Crossed Signals production has been chugging along. This month, we've hit the exciting milestone of completing base sprites for every character that appears in the introduction to the game! This doesn't include facial expressions, alternate outfits, or additional poses, but it does lay the groundwork for what's to come.

Main Character

Just your typical college sophomore. You may see us refer to them as "Sam Laine." That's just what name I (Gunzil) picked, but when you play you can name them whatever you'd like!

Multiverse News: Week 2

Greetings, fellow travelers! It’s your favorite hot mess speaking! 🖖

I already knew chances of me doing this weekly were slim, but I’ll be giving these Sunday updates as much as I can! Work was a little crazy the past two weeks, I already miss my vacation days, and my hopes of having an easier next week got crushed on Friday. Naturally, I didn’t have a lot of time to write and read the last two weeks, but I’ll share all the series I’m currently reading and the few WIPs I’ve worked since the last update 😊

I’ve also reached 800 followers (even after blocking a million porn bots 🤣), so THANK YOU so much for stumbling onto this blog and indulging in my little stories. I love and appreciate all of you more than you can ever imagine 😭🖤🖤🖤

I initially wanted to celebrate by opening requests, so I can thank you properly by writing some storylines you want, but since work is crazy and I’m behind on literally everything, I don’t think it’s a good idea for now. Hopefully, things will clear up soon and we can do something fun to celebrate this milestone together 🥳🥂

Series Updates:

DBM: Currently reworking chapter 2. It was too funny and casual. Dean needs to be more broken and devastated. I’m going for that full heartbreak here. Tears, sobs – you shouldn’t be able to function when I’m done with this chapter. You’re welcome.

PH: Finished part 19 and realized it’s the longest of the series yet. Currently, it’s at 5.8k. I already tried to think of scenes to cut and while there are some I could live without plotwise, they’re hilarious and I don’t want to erase those laughs. So, should I split it into two parts instead or can we live with this? Let me know! I’m also halfway through part 20. It’s intense and pretty much follows an episode of the show, which I always found important, so I didn’t want to change too much about it, not even the dialogue. I hope I’m doing it justice in the end ☺️

Labyrinth: Started writing it this week for a request (the Wendigo hunt). Currently 1.7k words in. The beginning is a bit creepy because Wendigos were always the monsters that freaked me out the most (because they remind me of the horror movie The Descent and that one always scares me to death.) But Dean’s close to saving her and then there’s all the fluff you could possibly get 🥰

Mercilessly: Giving it the finishing touches. Was initially planning to post it on Dean’s bday, but my work schedule won’t allow me to finish it in time. My muse is also in a fluff mood apparently and not up for evil scheming. I’m as surprised as you are, guys...

The third season of Beverly Hills, 90210, began airing on July 15, 1992 on Fox television network. The season concluded on May 19, 1993 after 30 episodes.

This season follows the friends during the summer and their senior year of high school as they deal with everyday teenage issues such as sex, infidelity, relationships, child molestation, hit and runs, racial discrimination, gang violence, expulsion, pollution, gambling, drug abuse, eating disorders, body image, student strikes, grief, and domestic violence.

Season three begins during the summer before Brenda’s senior year of high school. After the fight between Dylan and Mr. Walsh, Brenda was forbidden from seeing Dylan, but she continues to do so in secret. When her parents find out that she’s been lying to them, Brenda stands up to them and demands to have her feelings for Dylan taken seriously. She goes so far as to pack up her clothes after the fight and leave home to be with Dylan at his house. She is distraught, but is frustrated that she’s been forced to hide the most important relationship in her life from her family. The cohabitation is more stressful than Brenda realized before moving in, and before long her and Dylan are fighting about everything.

In an effort to cool things off, Brenda decides to go to Paris, France, for a French immersion program in lieu of Kelly, who has taken her responsibility as a big sister very seriously and decided to stay home. Mr. Walsh and Dylan both support Brenda’s summer trip to France; Mr. Walsh, as a way to get Brenda away from Dylan, and Dylan as a way to get Brenda’s father off his back. In Paris, Brenda focuses on exploring the sites and soaking up the French culture, deciding to hold off from calling Dylan so she doesn’t get distracted. She wants to evolve as a person, and not be directed by the men in her life; her father or Dylan. In Beverly Hills, Dylan and Kelly’s friendship gets closer while Brenda is studying overseas. Brenda pretends to be a French native when she meets a young man named Rick, and their relationship becomes romantic.

