138. this shit will always baffle me but also make me laugh. let me break this down. Clary is an 18 year old (shows timeline) or at least 19 (my timeline) and she’s telling the inquisitor that she’s glad she took the power away from the government basically and instead of allowing them the wish, she used it for her own benefit. literally the wish is I would assume meant to be used for wars and shadowhunter issues. not getting your boyfriend back from the dead

139. the fact that she says “it’s a curse and I’m glad I did what I did” shows clary doesn’t care about the consequences. she just cares that jace is in trouble and everything she did has became a big mess because now she’s been caught. she doesn’t mind putting everything on Alec Izzy and Magnus. she actually loves that she doesn’t have to fix that. she in my personal opinion is bitter that she’s been caught and that jace is in danger. danger because of her own mistakes and decisions. she doesn’t care about the shadowhunters needing the wish. she only thought about what she wanted. not a second went by that clary thought “hmmmm maybe I should think this through” and not a second went by after that she ignored jace and went to Alec right away. I’m sorry but I don’t think she has any remorse for what she’s done. I think she’s mad that she’s been caught and now her little insufferable boyfriend is in danger
