anyone have advice on fixing ur sleep schedule 🤕
#i'm in a completely reversed sleep schedule again halp! i'm going to sleep at 7am and waking up at 6pm#and i've tried going to bed early and i literally just lie awake it's IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep early#i've tried like 11pm and i fall asleep for a couple hours then wake up at like 2am and physically can't fall asleep again#i've tried going to sleep at 4am ish and gradually moving it back but i literally just lie there not falling asleep#like wtf do i do at this point#i've been off my meds for a few days bc they can cause insomnia lol i am desperate. pls help#i've tried pulling an all nighter and getting up at 7am and going abt my day but i end up passing out at 12 noon#and even then if i only sleep til 5pm and get up i STILL don't sleep that night#LIKE WTF CAN I DO 🤕#maybe pull an all nighter and drink coffee to get thru and go to sleep at 11pm??? idfk

it's been A WEEK
#hello everyone yes i'm still alive but at what cost? 😭#i am absolutely EXHAUSTED#survived 2 practical & one written exam this week but one of the practical exams went horribly 😭#it was microscopy & i just suck at that i never see what you're supposed to be seeing 😭😭😭#and you can't study for it either bc either you recognize what you see under the microscope or you don't & unfortunately i don't 😭😭😭#we're even allowed to use books & our own sketches but i still got it wrong 🙃#i was so busy this week i didn't even have time to reblog cute posts about march... school is getting in the way of me being a tumblrina 🙄#and rn i'm supposed to be studying as well bc i have one of the most difficult exams in a few days but i have an excruciating migraine 🤕#yesterday i didn't study either bc it was my dad's birthday & we celebrated a little with our family & now i feel guilty for it 😞#i honestly have no idea when & how i'm supposed learn & remember ALL of this material bc it's simply an insane amount#please pray for me that i'll pass this exam idec about the grade anymore i just want to pass that's how desperate i am 😭😭😭😭#let's hope the ibuprofen i took kicks in soon so i can get at least a little studying done today 😕#i wish i could just hibernate through the next few weeks i am drained 😣#☁️

i dont even remember how i got into jojo tbh i think the experience is that one day you just wake up and your brains infected. and then later on another day you wake up and the jojo fevers just suddently gone and youre free untill the next time it hits you which could be fucking when ever. its scary

Small health update !!