When Brenda returns home and leaves Rick behind in Paris, her relationship with Dylan gets back to normal, but even though she tells Dylan about Rick, he doesn’t tell her about Kelly. When Rick suddenly shows up in Beverly Hills and runs into Brenda, Dylan discloses to Brenda that there was a girl over the summer, but doesn’t tell her that it was her best friend. After a dramatic break up, Brenda starts to see Rick, and Dylan immediately goes to Kelly’s. As the season three directors develop the other characters’ storylines, the plot surrounding Brenda, Kelly and Dylan seems to be a natural progression for the series. The love triangle that followed Brenda’s return from France quickly became a milestone in the series that helped increase her popularity and gave rise to the rumors of rivalry announced between Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth off set. The final confrontation between Brenda, Dylan and Kelly – in which he informs Brenda about the affair and that he has chosen her best friend – was listed by Entertainment Weekly at #61 as one of the greatest moments of television of the 1990s. As the tension between the three continues, Brenda considers leaving Beverly Hills behind and applies to a Minnesota college. She feels abandoned by her friends as they are all more consumed with their respective romantic relationships and she is single and pining for her lost love with Dylan.

After several months, Brenda moves past her disappointment that Dylan had moved on with Kelly, and as the group starts making plans for after graduation, Brenda makes her decision to attend college in Minnesota, leaving her friends in Beverly Hills behind.

Music fans voted in a poll published Friday (July 29) on Billboard, choosing the superstar singer’s first solo studio release since 2016’s Lemonade as their favorite new music release of the past week.

Renaissance brought in nearly 57% of the vote, beating out new music by BLACKPINK (“Ready For Love” music video), Rosalía (“Despechá”), Hayley Kiyoko (Panorama), Maggie Rogers (Surrender), and $uicideboy$ (Sing Me a Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation).

Recorded over three years during the pandemic, Renaissance is “Act 1” of three. The 16-song project is crammed with features from Grace Jones, BEAM and Tems, along with production assists from husband Jay-Z, Drake, Skrillex, Giorgio Moroder, Nile Rodgers and others.

The house-infused “Break My Soul,” released in late June, was the first single from Renaissance. The song hit No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated July 7, 2022, marking Beyoncé’s milestone 20th top 10 as a soloist.

Renaissance follows 2016’s Lemonade, Queen Bey’s landmark album that debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, earning Beyoncé her sixth-chart topper. The set included guest appearances by Jack White, James Blake, The Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar.

Placing second on the past week’s tally with almost 15% of the vote was the music video for BLACKPINK’s newly released song “Ready For Love.” The K-pop quartet — Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa — first unveiled the track in their recent in-game concert for PUGB Mobile, titled “THE VIRTUAL,” which featured the members performing a medley of their hits through virtual versions of their human forms.

a/n - my darling @bestofbucky hit a massive real life milestone yesterday and I promised her some Sam fluff so here it is!! Congratulations Jenny you are an absolute superstar and I love you so much ❤️. This hasn’t been checked over by anyone so if you see mistakes then they’re all mine.

You crouch down behind the car dodging the tiny paint pellet by inches, shouting at your friend who was taking far too much joy in aiming for you, “Jenny!! Stop it, it's not fair.” You sit down and rest your head back on the car, catching your breath and hoping she doesn’t jump round the corner at you to get you. Just as you’re about to give up hope you hear her scream in defeat followed by the triumphant shout of your date for the day.

He jumps down and sits next to you, giving you a fist bump and reloading, “I got her but I haven’t seen Val since we started” you both look around the arena as well as you could but it didn’t matter. She was on top of you both too fast, taking you both out and shouting victory for the team. She helped you up and hugged you, walking you back to the changing rooms and asking you what you thought of Sam.

Getting back into the cute summer dress you thought was better for a first date you spin around and ask Val if she approves, grinning as she slaps your butt to get you moving. You open the door and smile at Sam who holds his hand out for you to take. You had been set up by your friends to go on this blind date, it's not something you would ordinarily do but Jenny convinced you it was a good idea. He walked you all to the food truck a couple of blocks away, telling you they had the best ice cream rolls in the whole city.

Val and Jenny kept their distance from you both giving you a chance to get to know each other, turned out you had quite a bit in common and his natural charm won you over pretty quickly. Ordering your favourite and taking a seat with your friends you all laugh at the paintballing game, vowing to go again soon just so you can study tactics on YouTube and surprise everyone by kicking their asses.

Sam finally sits down next to you after talking on the phone with his friend for what seemed like ages, you steal a spoonful of his chocolate and strawberry rolls moaning at how nice it is before slapping his hand when he tries to take some of yours “how is that fair? You just took some of mine?” you swirl your spoon in his face distracting him before taking more and fist pumping the air in celebration.

Laughing with Val about how slick you are you don’t even notice he’s stolen your entire tub, until you look back puzzled at the expression on his face “who gets mint ice cream on purpose? That’s disgusting.” You look at him in shock “what do you mean? Mint is clearly the superior flavour you just need to give it a little chance” stealing back your tub and taking his too you horde them in punishment vowing to eat both of them even though you know it would make you feel sick.

He tickles you and you thrash around in his arms calling a truce and passing him his ice cream back, booping him on the nose with your spoon and smearing cream on him, “you know I was just starting to like you and then you go and do that” he teases, wiping his face off and throwing his arm around the back of your shoulder.

