I need Volo to show up in every Legends game with no explanation. Like, he doesn't play a major role he's just there and nobody comments on it because its the 19th Century in Kalos they probably haven't heard about what happened in Hisui and even if they did they probably wouldn't know the specifics.

Also he wears a fake mustache.

Maybe he can be a merchant that sells you Legendary items like the Orbs that he got totally legally he prommy.
