Hi! I would love to see Wanderer! Reader with the Duwang Gang! (this is an AU where all of Crusaders lived btw) Reader now lives with Avdol & Iggy and has basically chilled out since SDC. Reader went to Morioh with Jotaro and Kakyoin.

Reader sometimes acts as an older brother to the gang. His sass and strong sense of justice has always prevailed in the form of tough love and taking said justice into his own hands. Because of his odd hat, he was known as the "Hat Guy" in Morioh. People would often say "Here comes the Hat Guy!"

Reader may have mellowed out over time, but old habits die hard.

(I think Josuke's existance is becuase Jospeh got so drunk that he mistook Tomoko for Suzi Q)

Yeah, you had been adopted by Avdol after the events of SDC. You thought you'd never see the other agian, until Jotaro called Avdol and asked for you to join him and Kakyoin in Japan to help sort out the whole Josuke situation and the werid spirit photos Jospeh took.

So, you three are now in Morioh, looking for Josuke. When you do find him, you roll your eyes at his short temper. Once th Angelo problem is dealt with, Jotaro and Kakyoin want you to interact with people close to your age and learn how to be more social. Now, you've "befriended" the Duwang Gang and got sucked into looking for Kira. During your whole visit, people in Morioh called you "Hat Guy", you hated it, but you couldn't make them stop. You might have chilled out, but you harsh love style is still there, you just have more people to use it on.

💎 You give Josuke tough love, not "I'm being an abusive asshole and calling it tough love", but, actually tough love

💎 You both teach each other things, while taking digs at each other

💎 You both bring out the worse and most temperamental parts of each other, for everyone's distruction or benefit

Duwang Favourite Flowers

okay i added more characters than usual cos i could

Josuke

Roses He’s a classy guy. As well as a hopeless romantic. And it’s also one of the only flowers he know, so it’s his favourite by default. He does admit that they smell pretty good and look super nice. He hopes one day he can give a bunch to someone he loves.

Okuyasu

Tulips Much like Josuke, Okuyasu doesn’t know a lot about flowers. But he remembers walking past houses on his way to school, and seeing an elderly lady in her yard tending to her garden. She is always so nice to him, and he’s curious about her flowers. She grows the most beautiful tulips, that make him smile. He may not know a lot about flowers, but he knows they grow with love and care.

Koichi

Honeysuckle  It’s a flower he sees around Morioh at times. He notices how the bees and butterflies swarm to it. It always looks so warm and inviting, with the subtle smell it secretes, and the brightness of the petals.

Rohan

Lotus Rohan has travelled to a lot of places, seen a lot of what nature has to offer and has drawn as much as he can. But in his memory, there is one flower that has always stood out to him. The lotus flower has been one he’s seen on his travels, and one he always stops to draw.

Yukako

Wisteria Wisteria is a flower that is known to represent mystery and beauty, growing rapidly, as its’ branches wrap around nearby objects, entrapping them in beauty. There has always been something admirable about this purple flower to Yukako, as it does remind her of Love Deluxe in ways. 

Reimi

Hibiscus As a tropical flower, she didn’t see all that many in her life, but she knows that the pictures could never do the flowers delicate beauty justice. When she was at home, she always had hibiscus tea on hand. It was something simple that helped put any troubles she had to ease. 

Tonio

Lavender Tonio admires edible flowers. He likes the aroma that they bring to a dish. His favourite is lavender though. At the back of his restaurant he has a simple lavender bush that he gets cuttings from to dry and make into herbs. 

Mikitaka

Birds of Paradise  Looking through the many books from the library to learn more about Earth he stumbled upon a plant that made his his chest feel tight and brought a smile to his face. This odd little plant reminds him of home.

a couple fic ideas i wanna do that i may as well share since we’re on the topic of aus: - i have an idea for a christmas fic with a supernatural twist wherein Jonathan is the owner of a little bookshop in 1977 Japan as a little 109 year old mind reader nearing the end of his days. 

The fic will include copious amounts of five year old Jotaro interacting with his great great grandfather, his equally telepathic grandfather, and Jotaro not wanting to meet four year old Kakyoin (he doesn’t want new friends, he has his family) but eventually meeting him and befriending him. It’ll also contain copious amounts of family shenanigans, a siren Caesar and vampire Dio coming in for the first time in decades to see his adopted brother. 

- Kakyoin Lives! AU in general. Flood the ao3 tag with living kakyoin. Write some healthy mutual jotakak. The Good Kush 

- Listen man all I’ve been thinking about lately is how chill p4 would have been with Kakyoin, and not just because of jotakak- his interactions with the duwang gang would have been golden. I feel it deep in my bones.