Jenny leans over and announces that her and Val need to be somewhere and will ring you later, winking at you when Sam stands to kiss them both goodbye. He sits back down and asks if you wanna stay, looking something up on his phone and pulling you up “come on I’ve got an idea” Arriving at the laser tag centre you look up at him confused “you're gonna need some practice if we’re going to take them down next time!” he says to you excitedly, grabbing your hand and pulling you inside.

Later that night you were having a bath to soak away the aches of the day when a text comes in from Sam “you know if you want to get more practice in, i’m happy to take you out again” you smirk at the message, scrunching your nose up at how cute he was before replying “smooth Sam, I heard you were slick but I thought you’d have more game than this not gonna lie.”

Two weeks later you were back on the paintball field, only this time you were hiding behind a hay bale, hiding while Jenny stalked around looking for you. You waited until she came into view before hitting her in the target zone, screaming out a yes and hearing another shout from behind you, Val taken out by Sam who had climbed the scaffolding to watch for her. “Come on let's go get some of that mint ice cream you love so much”

Chaeyoung always thought that having a song written about you was the most romantic thing ever, so she was pleasantly surprised when you played a song you write about her for one of your anniversaries.

The third season of Beverly Hills, 90210, began airing on July 15, 1992 on Fox television network. The season concluded on May 19, 1993 after 30 episodes.

This season follows the friends during the summer and their senior year of high school as they deal with everyday teenage issues such as sex, infidelity, relationships, child molestation, hit and runs, racial discrimination, gang violence, expulsion, pollution, gambling, drug abuse, eating disorders, body image, student strikes, grief, and domestic violence.

Season three begins during the summer before Brenda’s senior year of high school. After the fight between Dylan and Mr. Walsh, Brenda was forbidden from seeing Dylan, but she continues to do so in secret. When her parents find out that she’s been lying to them, Brenda stands up to them and demands to have her feelings for Dylan taken seriously. She goes so far as to pack up her clothes after the fight and leave home to be with Dylan at his house. She is distraught, but is frustrated that she’s been forced to hide the most important relationship in her life from her family. The cohabitation is more stressful than Brenda realized before moving in, and before long her and Dylan are fighting about everything.

In an effort to cool things off, Brenda decides to go to Paris, France, for a French immersion program in lieu of Kelly, who has taken her responsibility as a big sister very seriously and decided to stay home. Mr. Walsh and Dylan both support Brenda’s summer trip to France; Mr. Walsh, as a way to get Brenda away from Dylan, and Dylan as a way to get Brenda’s father off his back. In Paris, Brenda focuses on exploring the sites and soaking up the French culture, deciding to hold off from calling Dylan so she doesn’t get distracted. She wants to evolve as a person, and not be directed by the men in her life; her father or Dylan. In Beverly Hills, Dylan and Kelly’s friendship gets closer while Brenda is studying overseas. Brenda pretends to be a French native when she meets a young man named Rick, and their relationship becomes romantic.

When Brenda returns home and leaves Rick behind in Paris, her relationship with Dylan gets back to normal, but even though she tells Dylan about Rick, he doesn’t tell her about Kelly. When Rick suddenly shows up in Beverly Hills and runs into Brenda, Dylan discloses to Brenda that there was a girl over the summer, but doesn’t tell her that it was her best friend. After a dramatic break up, Brenda starts to see Rick, and Dylan immediately goes to Kelly’s. As the season three directors develop the other characters’ storylines, the plot surrounding Brenda, Kelly and Dylan seems to be a natural progression for the series. The love triangle that followed Brenda’s return from France quickly became a milestone in the series that helped increase her popularity and gave rise to the rumors of rivalry announced between Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth off set. The final confrontation between Brenda, Dylan and Kelly – in which he informs Brenda about the affair and that he has chosen her best friend – was listed by Entertainment Weekly at #61 as one of the greatest moments of television of the 1990s. As the tension between the three continues, Brenda considers leaving Beverly Hills behind and applies to a Minnesota college. She feels abandoned by her friends as they are all more consumed with their respective romantic relationships and she is single and pining for her lost love with Dylan.

After several months, Brenda moves past her disappointment that Dylan had moved on with Kelly, and as the group starts making plans for after graduation, Brenda makes her decision to attend college in Minnesota, leaving her friends in Beverly Hills behind.

BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s “On The Ground” Becomes Fastest MV By Korean Female Soloist To Hit 100 Million Views

BLACKPINK’s Rosé has set a new record for Korean female soloists on YouTube!

On March 12 at 2 p.m. KST, Rosé made her solo debut with her first single album “R” and its title track “On The Ground.” By March 20 at 5:51 a.m. KST, the video had already hit 100 million views.

This means that “On The Ground” took about seven days, 15 hours, and 51 minutes to reach the milestone, which is the fastest time for a Korean female soloist yet. The MV for “SOLO” by Rosé’s groupmate Jennie held the previous record after hitting 100 million views in 23 days and 10 hours in 2018.

It was previously confirmed by YouTube that the music video for “On The Ground” achieved the highest 24-hour debut views for an MV by a K-pop soloist, garnering 41.6 million views in one day.
