AND!!!! Pirate Babs, maybe a bit like Elizabeth Swan, daughter of the governer turned pirate but the son of a famous pirate and then she sets up a sort of safe port for pirates when she can no longer move around the ship easily due to injury gained while pirating!

ya know how in PoTC 3 there's that safe cove that all the pirates know how to get to but nobody else does??? the place where the Pirate King lives and where the Brethren Court meet up? YEAH THAT'S BARBARA'S DOMAIN

She was the captain of an all-female crew (the one that Stephanie joined) but then she was injured in a battle and lost her ability to walk. She found a hidden cove and completely repurposed the ENTIRE THING. new docks and places for ships to berth, a huge-ass fortress, connections to pirate ships and fleets all over the globe, etc etc. She's like. the most powerful pirate of all time because she has all the resources of every single pirate who allies with her at her disposal. SHE'S THE PIRATE KING
