Fitbit has its own app ‎Fitbit: Health & Fitness on the App Store but all the health data is maintained in the FitBit app and not the Apple Health app. There are many 3rd party apps that will sync with the health app including: ‎Power Sync for Fitbit on the App Store

If you have Apple Music at this point it may not be really worth it and a redundant service but those who dont subscribe like what it does if its still going to be around. We discussed this.
