R1999 OC: Anatoly

Welp, time to introduce the guy!

Anatoly is a Ukrainian arcanist, based off of the liquidators of Chernobyl. The contribution he's mainly known for is the debris cleanup of the roof, and otherwise has helped with ensuring the containment of the exclusion zone. He enjoys this kind of work, despite the dangerous environment and extreme health risks that he's taking to stay in.

Plasma cleaning of Petri dishes

We pump out the air from the chamber and let in only a low amount of highly ionized gas. The ionized gas has this beautiful color you see. The Petri dishes will be now sterile, perfectly clean, and adhesive for my samples for measurements.
