𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 ' 𝐆𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 ' Since the pandemic, I've been craving so much of my favourite foods from restaurants or food stalls. Hence I've started cooking them with my own twist of the recipe but better. Using Kimball's products, I get the same fulfilment as my comfort food. With a twist of using Kimball's sauces and pasta to incorporate in my Asian cooking is such a delightful feel. Here's my recipe for Asian Beef Garlic Spaghetti using Kimball's products. 𝑨𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊 INGREDIENTS 8 oz. (226 g) dry Kimball spaghetti 3 garlic, finely minced 1 red onion, finely minced 1/2 teaspoon white sesame 2 stalks scallions, roots trimmed and cut into small rings 1 pack of minced meat SAUCE 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons Kimball oyster sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil Can use either for sourness 1/2 tablespoon Kimball tomato sauce 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar INSTRUCTIONS - Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. - Cook the minced meat with garlic & onion. You can add on other ingredients as well such as chopped tomato (optional) - Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl, stir to combine well. Make sure the sugar is all melted in the sauce. Add the garlic and sesame, stir to combine well. - When the spaghetti is cooked, drain with a colander. Transfer the noodles to a big mixing bowl, add the sauce and scallions, stir to combine well. Serve immediately This recipe sure tastes more satisfactory and unique using Kimball's products. Rindunya nak makan kari kepala ikan jenahak! 😋 Jadi hujung minggu kita masaklah nak hilangkan kempunan. Lepas husband beli kan kepala ikan jenahak kat pasar, kita sediakan bahan2 semua!! 😘 ✔️Bahan menumis ➡️ Bawang besar, Bawang Putih, Jintan, Biji sawi, halba mix ✔️Sayur2 wajib ➡️Terung, Bendi & Tomato ➡️Asam jawa, garam, gula, Santan. ➡️Serbuk Kunyit, Serbuk Cili dan Serbuk kari dan udang power dari PRAN‼️ Kalau pakai serbuk kari Pran, korang tak payah nak letak serbuk cili kecuali nak pedassssss fuhhhhhhlamak punya! 🔥💯 ❇️Cara2 memasak kari kepala ikan jenahak Alifzakitchen.❇️ 1️⃣ Ikan dibersihkan betul2 dan rendam dengan air asam jawa dulu nak bagi hilang hanyir. 2️⃣ Panaskan minyak kemudian tumis bahan2 menumis sampai wangi. 3️⃣ Campur kan serbuk kari PRAN, sedikit serbuk cili dengan serbuk kunyit dan gaul dengan air untuk jadi 'Paste' 4️⃣Lepastu tambah dalam kuali, gaul bagi pecah minyak sikit baru masuk air dan air asam sikit. Lepas tu biarkan 10 minit. 5️⃣Dah pekat kuah, tuangkan santan ikut kesukaan korang! 6️⃣Campurkan sayur2 wajib tu, Jangan lupa! tunggu 5 min. 7️⃣Kecilkan api, dan tambah kan kepala ikan tadi. Biarkan masak selama 5-10 minit. 8️⃣ Tutup api. SIAP dah kari kepala ikan jenahak PRAN sedia untuk dihidang dan makan!