- I wanna write a fic where Rohan gets a tiny baby unrequited crush on Kakyoin. It’s incredibly obvious and both Jotaro and Kakyoin find it amusing as hell. Kakyoin is a little shit who teases Rohan too. Josuke is confused because Kakyoin is slightly scary and he doesn’t understand in the first place how his nephew fell in love with a muppet much less how Rohan has a crush on- actually scratch that Rohan’s fucking weird of course he’d have a crush on Kakyoin

-Yukako and Kakyoin interactions!! Yukako and Kakyoin interactions!!!!! Give this girl a mentor that’s just as tough and strong willed and driven as she is!! Let her fight side by side with Kakyoin god damn you. 

- Give Okuyasu and Jotaro their own fic. Explore the dynamic between these two god dammit. Let Them Fight A Stand User

- Some ideas for stand users I want to do in the future:

A stand that causes stand sickness to appear in stand users who previously have not been afflicted with it. (likely part of the p4 shenanigans series)

The stand users behind the fanon clones. They Are Coming (Fanon Clone AU)

I want to write a stand user who is a literal sociopath. Both because I feel as if Rosemary’s character is just that much more vibrant with her attempts to understand empathy despite not being capable of it, but also because I want to write sociopaths the right way and not just as a ‘hur durr no empathy equals evil!!’. I’m a big proponent of the representation and accurate depictions of mental illness in both my fics and my original stories and characters, and honestly, I’ve grown so attached to Rosemary and her quest to reconcile her obsessive need for justice as a way to try and understand empathy that you best believe I’ll be hopefully using her in the future, in original works (Forgotten Monarchs)

I want to explore Darcy’s struggle with his own desperate search for his heritage and identity as an Aborigine and what pushed him to be so unwilling to compromise between what few traditional ways he knows and can cling to and everything modern, both as a way to flesh out his character and shed light on how the Monarchs whose stands suggest the Kings and Queens of the Minor Arcana prey on stand users and their motivations and to explore my own feelings about my Taino heritage through a character whose culture is, at the very least, alive and well. I just thought of a Au where Reimi is actually the morioh serial killer and Kira is a ghost

HEY I LOVE THIS IDEA HELLO YES

I’ll put it under a cut because there’s a lot of text, oof

I’ve had this ask in my inbox for quite a while but I really wanted to develop onto it (with the help of a couple o pals) and so here goes. im gonna try to put all the into we’ve gathered for it

We thought that for this AU to work, it would quite obviously begin by Reimi killing Kira. At this point we, in fact, didn’t change the story that much. Kira still has a hand fetish and still would have turned into a serial killer, had he not been stopped.

The night he went to kill Reimi, he still killed her family (I’ll get to Arnold later), however instead of Reimi being killed, she would’ve killed Kira, possibly by pushing him down the stairs or something (the house probably had em it was huge), maybe stabbing him. After that, she killed Rohan, most likely due to a state of panic/mania that was happening after killing Kira. She possibly still regrets it to this day, in fact, but she wouldn’t have wanted Rohan to tell the police.

It’s in this moment Kira kinda becomes what Reimi was canonly, possibly a bound spirit but a bit more vengeful? Without Rohan, it’ll be probably harder to find him, but I figure he’d probably still help the duwang gang out of spite for Reimi. Small side note: he’s stuck in his 17s. Baby face Kira. The only problem here is that Kira would already know her name which would kind of destroy the suspense.

SO, back to Reimi, she developed serial killer tendencies probably after addiction to the rush/adrenaline of killing someone, but here’s the kick: she still has a sense of justice, like the duwang gang. She kills people who “threatens the quiet town that is Morioh-Cho”, people like Kira or Angelo and all. Obviously, she also kills the one who saw her or know she kills people, etc.

To fit with the average life kind of thing, we figured she’d become a teacher annnd here’s the cool stuff in my opinion: koichi, josuke and okuyasu’s teacher! Must be a big surprise to find out your kind and happy teacher is actually a murderer huh and here’s a pic of teacher Reimi

In that context, I feel like they would all really hesitate if they were ever to suspect her of being the killer they’re looking for.

As for her stand, we named it 「Don’t Stop Me Now」 to fit the addiction kinda thing, where she experiences a Nice rush when killing someone. We tried to make it similar to Killer Queen without being a copy cat and its main ability is to “charge” energy onto and through things, making it a stand with a pretty good range as well as destructive power. It can be any type of energy, like thermal energy or solar energy, mecanic energy, the list goes on. It makes it a pretty dangerous stand, whereas she can, for example, charge an overload of electric energy onto a human, making the system itself pretty much implode or just overreact. Here’s a pic, I took inspiration from her dog arnold, arrows (justice stuff) and the weird leather stuff killer queen is rocking.

There might be some fixing to do, but that’s what I came up with so far!

Onto the latter part of DIU, where in canon, Kira becomes Kosaku and then Matured Kira. The parts here are pretty similar, except that Reimi would rather become Shinobu. She’d probably look very suspicious due to the fact that she’s a housewife suddenly going out a lot more than usual. In this AU, Arnold would be the counterpart to Stray Cat in some way or another that I haven’t figured out yet. Stray doggo.

