it's such a win to me when people tell me they like that one random one-off fic i did for a fandom nobody expected godbless...

okay so fun fact i actually have a half-drafted outline for a clois post-valley of death fic hanging out in my pocket notebook which may be fully realized someday. not a jonfic unfortunately but superman & lois nonetheless. i have also contemplated writing something really bonkers about clark & god if i can find the way to do it, and @blusandbirds and i are always talking about jontag summer aus. i don't think i'll ever actually write jontag just because i don't know if i have the brainpower but by god i would love to.

a headcanon that is popular in the fandom but that i disagree with

it's not really a headcanon but I'm not a fan of the whole Gar is the silly jokester of the team and that's his only role, especially not in Titans. He can be goofy sure but I prefer writing and seeing his character as more mature and level headed compared to Rachel and Tim. He's the kid who never got to be a kid so acting childish and relaxing or just enjoying life by having fun and acting his age isn't something he knows how to do.

I really don't know, I mostly agree with a lot of the Jon headcanons because they're usually made to give Jon's character more depth since the show sure doesn't. I guess people acting like he's a jock stereotype just because he dresses fancy and sporty is annoying since it's been shown many times in the show that Jon is far from a "jock" character.

back to my fics for the answer: "Flipping onto his side, gazing at Jonathan who -to his not surprise- is sleeping on his stomach with his arms crossed under his pillow and neck twisted, facing away from Gar; making the teenager cringe, imagining how painfully stiff Jon’s neck must be when he wakes up. How could someone sleep like that?" that's how.
