Edit: You may call us Carou or Clear. We prefer our names be used interchangeably, if you would please do so.

DNI: basic dni criteria, fans of media such as aot, hp, sander sides, homestuck, proship/anti-anti, map/no-map, exclusionist (including mspec), and anti-endos.

(fictives of any character from a source on the dni are perfectly fine and will be treated as any other headmate.)

If a current mutual ends up interacting with one of those on my dni and thinks it may be an issue. Just. Talk to me. I'm more than willing to hash it out. Please.

If you have an issue with us, be direct about it. We won't understand or pick up on it otherwise. We simply have poor understanding and overthink things often.

Anyways the reason that even came up was we discovered a new introject by seeing flashes of locations of his source while trying to sleep and while it's possible that was just to alert us that he is in fact here... it felt a lot like when we used to do 'memory walks' and the like for alters with full on pseudomemories. We had trouble focusing on any of his, but even the fact we saw it at all caught us off guard.

I guess because like... we Know this probably isn't the right response but. Exploring or indulging in pseudomemories nowadays feels. Almost immature ig? For us specifically, because I think for us the pseudomemories were a new avenue of escapism when we cut our old method of excessive roleplay out of our lives. A way to focus on something 'outside' of ourselves that was in our own head. We don't want to stifle alters who have them from exploring them. But we can't help but feel a little ashamed, like we're falling back on an unhealthy coping mechanism in the process.

Hopefully we'll temper it and find a balance: letting alters have or develop pseudomemories as they happen, without falling too down the rabbit hole and fixating on those alternate lives like we used to.
