It's interesting how consistent Kuusuke's disdain towards his grandparents is. Especially since it's never really acknowledged. Here's a compilation: • Preventing them from learning about Kusuo's powers

• Angering Kumagoro by attempting to take the money from the car

• Playing around with him and causing him to faint

• Including him in the GBG plan

• Telling Kumi to keep using the machine despite knowing the side effects and how much she cares for her appearance

• Almost causing their divorce

• Messing with Kumagoro again

you know how we have these two promo images of ivan and till?

("observation" and "decision" by vivinos)

paralleling their young selves and their current selves. young ivan sits with till and happily watches him sing, older ivan stares more seriously at till as they're about to enter the contest, having just made some sort of decision (we don't know what exactly that means yet. to lose? to not compete? to tie? to... win? given his convo with sua that might be the "nicer" option in his mind)

and now the promo art for round 6 dropped, "cure"

its OBVIOUSLY playing on paralleling these shots again. this time it seems to be after till got punished and is asleep or unconscious (or maybe he just has his eyes closed, but i dont think hes awake- he's not the type to be so chill about the face touching)

what if... its also meant to parallel a "future" shot? just like the previous two?

if till ends up dying this round (SAD!) we could end up seeing the second half of it. with ivan's hand on till's corpse. but this is pure conjecture, not super likely. im just saying is all.

#one of the things that made me think this is that ''cure'' isnt a perfect parallel the way the other two are of each other #mostly in the way till is posed with his hair falling back and eyes and mouth closed #in the other two it seems a point to have all these aspects the same in both versions of him (ivan is the one whose expression change tho)#but its still CLEARLY playing off the same concept. so maybe it also has a ''twin''....#if it does happen ill put my head through a wall though for putting the possibility out there #but i dont think its likely its just a concept i thought of when i saw the art and thought of the other art lol #is IS called cure though. maybe till does die but is resuscitated somehow who knows #aliens probably have good medical tech that hyuna stole #also ''cure'' has the red show in ivan's eye while the others dont. inch resting.#i love when the red shows you can really see the ''camera'' inspo lol #alien stage

I should add poledancing to the list of odd talents that Akira has but has no business having due to growing up in a small suburban town. I only had access to it bc i had a YMCA that had a MASSIVE gym (in a criminally underfunded part of the city); there were poles put up alongside some other structures to allow counselors to make up some shit for us to do lmao

Hes got a flair about him; speaking from experience, it is FUN to do gymnastic shit like that, and its really really REALLY good for ur core. Other things on the list are basic gymnastics (he hates that shit tho, the classes he took sucked ass), Parkour (loves this; less about running and more about utilizing ur core and bracing for falls), and Knife Flipping/Spinning. Theyre all odd things that coincidentally ended up being VERY good experience for the metaverse :) YEAH the metaverse makes it easier to pull off tricks, but he already knew how to do all those things; you cant get Ryuji or Yusuke to spin kick off a pole wo having them fall and bust their ass- Its ALL skill babey

#saint seiya #saint seiya fanart #los caballeros del zodiaco #sagittarius aiolos #I remember reading somewhere (either a post or some wiki page idk) how aioros is often revered as the perfect saint an almost divine figure #and I’m pretty sure aioros initially refutes being the next pope saying saga would be a better fit (it’s 4am so correct me if I’m wrong)#anyway I watched some of kotz for fun and saw that scene. he seemed rather upset at the news but a sense of distress I can’t really describ #even when keeping in mind that he was only 14 I don’t think it was the responsibility that comes with being a gold saint/pope successor #but more combining the first bit of being highly viewed. he seems like a rather humble guy who’s rather content with risking his life #or has at least excepted that fact. but when seem as more than a simple soldier it makes him uneasy. because he knows he’s not a god #yet is put in such position that when adding his sacrifice at an early age he’s practically legend. and despite the initial denial he will #always be obedient enough to accept the duty placed upon him. this is all to simply say I tried drawing him smiling but it didn’t look righ #so ye.
