I think the weirdest things these artificially- generated interiors do is putting a loft bed above the kitchen.

one of my fav AI interior tells is when there's stuff that's not by any means impossible but is just like, not something a human being would ever do.

for example: bowl of lemons on the stove

there's also a lot of images w weird little loft bed set ups and occasionally you'll get one where the AI has got very confused about how stairs work:

You know those images that a lot of kink blogs post... the ones that overlay text onto pictures of pretty girls? Sometimes the girls aren't doing anything kinky at all, they're just pretty. And the text says something like, "I own your little peeny weeney." Or something stupid like that. It's often FemDom content.

Not only is it lazy and ugly content, but those women didn't consent to being in your dumbass fantasies. Get that garbage off of my dashboard.

Saw this post and couldn't resist because,

1.) @tesscourtes' human!Bill is a lil cutie-patootie menace that I very badly wanted to draw, and,

2.) I have a - M I G H T Y - N E E D - for any version of human!Bill to find any way he possibly can to annoy Ford a whole lot :D

Also, 3.) I like to headcanon that Bill's knowledge in The Sciences is mostly limited to 'Ways I Can Make A Really Cool Doomsday Portal', and everything else he knows is just a slapdash mix of the stuff he remembers from whatever schooling he went through on Euclydia, a whole awful lot of lucky guesses (which he WILL gaslight you about if you tell him he's wrong), and - naturally - conning all the rest of the answers he needs out of any more educated saps who are unfortunate enough to be around him at the time (answers which he will then proceed to take credit for), so as far as I'm concerned, this "outfit" is perfect for him.

Ignore the shitty backgrounds, I am sick to death of doing backgrounds, I just want to draw goofy shenanigans, okay???

What if the jedi had like a galactic culture day/week where the jedi all dressed in the traditional garments of their home planet and the initiates/padawans got to have a week where they focused on fun traditions and cooked food from different planets each day etc.

And like, sucks for Anakin obviously since he isn't keen to celebrate Tatooine culture so after his first disastrous culture day Obi-Wan keeps them far away from the temple.

Well now Anakin's grown up and often away when he is on Corucant anyway... so Obi-Wan decides to partake in culture day for the first time in a decade.

And (noe we get to the point) the cultural garments of Stewjon are slutty. Or maybe they technically aren't. Like maybe Obi-Wan's kilt from ten years ago is now a bit short and tight but he doesn't have time to replace it. Or the outfit is not slutty exactly, but it is pretty revealing, and no one is used to seeing mr modesty show any skin so it is quite scandalous.

And! Then Anakin comes back to the temple to see his barely dressed master all tipsy from the celebrations...

And then... Obi-Wan gets railed.

i am the goblin who runs this here blog. otherwise known as @jondoe297

i am extremely bummed that when i do come out and adress the followers of this blog directly it will be with this news. well. here goes:

Comic Art Showcase will indefinitely stop sharing our favorite artists' works until further notice due to the deal tumblr's owner is making with A.I. companies to sell data,enabling the theft of the works of the platform's users to scrape to train their A.I.

while for the over 5 years(!!) now that i have run this page and shared the love of comic art i am so passionate about,through ups and downs,i have kept this page strictly for doing so. not presenting any topics or ideas or even showing my own personality or linking my personal blog(even though i have been flirting with the idea recently. well i guess now is as good a time as any) i feel that if nothing else i have to use this specific platform i have,as it is,to address this topic as it is intrinsic and intertwined with this page's theme or activity. and i will not have it be an open buffet for these greedy corporations to scrape for data to feed the A.I. with which they seek to replace the very artists that i love and admire! even though it may be too late as we don't really know how long they've been doing this. well the inevitable came. and if this page is not deleted it will at least not be posted on for the time being. while we figure out what to do next.

in the meantime we can and have to all do what we can to fight for artists' and creatives' rights. if nothing else by not being a part of the theft and exploitation of them an their work. please do not use any generative A.I. programs for images or text. they work by scraping from databases of artists' and creatives' works without any permission,credit or compensation.

for now we can at least 'opt out' of having our content be shared with the A.I. companies in the settings.

and you have to do this for each blog and sideblog individually so make sure to do that!

and artists make sure to use Nightshade and Glaze to protect your artwork and images!!!!

the best combination is to use Nightshade first then Glaze on your images.

Glaze creates a protective layer on the image to prevent A.I. from copying it. while Nightshade poisons the A.I. sotfware.

interesting that, of all the AI topics you could get mad at (deepfakes and revengeporn, people intentionally going out of their way to ignore wishes of artists who ask people not to use their art in it, whatever), tumblr users choose to instead become enraged over AI-generated cats and meme art.

straycatj is not personally ruining the lives of every artist alive by posting an AI made image (that she made for fun) one (1) time. it is not stealing from artists if you generate gay sex cats memes instead of paying someone irl to make it for you. AI discourse went from reasonable concerns to "if you ever generate an AI image, it is akin to letting artists starve in the street, and you are evil" really quick, and ignores, like, every previous "acceptable" AI trend on tumblr (since people now looooove to pretend that "early" AI generation wasn't popular, i fuckin guess).

I think we should start calling “ai artists” AI Sloppers or something. Just eliminate the use of the word artist from the action entirely. They aren’t artists and shouldn’t be claiming to do art. People shouldn’t even have to say something like

“Oh these “AI Artists” even when i dont want to call them artists-”

Like. Just dont call them artists. Dont call what they do art. We need to and SHOULD coin new terms. We could just call it rot. I think we should implement this vocabulary.

Instead of being like “this ai artists generated an image of…” just say “this slopper put in a prompt for rot of…”

Dont even give them the luxury of being called artists or saying pictures or drawings. Dont even say generated because that implies some amount of work.

Why the fuck are people using this shit to undermine actual passion, and not like? Idk. using it to further progress in cancer research? Handing that shit to the public was a mistake.
