that post about all of your empathy leaving your body when you're overstimulated. the way how whenever i came back from highschool and i tried destressing from "god knows what" in a matter of two hours instead of a whole seven since my parents changed jobs/schedules, whenever my mom would come home id hide. in the bathroom every single time. id hide and cover my ears and rock back and forth and id start tearing up in the kitchen too when she'd start talking and there's just this endless endless endless list of things id do and stuff whenever i can't cope sometimes and dhdhdhfjsjfjjsjfksicisifififf i literally spiral out of control .....whenever i think about how since destressing from overstimulation at school is less likely and only builds up again now, i tend to act more passive aggressive i hate it so much there's so much Shame if i could chose not to be born this way sometimes I really would and i feel bad sometimes bc yeah #autism creature #'tism whatever but literally ive thought unimaginably terrible things that I deserve just because I can't handle sensory input andit somehow has to be everyone else's problem
