The Spectra remake by Kofikrumble turns two day, so drew this. I love her with my existence. She's honestly so autistic coded. That sweet little dance she does during the level is adorable

New jsab lore about a specific level because I just finished this.

Spectra is one of the industry workers for jsab. In the industry she makes sure all the lights work properly. She uses light as her main ability and her team role is a healer/shielder who can also buff.

She can also manipulate color so she is the only corrupted shape who can purify a another corrupted shape with just her powers. However, this can drain her physically and cause her to pass out for a few days.

Another small thing, there is actually a racing game called spectra that the album was used in.

Everyone from the spectra album was here before spectra, TAOW, and tokyo skies went to jsab. In my au it's mostly a void with floating islands and some racetracks. This is a drawing of how I interpret it. That's pretty much it for now.

Don't know if anyone asked you this yet, but what's your favorite stage(s) from JSAB?

(I liked Cascade, Spectra, and Legacy)

Here, one or two silly quirks/characteristics for each JSaB level plus some other Data Mind song characters

(Extreme yap dump jumpscare)

- Chronos may appear very quiet at first, but they're actually a menace if they're comfortable. He's been friends with Spectra for a while and picked up on her loud and aggressive demeanor.

- Milky Ways heavily dislikes physical weapons, mainly just from when she was undercover in the tower during the corruption. Seeing Blixer ruthlessly swing his guitar around disgusted her.

- Logic Gatekeeper has a distinct thing against power outlets. If he's in a building, he tends to go around the whole house unplugging everything in fear of an electrical fire.

- The Art of War absolutely HATES people touching his antenna. He will smack you unless you're a friend of his, even then he'll be annoyed

- Termination Shock drinks almost exclusively corrupted water. When he became a caretaker, he gained the power to not get corrupted by corrupted water so he liked to drink it to scare people. Surprisingly, he thinks it actually tastes better than normal

- Sevcon likes to steal things from people they trust and are friends with. They always give it back after a little while though

- Cascade gets anxiety attacks from seeing yellow shapes. Which is unfortunate, because he sees Granite almost daily

- Dubwoofer Substep can go from absolutely livid to calm and caring in a split second. There's been several times where he'a sparred and accidently hurt the other shape. All the competition instantly leaves if he doesn't mean harm. Key word: if

- Cheat Codes gets frequent panic attacks when Cyanide is out of her sight. It's very normal for heroes to go be on their own or with someone else, so Cheat Codes often has to be with someone else when Cyanide is gone, or follow hr around

- Clash makes potions, but she also knows how to make alcoholic drinks. Unlike other shapes that make alcohol, however, she also doubles up as a therapist and tries to discourage her friends from drinking too much

- Cool Friends' sawblade is a divine weapon, and glows with power in corrupted air. He shouldn't have that, but it's from his mom who earned it and it just got passed down to him

- The Lunar Whale loves to sing and dance around like she's in an AMV. She dances to music a lot at night, and sometimes let's other shapes watch too

- Spectra refuses to socialize with anyone unless her older sibling was friends with them. This applies to only Fox, because Spectra's older sibling was Spider Dance and Lycanthropy was always with Fox

- Unlocked has no clue how to use any of their powers and has never been able to use them even once. While Unlocked doesn't mind too much, their parents are a little worried now

- Into the Zone is a perfectionist and always has been. When he could still use his powers, he would train himself to complete exhaustion because he was scared of messing something up at a bad time. Now, he doesn't sing or release his music because he has no confidence in it, even though he likes it

- Vindicate Me is very hyperactive, and tends to run around and climb up still constantly. This made his kid very similar

- Try This has tried countless times to give Orange to someone else. At first, it was because he didn't want the burden of having them and found Orange to be a disgrace. Now, it's because he thinks Orange deserves much better

- Airborne Robots is one of the two people that can understand Deadlocked's tones in talking, since Deadlocked is a robot and only has one tone for everything

- Interlaced is one of the few shapes that has telekinesis. It's his favorite ability and he uses it on the daily for almost anything

- Last Tile has a distinct love for bugs, especially cicadas. He will happily yap about them to anyone that interacts with him, often for way too long

- Born Survivor enjoys throwing things in any context. Because of this, his attacks are all ranged and he mains a boomerang as a physical weapon. If you make him annoyed while he's holding something, chances are he'll throw it

- Legacy doesn't have any powers or abilities, but he's always wanted to be seen as a hero of Paradise. He often tries to take credit for anything good someone has done, even if he had nothing to do with it

- Wicked envies Dubwoofer Substep exclusively because of how merciless he is when corrupted. He's tried several times to sneakily flare up Dubwoofer's corruption

- First Crush tends to see things that don't actually exist, mainly seeing other shapes corrupted when they aren't. It got a lot worse since she was once corrupted and no one knows how to solve it

- Yokuman Stage has traveled around the entirety of Paradise, simply wandering. He eventually settled near the snowy region because he likes the cold

