Today was... randomly okay? It was sunny, my run was actually pretty good compared to recent performances, I got some stressful ‘life admin’ done, and, most importantly....

I weighed myself.

I’m 2kg lighter than I thought I was.

I don’t know how, because I quite literally feel heavier by the day, but this is progress! Honestly the most motivational thing EVER is starting to see results, scale-related or otherwise, and, though my body dysmorphia might make those results difficult to believe, I am getting somewhere! I’m far from where I’d like to be, but I’m on track, so I’ll keep doing what I’m doing. Right now I’m too pleased even to be embarrassed about my shitty food choices, or be nervous about my long weekend of socialising.
