Somehow, The clips where the crew of ABS-CBN, GMA and TV5 playing sports around the world in the London 2012 Olympics teaser can be used in the 2013 Summer Station ID of TV5 which is “Bida Best sa Tag-Araw”.

But eventually, This is also the only Summer Station ID to feature the posthumous appearances of Babalu, Richie D’Horsie who are comedians that appeared in the ABS-CBN sitcom show Ober da Bakod along with Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon. Eventually, Tyron Perez, Miko Sotto and Rico Yan posthumously appeared in the 2012 Summer Station ID of ABS-CBN because they are part of the cast of the sketch comedy kids show Ang TV on GMA. However, Dr. Eggman can be seen at the very end as he is about to jump off from the rooftop. When Dr. Eggman jumps, He barks saying “Bye!”. But this can be re-used in the 2017 Summer Station ID of GMA which is “Kaya Join na sa #Araw”.

This is also the second Summer Station ID to feature a heavy metal song after Fuel by Metallica 10 years after the 2002 Summer Station ID which is “Pinoy Summer Magic”.

Somehow, Arcee Muñoz, Alice Dixson, Tuesday Vargas, Ritz Azul, Eula Caballero, Roxanne Guinoo, and Coco Martin moved to TV5 in 2005. Lee’s death has been commodified by the Philippine media this entire time.

 Their family has to watch them being lambasted on social networking and opportunistic shitty blogging sites for the past few days, and finally, their message, which was posted on their Tumblr so as to reach their non-FB friends and which was deleted by their family to protect the memory of Lee (as well as the minors mentioned in it from physical danger) has been screencapped and shared with Philippine social networks so as to continue the “festivities”. 

You don’t own Lee just because they were on TV for a show. You don’t own people’s lives because they’re “celebrities”. You aren’t owed reasons for their passing, nor are you owed their letter to their friends and family. No-one owes you anything, especially to those professional “journalists” attached to actual news outfits. You aren’t owed anything. They weren’t a “symbol”. They were a person with family and friends who loved and supported them as best they could and are gutted by the loss.

Lee was a child who didn’t get a chance to make it. How dare all of you try to own any part of them.

I personally don’t know Julia Buencamino. I don’t really watch much because of my work. I first heard about her on facebook while I was browsing on my phone.

I tried checking Lee’s social media account (IG). I admire those lovely paintings. I admire Lee more. Lee tried to put into those canvass what it was.

I am part of the LGBTQ here in the Philippines. I am a woman who loves Lesbians, so as Trans. It is so painful for me that someone from the LGBTQ community died. Not just died because of something but took the life that should have been lived to the fullest.

Personally, I know how difficult it was not to be accepted by the people in your circle.

Family may be physically there but that passion of being there was absent. Friends may be there but are they ready to hear the story?

People judge us because of what they see. That us in the LGBTQ community are with the people of the same features as us.

Try to look at us deeply and you would see. Being us is never easy. It is a struggle until equality and respect is given.

Being part of this community is not an illness. We are here. We are created equally like you guys- two eyes to see the beauty of each and everyone, two ears to listen to the story of life, two nosetrils to breath life, lips that could kiss passionately and speak love endlessly.

We are human. We deserve to be treated like one.

As for you Lee, we mourn. We lost someone in this community who is so talented. You are now free to be who you really are. Whatever the reason was, people may not understand why you did such, our community is with you huliahoops.

I found out that you can’t even choose a favorite character among the characters of an anime called ‘Haikyuu’ just because you love(d) them all. (Heck, we should be anime buddies! Exchange different anime scores with each other.)

“Is this anime any good? Should I watch it? Oh. And Liui Aquino also cosplayed as the protagonist of this anime. So maybe… it’s good.” And yeah. I’m on episode 12 (or 13? I can’t remember.) as of the moment.

We didn’t know each other but.. I just want to thank you for giving me an AWESOME anime recommendation (even though you didn’t mean to.) I just wish we could’ve hang out and let our fandoms speak out. Hoho.
