BADASS WITCH: KYLIE COSMETICS FIRST HALLOWEEN DROP

Kylie Jenner has certainly been a busy little makeup mogul this year, just fresh from her JordynXKylie collection she’s just hit us with another new drop, her first ever Halloween collection, and the internet has gone Bat Sh*t Crazy for it (incidentally the name for one of the standout shades in the new eyeshadow palette). Ky loves a bit of Halloween indulgence, featuring each year on every best celebrity costume list (see last year’s noughties-Xtina for details) so it makes perfect sense for her next move. And not only do the shades throughout the collection have the cutest spooky names, each item also comes in ACTUAL 3D packaging, with each order sent out with a pair of 3D glasses. Now if that’s not marketing genius then I dunno what is.

The range includes a Lip Kit, four lipsticks, two glitter eyeshadows, a glitter lipgloss, a color-transforming highlighter, and a pressed powder eyeshadow palette. Ky unveiled the full collection on her insta story, talking her 116m followers through each product.

First up, the Vampire Lip Kit in blood-red shade Bite Me, as well as a Spooky Glitter Gloss in a golden copper shade. Next up was a brand new Kylighter in Go Ghost, a unique shade which Kylie loves, along with four new lipsticks (two of which are, for the first time, metallic).

There's also the Mummy Palette, a nine shade eyeshadow palette in mummy-inspired packaging, as well as Witch and Famous and Hello Ghordeous, two glittery liquid eyeshadows in an orange copper and true yellow-gold. Kylie told us how she loves how the eyeshadow shades work so well together or as solo looks, and even though the range has been created for Halloween, the mix of warm and cool shades makes the range really accessible, especially through autumn and winter.

It really is no wonder this girl brings in the big bucks..

Everything We Know About the Upcoming Kylie Cosmetics x Jordyn Woods Collab

When it comes to her makeup line, Kylie Jenner is no stranger to collabs and so far, they’ve all shared a common theme. From teaming up with her sisters, to a collection based around Kris Jenner, it’s clear that Kylie Cosmetics likes to keep things in the family.

This new collab will be the first outside of the iconic family, but that being said, it’s not too far outside the fam. Jenner announced she’d be teaming up with BFF and model, Jordyn Woods and if you follow the pair on social media, you’ll see that they’re as close to family as you can get without actually being related. The duo are pretty much inseparable, therefore it’s no surprise that Jenner reached out to Woods for this new launch.

News of the collab broke late this summer but according to Instagram, they’ve been working on the formulas for years. Now, we’ve finally been given a sneak peak of the products. The two took to social media to share images and videos showcasing everything from eyeshadows, to highlighters, to lipsticks.

Some of Jenner’s previous collabs have been centered around a certain product–for example, Kim Kardashian’s liquid lipstick collection–but for this launch, Jenner and Woods did not hold back. And with so many new products, it’s hard not to get excited. There’s even a brand new formula in this release: #HIGHGLOSS.
