@_shof_ working his #guardretention game with #guardsweeps against @joshuagrn . When the night started Josh was a two stripe. By the end of the night he had rolled with all 3 #bjjbluebelts and either got a #guardpass a #guardsweep or totally made them work for every sweep and pass. Now he had only recently been a second stripe. What I saw needed to be recognized - #skillisrank. It wasn’t a false positive as each blue belt fights so differently yet Josh was able to apply the concepts of #JiuJitsu he had learned . He comes every practice and supplements with athletic movements, #strengthandconditioning at the gym.
