Meet #mouse who is well loved by the tourists who named her. Since they’ve gone I’ve been looking for her to give her a little #doggytreat, and when I finally spotted her, we were both happy to see each other. I must have a soul sign that says, "I'm lost, please take care of me!" Within 48hrs I've been asked to check on 9 small puppies on the beach. Of course that then means responsibility of taking care of them, or taking them to an animal rescue centre. As the centres are always so over populated already, they would be looking for people to foster anyways. So with some help we've made a couple of shelters for the pups near my beach house and I will be feeding them. On my way home tonight I found this one puppy and within an hour found him a home. Sadly most of the other abandoned ones are female and likely to not be adopted locally. If you have in your heart to give a forever home to one of the pups, I can help you all the way with the relocation Here's a little pic of a success story, with more pics of the others to follow tomorrow 6 of the pups are only a few days old and eyes aren't even open yet 😞🐾🐾🐾

These #beautiful, but sad 😔 looking #palolem #dogs we’re super #fortunate to have a #lovely #lady help them out yesterday. Having worked and lived in #delhi for some time helping the #streetanimals she was equipped with suitable #medications to help with their #mange #disease. After a lengthy discussion with myself and the #restaurant owner, we now have a plan of action for the next month. These little #puppy #bubbas were presumably #dumped and a couple of #foreigners helped them, and some time later #mumma came looking for them. And one by one She collected them all and took them to #safety. Sadly this isn’t always the case and many #tourists assume mum is gone and then the pups get removed. Luckily Janie from @arcsouthgoa was passing by this time and helped the girls with what to do to take care of them in case the mother didn’t come back.
