Soto Ayam indonesia
Soto Ayam is one of the hundreds of thousands of culinary in Indonesia. Basically Soto Ayam is a food that is made of yellow with chicken shredded in it. Taste of Soto Ayam is no longer need to be questioned. Therefore, it is not surprising that we find many variations of Soto ayam such as chicken coconut milk Soto, Chicken Soto Lamongan, Soto Ayam Betawi, and many more.
As if each city has a Soto that is distinctive and different from the other. Taste and cooking of Soto Ayam is different from each area, but basically the same. There are a few basic ingredients, but there is always a material added so it feels different.
How to make Soto Ayam
Materials:
Chicken 1 Tails
Col 200 g, thinly sliced
Bean sprouts 200 g, clean and steamed until cooked
Potato 4 pieces, clean, thinly sliced
Tomato 2 pieces, divide into 6 parts
Soun 50 g, soak with hot water
3 Grains chicken egg, boiled until cooked then sliced into 4 parts
Water 2 L
Fried Onion 50 g
Citrus leaves 3 sheets
Lemongrass 2 Rods
Salam leaves 2 sheets
Scallion 1 bar, sliced finely
Lengkuas 25 g
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 cm
Candlenut 4 Pieces
Ginger 15 g
Shallot 3 Pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Lime 1 piece, divide into 8 parts
How to make:
Puree turmeric, hazelnut, ginger, shallot, and garlic. Then add pepper and salt.
Prepare a frying pan with medium flame, then stir-fry the seasoning that has been mashed with cooking oil. Enter the orange leaf, Salam leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. Stir-fry spices until fragrant.
Prepare the pot to boil the water. Boil water until boiling. After boiling water then enter the seasoning that has been stir-fried into the pan.
Put the cleaned chicken into the soup that is being boiled. Boil gravy to boil and chicken until cooked.
Taste the meat, if it is less savory, you can add salt and pepper to your liking.
Remove the chicken from the gravy, separate the chicken meat with the bones. Set aside chicken meat and re-insert the chicken bones into the gravy.
Put the finely sliced scallion into the gravy.
Fry up to dried potatoes that have been thinly sliced. Set aside in a closed container.
The chicken is boiled in a gravy and fry until brownish after the chicken shredded small.
Prepare a bowl of clean containers to serve Soto.
Soto Ayam can be served with rice or Soto. Put first rice or lontong into a bowl.
Place the sliced cabbage, bean sprouts, french fries, Soun, 1 slice of tomato, egg, and chicken meat.
Pour soup into a bowl.
Sprinkle the fried onions into the bowl and put the lime slices on it.
Soto Ayam is ready to serve. Complete Soto with sweet soy sauce, sambal, and crackers.

Steps to make the special Soto Lamongan
