This same 58kg weight was so scary and depressing at one point is now part of the journey and a step towards my next goal.

Here is my transformation story:๐
I have always been a fitness enthusiast but never had right direction. I was leading a life where weekends were meant for parties and eating out. Workout was on and off depending on weight and motivation level.
And if you ask about Diets.. Believe me I have tried all kind of fad diets for quick results. Even purchased a sauna belt.(Please forgive me)๐ฌ๐
Last year my friend @shikha_rathore3 introduced me to @fittrwithsquats and I enrolled under @yashkfitness . And everything started changing. I lost 7-8 kgs and my weight came down from 58 kgs to 52 kgs in the process.
Slowly and gradually I understood the process, learnt the basics first and realized that it interests me.
I wanted to enable myself with more knowledge and help people with their fitness goals.So I completed INFS foundation, expert and exercise science specialist certifications and trying to learn more each day.
These two pictures are 1.2 years apart. Weight may be same but a lot has changed in my life mentally, physically and emotionally. I feel happier and focused. Next goal is to participate in ICN india.๐๐ช
