continuing on from that rap post but i think a lot of people are really unwilling to even dip their toes into a genre they've already considered they don't like due to preconceived notions about it...

and like i GET it lol i WAS that person, sometimes still AM that person! like it wasn't until i started listening to kpop that i discovered i did really like rap music & started listening to western hip hop too! i also was adamant i didn't like heavy metal or screamo, but i've heard some songs/groups in that genre that i actually really like (like with all music, it's often about whether i enjoy the particular vocalist and production... if anyone has any heavy metal/screamo band recommendations fronted by female singers please hmu lol)

like i truly believe there is never going to be a genre that you'll dislike ALL the artists/songs of, you just gotta keep an open mind imo!

Just thinking and subject to changes. Headcanon that axolotl hybrids in game, especially the ones that are blue axolotls, they grow into one, they're not born blue unless they have two blue parents. They start looking like a regular one.

From a pink one, turning purple and then indigo or blue. Cyan axolotls start with white and can have many discolorations but usually pink and/or cyan then they turn more blue but keep some white or pink. Yellow axolotls start with gold, then turn towards orange and then teal, blue or purple creep in, yellow takes an orange hue but not necessarily.

As for what a blue axolotl looks like, orange fins and indigo skin is more common but it's possible to see mutations and discolorations. Orange turns to gold. Or pink. Even red or green but it's very rare. The skin can be teal, light blue, blue, indigo or purple.

let's go with gold first, of course, hehe. gold has witnessed her change a lot, she used to be very playful with gold - rollerskating and skateboarding together in the park. she was not as refined as she is today and she's certainly rough around the edges when she was younger! he loves her for being able to find time to play with him even as an older sister (who can be busy). he's aware that she's changed so much but it doenst change the fact he still knows her deep down and loves her regardless. he's usually very relaxed with her, but he also knows when not to step on the "you are fucked" territory but he still does anyway lol because she will. probably be a little irritated by him HDFJKSAHJSFAHHAA just because theyre close doesnt mean she doesnt drag him out of danger and reprimand all the time 😭😭😭its tough love and big sister energy this is normal.

sapphire ADORES her. she looks up to her, sees her as her guardian and she sometimes goes to her for comfort when it comes to emotions because she's pretty bad at controlling them, especially romantic feelings. jaide sees a lot of herself in sapphire and does her best to counsel her and push her to the right path :3 sapphire picks up wild berries for her!

i wanna mention wallace here because hes so funny to me for being closely connected to steven and ruby ok listen. jaide is like. hoooly shit. you are the flashiest man alive. what the fuck. eventually gold does warm up to steven and finds him to be a very fun battling rival,,, also would probably ask for cash because brother in law privilege i guess. LMFAO. yk steven doesnt mind that actually. jaide has told steven about her family so he knows when to be serious with him or not. he's a good man :3

overall i think many would not actually know about steven's love life because he's private about it. only certain people know about it (the dex.holders, jaide's/steven's family and friends, and zinnia unfortunately) steven is protecting her identity and he wants it that way because he's famous in ho.enn for many reasons. especially for the fact that he has a family, he's very protective of ruby because of the past events that occured and he hopes it wont happen again and it wont be exploited. the only tip of the iceberg knowledge that the public would know is that hes married, he has a child, thats all. heck, i bet people think it would be easy to spot steven's child for his classic blue hair BUT PLOT TWIST RUBY INHERITED 90% OF JAIDES DNA

thinking about the dynamic between ostania and westalis — i know it’s based off of germany during the cold war but there is something kind of weird about the whole *situationship* between the two countries

allow me to elaborate 🙃

- twilight and other wise agents seem to vaguely dislike westalis despite them being painted as “the mildly better guys” compared to ostania which is funny because yuri and yor seem to love their country even though there are ridiculous criteria for seeming ‘normal’ (yes this could be propaganda but like uh. idk yuri seems smart enough to be able to see past the shitty stuff the sss does but he kind of… doesn’t. and yor working for a covert assassination group that does the more dirty work that the sss doesn’t want to do is more fishy 🐠 🐟 > don’t mind me i’m tired and i’m word blobbing here <)

- ostania has like? 2 governments? which is not surprising and we know the desmond shadow government is war-oriented while the current government is mostly peace-oriented and which government does the sss and garden support? (i think desmond but wouldn’t that mean that the current government doesn’t support the sss ??? seems more complicated 😐)

- wise has a very “konoha/anbu” relationship where the spies at wise seem to hate their job to an extent but they believe that doing their job will help make a better world even if they don’t believe in their own country that much. so i doubt current people from wise would defect but i feel like there are probably people from the war who had the same existential crisis twilight had and may have defected (people who are *not* part of wise is what i’m saying — i think these probable defects may be war generals and such but probably not spies idk if im making sense here lol) which might be another reason why ostania seems to have a mild upper hand on westalis which wise might have limited knowledge about. idkkk

anyway it kind of feels like the only people who want war is the desmond group but they seem to be corrupting much of ostania’s government at the moment which makes it seem like ostania is the enemy here but westalis seems a bit bad as a country as well so i kind of wonder if wise knows what they're fighting isn't the government ostania currently has but the shadow government hidden deeeeep yet evidently clear if that makes sense. idk what i'm talking about anymore ✌️

i dont wanna be so stresses about my final research paper but indeed i am.

but iknow i can do it and im capable of doing. it just so hard that so many things i have to learn and break down and it can get overwhelming with a tight class schedule so yeah. its get tiring at some point.

the fact i hate when my classmate giving me like couragement is bcs my pride was hurt?! im competitive as hell so i want to be better and faster although i never show it directly to them but my brain ignite competitivenes towards them. only to my classmate those ppl who also suffered in final paper research, poor my friends lol, but still... im in my own league now. own battle with my own timeline i create. i hate them when they (my classmate) encourage me?! idkkk weirddd bcs maybe it shows them like they are in ease, they already done. so it is ajealousy speaking tho. i often only smile , they dont deserve to get hurt tho.

I'm so mad rn... I just wish I didn't care so much. My friend said they'd be up for playing something with me tonight after work, but nope, no messages, and obviously they're hanging out with the other friend they're always hanging out with and definitely don't like more than me. I know I'm an insecure mess with no self esteem and "it's all in my head" but god fucking dammit I wish I had other friends so I could just not care. It's easy to say I'm crazy when you're always invited to shit and I'm not, and then say it's my own fault. "You don't message" well I messaged yesterday??
