Its official… I am Jae Yeol trashhhhh. My son… my sweet precious son. I love him so much. ASDFGHJKLAKDHFJDKS I hyperventilate whenever I so much as look at him. sweet lord help my poor soul… . drabble that’s meant to be vague because i like writing shiz like that

written in 20 min with no plot in mind so-

winter is both cold and warm – both the snow that melts into your shoes, and the warmth  that you desperately keep close to yourself. people look out at snow, as they nurse their cup of hot tea indoors, and think that it’s too cold to be out there, but there are others who’d gladly embrace the warmth that comes with cold.

hyungseok is like summer – bright, warm and excited. jaeyeol is like winter – the exterior cold, but beneath it, currents of emotions course through him. to jaeyeol, hyungseok is the sun that people look forward to, and he himself, the dark sky that brings nothing but melancholy. 

it’s not something that hyungseok minds though; in fact, he’s the only one who sees through jaeyeol, amongst the others who avoid the cold. hyungseok is unaware of that, and his innocence is what makes him even more special to jaeyeol. jaeyeol doesn’t mind that summer is still summer afterall, that the bright sun shines over the vast sea, and lighting up the dark sky isn’t the only thing it does.

when jaeyeol falls, he falls hard. hyungseok, oblivious to the quiet glances and slight upturn of lips, continues shining as brightly as ever. he doesn’t notice that the nights are getting shorter, that the snow doesn’t fall as much anymore.

it’s the fall season, when dried leaves are supposed to rustle on the ground. this time, the cool breeze doesn’t come. hyungseok looks at the stillness before him, and he waits. he waits, but winter never comes.
