Time (Lurking again in the fandom- want to do some more fanart cause I miss it;;) OFF (Always down for it) Lobotomy Corp/Library of Ruina (Another absolute obsession- and I’m excited for what LoR is gonna bring next aaa) Animal Crossing/ Enchanted Folk (Both amazing to relax and to look at cute as heck characters) Grey zone(?): Stardew Valley (havent played in so long;; but I used to be hella into it- completed the quests and married Elliot the dork poet sydsdujsh) Drawn to Life (I miss Wilfre and Heather so much sobs;;) Don’t Starve (Was hella into the lore and characters but didnt play much whoops;;) Pokemon (I mean,, it’s there but??? Idk if I can consider myself in the fandom?? Still love it in general) Darkwood (I love the game but havent been much into the fandom or drew much of it;;) Phew- and that’s all on my fandom history kinda ahahah. For games- I don’t play many;; I usually watch gameplays while drawing, writing or working to multitask.  Games I played tho- Practically all Pokemon Gens starting from Platinum (with also serie spin-offs like pokemon ranger and one Mystery Dungeon), all Professor Layton Serie until either Azran Legacy or Miracle Mask (forgot which is the “ending”;;), OFF, Undertale and Deltarune, Animal Crossing Wild World and New Horizons, Hollow Knight, Cuphead, Lobotomy Corp and No Straight Roads. Plus a lot of other rpg maker games. Let’s say I’m for games with a lot of lore and story more than action eh;; Platformers and the like I can deal with ‘em but boss rushes? Cool but they kick my ass so much sdhsdh. OH and my best friend is getting me into playing Ace Attorney (we play together via discord) and lowkey getting into it-.. unfortunately I know some of the twists so heck;;;

OH THERES LOT OF GAMES I REALLY LIKE,,, i really really love rpgs ESPECIALLY rpg maker style games,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, recently ive also started playing like Hades and Hollow Knight and i found out i really like the "difficult + challenging" style of games as well, though i never have the money to buy a lot of the ones im interested in mskdfsmk

My favourite RPG's are definitely the Hello Charlotte series, OFF and Omori!!! other than that i like rpgs like Ib, blank dream, endroll etc etc i just love them a lot i love story rich games with turn based elements especially,, i grew up playing the epic battle fantasy series + horror rpg maker games and its what shaped my taste rn uwu

Hi! i've been considering playing hollowknight(thats the name right? the game you've been posting about a lot lately) could you tell me about it? like, how difficult it is compared to undertale, some stuff about the controls and graphics, is it just one thing, or are there a lot of side stories to go through, how does saving work, do you save whenever, or are there specific places you save? idk it seemed cool before, and seeing you posting about it has made me even more interested in it

hollow knight is a singleplayer 2D platformer that i’ve been told works similarly to dark souls (though ive never played it so i cant break down exactly how lmao). it’s definitely more difficult compared to undertale, the main storyline is not too bad but there are a bunch of optional sidequests and some of them are Hard (like the one im doing rn lmao) and even in the main story there are some bosses that are going to take multiple attempts. they’re not impossible though, like the goal of the game is not to frustrate u so much as it is to challenge you. it’s also a much longer game compared to undertale, i have like 160 hours on it and still havent done everything there is to do lmao

there’s an option to use a controller but i just use a keyboard and that’s been working fine for me. you start out with only a few abilities unlocked (jump, attack, and focus) and as you go through the game you gain more, it’s slow enough to get used to so you aren’t immediately overwhelmed by all the buttons u need to press right off the bat. you can also customize the controls which is really nice!

as for graphics the style is simple but beautiful and absolutely adorable. like it’s a game abt bugs so every character is appropriately smol. it kinda reminds me of paper mario in a way? im not really an artist so i cant really give a deeper analysis of how the art does what it does™ but i found a video here that talks abt it!!! it’s rlly neat

as i mentioned above there are some sidequests and even entire areas of the game that are completely optional. that being said there are multiple endings so if you’re unsatisfied with the ending u end up with those sidequests are definitely worth checking out! also the main storyline isnt quite as linear as with a game like undertale, like there are a bunch of parts that can be done in literally any order and there’s a lot of focus on exploration for large sections of the game. the game is kinda vague abt where u need to go at times so the strategy seems to be “if i run around and explore for long enough eventually ill find the boss/item/ability i need to progress.” which is apparently pretty standard for metroidvanias (at least u get a map lol)

saving is kinda weird, the game autosaves so reloading a previous save when u fuck up is not a thing. benches are the closest things to save points in the game but they’re more like respawn points that also restore ur health. when u die u dont lose progress (like if u hit a switch before u died the switch is still on when u respawn) but the game punishes you by taking your shadow away and it kinda just hangs out where you died holding on to all ur money (i guess little ghost keeps their geo in their soul???). you have to hunt it down and fight it to get ur money back and if u die again before doing that u lose it all. tbh the game hands out a lot of money to make up for this so it’s not too big of a deal unless ur carrying a lot around for some reason, you’ll get it back

(there’s also a permadeath mode in case hunting ur shade down is too easy for u but i havent tried it lmao)

also ik you didn’t ask abt this but the music is like. rlly good. im probably biased bc im a sucker for orchestral soundtracks but still!!!
