i think where my edits differ is i always come from a place of trying to tell a story? i'm not the type of simblr that can just post a pretty edit of a beautiful sim with no context you know i'm not good at that sort of thing, i don't have a sim style like that. but i know how to tell a story and set a mood ✍

for my art supplies, i use a combination of things:

+ whatever pencil i can find that still has lead and my dollar store sketchbooks

honestly i'm still figuring out colouring as i go 😅 i usually feel nervous about "ruining" the lineart so I used to skip colouring, but i've been challenging myself to colour more this year! it also helps that sun and moon are so colourful themselves!

ARVEN WITH A CHUBBY BELLY UR SO REAL FOR THIS

Lemme offer u this, Arven with body hair, on his arms and belly specifically, and he also has a lil beard thing going on that he regularly shaves😫😫

YEEEEAHHHHHH His concept art gives him a wee bit of tummy, and I'm a little sad they took it away for his 3D model. I'm gonna continue to write/draw him as brolic until the day I die though idc >:D

I've been HCing that he shaves his arms and chest because he's self conscious about them and that he just likes to have a "clean" shave for his face (I used quotes bc of the damn sideburns wjnkfsdcx). Definitely wanna draw him with like a chin strap/maybe a goatee kinda thing going on (maybe like an inverted version of Leon's??) or something at some point
