Not including the character (bust/half/full body), the starting price is $100 and increase depending on the complexity of the background. Once the background is set, the price total adds to character(s) type.

1 character, full body => $100 + $110 (1 full body character)

2 characters, half body => $ 100 + [($90 + $135) 2 half body characters]

Today was my rest/personal art day between comm work and I've REALLY been in my feels over these two, so here's blorbos from my brain!!! (Divider cred. @/saradika-graphics)

I made a comic of it back in the day (that I really wanna redo because I'm not that proud of it now) of Brea putting in Kepler's padawan braid, and I really wanted to draw the act itself! I couldn't find any canon info about masters doing such, but I feel like it's a very significant moment for the two of them. Kepler's experience being tossed around to different jedi and rejected as a padawan each time made him skeptical that it would be any different with Brea. But her choosing to do the intimate work of personally braiding his hair was almost like a promise. It symbolized her dedication to him as his teacher, and him as her student, and the start of a deeply close connection they would form closer to a parent and child ; u ; the braid is messy, somewhat awkward, and a bit non-traditional, just like him.

The second piece is a redraw of the first ever drawing I did of the two of them together! Kepler's debut or 'birthday' if you will (and I have put it on my calendar to celebrate as much. May 30th!) The original will be under the cut along with my taglist, and I think I've come a long way art-wise! I'm very proud and very glad I was able to draw these today, cause these goobers ain't going away anytime soon!

Checking out other Quest AUs as I wait for my will to come back to continue with Inky Mystery.

(The conflict has not let down yet and I’m starting to feel dread)

Anyway, go check out this neato retell of the og Quest story by @thequestfortheinkmachinecomics. The characters’ designs are nicely touched up, their personalities seems more natural now, the art is really cool and oh no, I’ve run out of juice for words… I just know that this retell will be good so I’ll be on along for this ride.

Royal We

As the princess of Goa, Luffy was expected to one day take the throne and rule over all of East Blue. Or, as Sabo once joked, find a husband to take the throne for her as king. The idea of ​​being tied down, whether to the throne or to a random man, had always terrified her deeply, at least until she met Koby, the new secretary to her grandfather, the regent.

For the first time in her life, Luffy fell in love, and as if it were fate, with the perfect man. Kind, strong, intelligent, equally in love with her, and most importantly, someone who Garp and her brothers accepted completely.

It seemed like the perfect ending for her, free from the responsibilities of the throne without being tied down to an empty and unhappy marriage.

That is, until, less than three years later, Luffy found herself in an empty and unhappy marriage anyway. Bound by the rules and parameters of being queen and with a husband who was too busy running the kingdom to care about her.

Things get worse when a group of nobles demand that Luffy either give birth to an heir or allow Koby to take a second wife. She laughs at the idea, crying with laughter, but her laughter quickly dies when she realizes that Koby and her grandfather actually seem to be considering and planning to accept the proposal.

Determined to put an end to this madness, she marches to the house of the noble who started all this mess, determined to beat up those responsible, especially the dumb girl who intends to marry her husband. What she finds, however, is an attempted murder, a man, hung on a cross as punishment for angering said noble, and a tall, dark and beautiful woman with a bold proposal for adventure and freedom. Luffy falls in love a second time. And Law kidnaps a queen.

im gonna start posting fanfic recs btw whenever i find good ones. both here and my (awfully barren) 18+ account. because there are so many good fics out there with so few hits and fewer kudos and sometimes no comments period and it SUCKS because i REALLY LIKE THEM A LOT.. and i hope that by linking them here and yelling at everyone to COMMENT DAMMIT they might actually do it

seriously though any comment means a lot. most people who read a fic don’t even give a kudos. even if the fic wasn’t top tier, if you didn’t dislike it, hand over some kudos!! and if you liked it, comment!!!! even if the comment is one singular heart emoji it will be appreciated. if the comment just says “great fic!” the author will be happy. your comment doesn’t have to be this long winded gushing or analysis.

so many authors quit writing or lose motivation because the comments are few and far in between or just sometimes nonexistent. trust me when i say authors don’t care about how long or cool or smart sounding your comment is i promise!!!

i hope that mmmaybe recommending fics and telling people to comment might help fics i really like get more support maybe. and i, points at you reading this, hope that you will listen!!!at least a little….at least sum kudos….

null and argyle comic that took FOREVER to finish... got interrupted by thanksgiving break and finals week but now it's DONE

this takes place a few days after jamie and argyle see each other again for the first time in three years. unlike johnny and jamie, null never fully stopped talking to argyle, but they're moreso acquaintances rather than friends. they keep up enough that argyle knows null transitioned after high school, and that they go to cape doris state university (post on that later), but that's about it
