An annoying part of pocket mortys is that every item costs a lot and I only ever spend my shmeckles on the chips to get more Mortys… this may or may not have caused me to die to a Morty that I rlly want led to get cuz I was at rlly low health and had only one Morty left at the start of the battle and I didn’t have any serum 😭

Chapter 38

It's Sunday morning in Arkadia which means two things, church and brunch. Most of the town is in Pastor Gustus' church, this morning including Clarke as well. She's not the biggest church-goer, but it's one of the few places she gets to see Lexa. So maybe sitting through those sermons that almost put her to sleep are worth it if she can spend just a couple of minutes looking into those eyes she is falling in love with so hard and so fast.

One thing I love so much about beatrice is that she’s just so hard to figure out

I’ve seen so many different takes from “she’s never kissed a girl before and is an absolute nervous wreck in bed” to “bea definitely has some tricks up her sleeves and knows exactly what she’s doing in bed”

We know ava quite well by now, we know she’s curious about sex, we know she has some experience from her time with jc and we also know she might have done some exploring of her own, from this we can kind of figure out what she would be like in bed with bea, a little nervous sure, but also confident, she knows her own body, she knows what she likes and what she doesn’t like, what will feel good for her partner and what turns people on

But we have no clue about bea, I always thought of her as inexperienced in practice, experienced in theory, meaning that when her and ava start getting serious their make out sessions get more heated each time and they’re having trouble keeping their hands off of each other but bea just isn’t ready yet, so she starts doing what she does best, she studies, she analyses, she reads

She remembers every noise ava makes and every reaction she has when when she touches her, ava’s breath hitches when bea strokes her neck, ava’s back arches slightly when bea touches her abs, ava moans quietly when bea kisses her passionately or bites her earlobe, and bea remembers all of this, stores it away for later

Bea reads studies, medical journals, romance novels, anything that she can get her hands on that can help her make ava feel as good as possible when the time comes, the others at the convent constantly ask her what she’s reading cause when she’s not training or spending alone time with ava, she has her nose buried in a book or a stack of papers fresh from the printer

And ava, being the nosy and sometimes still a little insensitive shit that she is, let’s her curiosity get the better of her, so one day she steals one of bea’s books when bea isn’t looking because she noticed her girlfriend was keeping secrets, so ava opens bea’s book (which title had been scratched out) to a random page and quickly figures out what it’s about

Bea pretends she didn’t notice and ava pretends she doesn’t know anything but when they’re in bed that night neither of them is able to fall asleep so ava asks if they have been going too fast to which bea says that maybe they have been waiting too long

So a few nights later, when almost everyone else is away on mission they cook dinner together again like they did in switzerland, and they play boardgames at candlelight like they did in switzerland, and they get ready for bed together like they sometimes did in switzerland and then bea kisses ava goodnight, like she never did but always wanted to, her hands shake, but it’s okay because so do ava’s, bea puts her studies to good use until ava reminds her to be in the moment, to not think so much and just feel, so bea does exactly that

and so does ava

i bought a bunch of cars stuff off amazon with the money i got for christmas and i think the most annoying part was trying to find a fill to go with my sarge

a night in rocksbourg is regarded as a classic series but i found it like. both very frustrating and occasionally fantastic at the same time. some really memorable horror moments mixed in with some extremely frustrating gameplay at times and a couple ambient tracks that drove me absolutely insane with the repetitive noises