- Paper Dolls often gets an extreme desire to steal things, and then tends to become extremely guilty about it a little while after. He's only told Creatures Ov Deception about this since they're close friends

- Commando Steve is one of the few shapes that don't really enjoy music. He prefers science at all times and tends to get annoyed if that silence is broken without notice

- Houston absolutely loves birds and takes care of the smaller birds in Paradise. She even trains a certain common breed to carry messages, items, and even shapes around the lands

- Hype has rocket engine wings, but doesn't know how to use then right. The heavy metal wings make walking difficult for too long so he prefers to use his wings like legs

- Tokyo Skies has raised several large birds in Paradise, and owns a special rare bird that she named Pheonix

- Dance of the Incognizant surfs around amd swims a lot with Logic Gatekeeper. They have a strange hatred to Gold and has tried to drown them several times

- Fox and Lycanthropy are close brothers and want nothing more than to see eachother again. Many people are suspicious of Fox and his intentions when he tries to free the bosses

- Core has a heightened chance to accidentally T.I.O. form under severe stress due to previous experiments. He'd have severe stress and power issues if it weren't for Tangent

- Crystal Tokyo says that she can speak to ghosts and spirits. No one can verify that, but no one can prove it wrong either

- On the Run is extremely anxious and struggles with past events, but despises other shapes seeing that. He frequently pushes down everything as much as possible and then tries to be alone as soon as he can to cry alone

- Creatures Ov Deception is one of the few shapes, other than the heroes and caretakers, that can go right up to the hero's trees without anyone batting an eye. This also includes Cyanide's tree, dispite his weapon acting up from the corruption in it

- Deadlocked is never allowed outside of the lab. They've gotten out a few times, but Wicked catches them pretty quickly often. Even though they're a robot, they're shockingly similar to regular shapes an have full sentience and consciousness

- Granite says that he hates his siblings, but deeply cares about them. He'd never dare to say that where they'd hear him though

- Lightspeed is absolutely terrified of bugs and fish. The fish he can avoid fine, but the bugs tend to scare him on a daily basis. He has tried several times to set places on fire over a bug

- Katana Blaster envies Creatures Ov Deception because of his divine weapon. He seems just as protective and true to the trees and heroes, but on the inside he just wants the special weapon to cause death to corrupts. The trees can see this which is why he will never get that special weapon

- Strike the Earth has an emotional support Monstercat he named Clay. He's become so close to his cat over time that he's picked up on making a chirp sound when someone gets his attention, and he gets extremely embarrassed about it

- Flowers of Antimony has the power of flight without wings, something unseen, but has no clue how to control it. Because there's no one that can teach him, he wears his heavy metal boots everywhere to stay safe on the ground

- In the Halls of the Usurper has two clearly different personalities, his normal self, and a noticeably harsher and more blunt personality. They absolutely hate this and they can't remember things between the two, as if it's two different people. This has lead to them taking extreme amounts of notes on the ruins and relics they find

Now for a few of the non-canon songs and characters :3

- Zenith takes extreme pride in his strategy in battle and always wants to show off his combos. However, there's no safe way to show this against someone so they don't often get to be shown off

- Imposter Syndrome is constantly walking around or fidgeting with something. During his concerts, he's always walking and dancing back and fourth on the stage, barely ever stopping

- Babaroque can spin his staffs fast enough to achieve liftoff like a helicopter. Because of this, he welded the two together to make it much easier to fly

- Golden Apples was a natural corrupt, but was force purified as a baby. Because of this, they now have no powers

- Tangent has an extremely high knowledge of math. For being a young kid, not even a tween yet in shape years, he can do elaborate algebra and calculus

- Interlude has a friendly rivalry with Dubwoofer Substep and loves nothing more than to lightheartedly mock him constantly

- Elaine is one of the few mortal shapes that can speak deity language. It's the language spoken for their spells. They've also knowingly met a deity before

The art of war won the poll so I guess it's time to share her lore.

This is aria. She's 17 and she's the therapist for jsab. She likes meditating and she doesn't like to fight which is why she's a healer. She believes in peace but she'll still help her friends if they're in danger. I also ship her with sevcon.

But enough about jsab, let's talk about her involvement in other games.

Remember spectra?(not the jsab level but that game where you drive around on a track in the void that the whole spectra album was used in. Look it up if you don't get it. It was in my previous post about spectra) Well, in that game the art of war wasn't a level, but actually the song that plays when you die in the game. So I figured in that game she's the medic who deals with the respawn points (jsab and GD has someone who does this too)

Also dude stop has been said to have this song too (or at least a remix of it, idk, everyone just says TAOW was in the game) So if that is true then she went to that game once just to help out with some things (fun fact, dude stop released one day after jsab)

I don't know if there were any other games the song was in but for all characters it is canon that they all have some involvement in those games.
