ignoring the obvious. is anyone else really fucking intrigued/confused by this room

it is so STARKLY different from the rest of the phouse like it has fuzzy padded brown walls?? like they have a reason for every design choice in the phouse so why did they go with fuzzy brown walls in here and here only (it seems)??/?

#only semi-explanations i can think of are:#1. it isn't their house and it just so happens that they took multiple photos that they then posted in the same non-phouse location #(likely family's house if this is the case cause when else would they be this relaxed at someone else's house/whatever other place lol)#2. this is one of the “secret safe rooms” dan alluded to in.. A Video i honestly don't remember where lol pls if someone knows tell me #(i do know that phil also showed a secret door in i think one of his “answering questions i'd normally avoid” vids? or a tiktok i forgor)#and for those curious: first pic is from 9:46 dan's bday livestream and the second one is 10:45 wdapteo 4 #and in case it matters (dk why it would but just a fact i learned while retrieving these images):#for the first image afaik we don't know the day it was taken but we can safely assume it was taken before nov 27 2023 #cause that's when the catboy photos were posted & this image came up right before that one when phil was showing off the yearly dan pics #so sometime between june 12 & nov 27 2023 (since phil would've started collecting new pics of dan after his birthday had passed)#and then the second image would've been sometime between feb 21 and 27 2024 #because the last text that has a date that we see before this one is from the 21st #and then the texts we see immediately after that are from when dan was doing wad in frankfurt which according to phandom wiki was feb 27th #which gives me the idea that it's proooobably not my first theory?#since why would they be at family's house at such random times of the year #ANYWAY that's all from me please drop your thoughts i'm curious to hear #forgive me if we've already had a moment like this and figured it out and i'm just late to the party. but theorizing fun so idc #dnp #phan #amazingphil #daniel howell #phandom #me post #photo

Rewatching some S6 and I cannot BELIEVE that TWO EPISODES AFTER POOF WAS BORN, Cosmo was already referring to Timmy as his big brother.

Okay so I can’t draw unfortunately (which makes me sad since I come from a pretty artistic family), but I can have very vivid mental images (which helps me write but that’s not the point), so I just had the clearest image in my head of Phee either in a rocking chair or walking around the nursery holding her and Tech’s baby and humming to get them to go to sleep while Tech just smiles at them fondly from the doorway and y’all I’m about to fling myself out the window because they are too cute 😭

Got caught explaining Selfshipping to my brother's normie girlfriend and I'm really unsure if that was a good call or not

people in their ~30s are going to be the first generation of parents that have thousands upon thousands of photos of themselves.

an older family friend just shared a picture on Facebook of her as a teen in 1959…it was such a special photo to see, and then I thought about how our kids/grandkids will have access to photos of us from every week in our lives and I started spiraling.

Will young adults in 60 years feel more connected to us because of this? will all of the photos we have digitally posted and stored just float away into the cloud? what does documenting ourselves like this mean for us?

we had the funeral on tuesday and the sun was out in full display, it was such a nice day. we had a v catholic ceremony bc that's what nonna would have wanted, alas none of us knew what to do bc only nonna and nonno are catholic jsdkjsd the priest v pointedly kept giving us explanations and instructions throughout, it was quite funny, idk if it was as obvious to everyone else that he was trying to guide us through what was going to happen lol. i did a reading, so i feel like i did my part to honor her. it was really nice to see a lot of nonna's old friends, who i used to see regularly as a kid, and when we went to the cemetery the sun was shining so bright. afterwards we went to a little cafe near the cemetery, i sat with my brother and his gf mostly, we were rating the food lol. it was a weird but good day.

#this is one of the photos we chose for the booklet thingie you get at a funeral #we ditched a bunch of family photos to include it lol it mattered! she was in love with animals. also her garden 🌱#days swing wildly between feeling strangely normal and just feeling Strange #but we talk about her everyday so she feels present #i could tell other people felt more attached to the coffin than i did. to me she wasn't there she was in my memories #so i didn't give it much attention on the day #the photos in the booklet i was holding felt much more real #we had spares so we've put them up all over the house :)#tp