That’s pretty much what I and pals came up with so far, and there are probably still a lot of plotholes and ways the whole story could go wrong, but I’ll work on it!

Hello! I would like to see how the Duwang gang would react to Chinese opera singer! reader

Let's say that Reader became more known worldwide and now is on tour in Morioh. Jotaro took Josuke and his friends to see her live on stage. When the gang is struggling to catch a serial killer by the name of Yoshikage Kira, Reader suddenly intervenes with her sage-like wisdom and advice. With the help of Reader and her Stand, Dragon King, the Duwang gang was able to defeat Kira for good.

Josuke: But what do I do? That hand-obsessed creep is hard to catch!

Reader: Your mind is like the water. When it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear.

Well, it's been a decade or so, after you all defeated Dio. You had stayed in America with Joseph as you wanted nothing to do with the messes in your home country. So, you had become well known, bringing the art of Chinese opera to the world at large. You had done tours in Europe and America, so you were now doing your next tour in Asia. In order to see Jotaro again, you started in Japan.

You saw Jotaro in the audience, astall and scary as ever. But, you see him with four teenagers and one adult, so now you're curious.

After the show you walk up to Jotaro and leave about the four teenagers. Josuke, was very polite, Okuyasu was dumb but respectful, Koichi was a blushing mess, Yukako was just staring, and Rohan was trying his best to be polite.

Jotaro explains the situation, and you see how annoyed they all are with it. You're annoyed that you've gotten into a new dangerous situation, but you think the killer deserves justice. They explain how they know who it is, Yoshikage Kira, but they have no idea how to catch him.

You see how annoyed Josuke is, and you smile a bit. He reminds you of Josuke and Polnareff from back in the day.

Jotaro is used to your wisdom, but the Duwang gang has no idea what you're talking about. You offer your help, and using Dragon King, Kira is brought to justice. You decide to stay in Japan for a bit, to calm your nerves and reconnect with Jotaro, and get to know the Duwang Gang.

Josuke

When Jotaro offered to take him and the others to your show, he thought it was a boring adult thing

His opinion changed when he saw you perform

He might not have understood the words, but you touched his soul after everything he's been through

When he meets you in person, he's trying to keep it together

Once you give him advice, he doesn't really get it at first

It takes him thinking for a bit for him to understand

Josuke: "But what do I do? That hand-obsessed creep is hard to catch!"

Reader: "Your mind is like the water. When it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear."

Once Kira is taken care of, and you announce your break in tour, he is excited

He Begs for you to tell about Joyaro and the adventures you two shared

I know that much of the Toku fandom hates Ghost right now (it's bland or something, I dunno), but what are your personal thoughts on it? Also, Mugen is indeed one of the better suit designs.

Jeez, I kinda don’t understand that at all? All our heroes are great, our side-characters are wonderful – Kanon could use a little more focus, but that’s about my only complaint – I’ve loved like 90% of the designs thus far (ESPECIALLY MUGEN, YES), we finally got to see Goemon off of Boost this week heck yes, the ongoing plot and mysteries are keeping me engaged… It’s just been really good?

I mean, a lot of my feelings on a season depend on how it wraps up, but so far it’s doing a great job imo. Jamie and I were even discussing yesterday how we’d actually be fine if Takeru, in the end, has to move on & accept his death rather than resurrect himself – like, we’d prefer if he didn’t die of course, but we feel like the show could easily pull it off without us getting upset (which is a fair rarity when it comes to character death).

Admittedly, we’re both pretty easy to please, but still. XD It always baffles me a little to run across people who despise a season that I loved/greatly enjoyed. Different strokes and all, I guess…

Shaymin!

How I feel about this character: Shaymin is freaking adorable and I love it so much. I also actually love the sassy anime version of her.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: I only really pair off Shaymin with sky forme Shaymin.

My non-romantic OTP for this character: I adore fan art of Shaymin palling around with Giratina and Regigigas! And Super has made me love the idea of her hanging out with Piplup and Torchic.

My unpopular opinion about this character: The anime counterpart is awesome. I know some people hate her for being snarky with Ash but honestly it’s refreshing to see that over the usual cutesy shtick of the “cute” legendaries in the anime.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.: I wish Shaymin got more lore in general and was treated as more than just another event legendary for mass event legendary events.

RECAP TOQGER PLOX. In all seriousness, thanks for your recaps. They were a fun read, and even helped to get me through some of the series' slower moments in my own runs. On a side note, as a fan of Hibiki Part 1, I'm just gonna assume that everything after the retool is some kinda strange AU. Once again, thanks for your work, and I'll look forward to seeing you when Ex-Aid rolls around.
