The hyperfixation has gone too far, I legit googled if the underwear is part of the military uniform.

So, there's a glitch that lets you first fall through the lil lake you feed the Ravenous Maw at and then get teleported somewhere, free to fly about on your very hungry worm. Sadly the skies of Duviri has very few fish in it, and so the Ravenous Maw decides to still go back to the waters after you're done.

ZoLaw AUs Nobody Asked For
Law and Zoro as online boyfriends.
They text. They chat. They ask one another advice, occasionally at really awkward times. [Picture of Zoro trying to text on this damn e-mushi because DrHeartStealer wasn't sure his crew actually LIKED him, is he being too harsh Sword3?] while also trying to fight off a giant electric god pet snake.
This all started pre-Luffy (Zoro's official calendar units) and neither of them have really gotten brave enough to reveal their identities but, yeah, online boyfriends.
So Zoro means it when he shoulders some guy at bar out of his personal space with a little, "look somewhere else, buddy." He's taken.
Robin: I notice Kenshi-san is very attached to his e-mushi.
Nami: Zoro? Ha! No, he hates those things. It's why he lets kata- oh, THAT. *Eye roll* Yeah, he's really attached to that "e-mushi"
Robin: *side smile* Why do I feel as if you're holding back on important details, Navigator-san?
Nami: *sigh* I guess it's only right that, since Luffy decided you were crew, I tell you everything I know
Nami: So I can finally gossip about this bitch with someone who gets it

I almost lost my hyperfixation on HMS to Animator Vs. Animation but a fucking cross-fandom ship (that I only started shipping because of a self-indulgent crossover) AU saved me
So just letting yall know if you ship two separate characters from two separate fandoms, always remember it'll keep you hyperfixated on both of them 😌

Day #12: Self portrait
I've been doing a LOT of self-reflection recently; mostly about me as an artist, but also me as a person, looking into the future. So I decided instead of self portrait, I'd do a 'self reflection', and paint myself as a person, rather than a face, if that makes sense. Due to a couple different circumstances I wanted to get it out of the way as soon as possible, so it's more of a concept than a real piece, but idk I think it fits the message I wanted to send and that's enough for me.

I'm really just thinking about the "which is better: loving a popular character with bad fan opinions or loving a less popular character with good fan opinions" poll because I don't think the experiences are that different. Like, if you go hard for a less popular character, you have the benefits of talking to a small group of like-minded folk who do share good opinions, that's true. But any time wider fandom tries to interpret said less popular character, it's sure to be a take just as vacuous and wrong as popular character meta can be (because they genuinely haven't put in the effort to understand the character) and usually whatever that take is is what's going to be popularized (so people can continue not putting in the effort to understand the character). So then you still have to deal with misinterpretation and bad opinions of the character, but without the added bonus of lots of cool art and literal pages upon pages of fic to choose from. From personal experience, I don't really think this is better. I'm not sure it's worse, either, but I wouldn't call it better

Looking at tree law trendig and do you think nobuyuki kai is having a blast rn
sdjfhnljsfhnlu oh my god anon YES i do think that, in the event kai was aware of the wga strike and the severity of universal studios' deplorable actions, he would absolutely be delighted that tree law would come into play!!!
he'd be sad about the trees tho. i am sad about the trees. it was a shit thing to do in a poor attempt of some grand chess move, and i hope universal gets hell fined out of them.
