Now that Megatron is dead and the places that he attacked are being rebuilt, the Gotchard Cast and their Assigned Cybertronians all return back home. Houtaro, Not-Simp Kaguya/Orignal Kaguya/Houou and their assigned Cybertronians return back to Houou's mansion due to the Ichinoses also living here because they were given it, but after Houou returned, he got ownership back, but lets the Ichinoses live there for free. After entering the mansion, they hear Mama Ichinose call for the two of them and their "robot" friends to meet her in the living room. After gathering in the living room, she reveals that she knows that Houtaro and his friends are Kamen Riders and that Chemies exist because when the Gotchard Cast and their assigned Cybertronians were evacuating people from areas that would be attacked by Megatron, she overheard Soundblaster calling Gotchard Houtaro and she connected the dots from there. Mama Ichinose tells Houtaro that she is proud of her baby boy being a superhero, and tells Hopper1, Steamliner, Nijigon, Soundblaster, Waspinator, Ginrai, Blaster, Ransack, Railspike, Midnight Express, and Rapid Run to protect and help her son from evil people like Megatron and that she will keep Houtaro and his friends identities as Kamen Riders a secret between her and them.

What are the Riders and Gotchard Cast reactions to Mama Ichinose finding out about the identity of the good Gotchard Riders and the Chemies existence but willing to keep it a secret between her and the Riders.

Houtaro would probably fret about it for like a second before sighing and realizing that this is just something he has to live with now

Elsternwick Spring Update! (04-24-24)

Good evening, everyone! We hope your day and the month of April has been well, we've been busy at work planning a number of events, and encounters, and while we've been excited to share them with you, we only feel now they are finally ready to be seen, and we hope you'll look forward to them! As you may have seen in our previous update, we have an update planned for Spring! Enough time has passed, and we believe that is is all ready to go!

Overabundant Life (Spring Event: April - Mid June!)

With the death kneels of a mushroom man who was preventing the cycle of life and rebirth, an explosion of pent up natural and life energy has saturated Elsternwick and the surrounding area, Spring was delayed for a month or so, but now it is here in full force... perhaps a bit too much full force!

Plants and vines are growing all over town, on buildings, on people, everywhere! There's even a few rare plants that hunger for human flesh... and herbs that many will pay a pretty penny for, hope you've got your shears at the ready!

Not only that, but an explosion of animal life has brought new life to the forest, all types of creatures are wandering in and around the forests of Elsternwick, baby animals, protective mother animals, and a few odd ones you may have seen before, you'll have to be careful, if you're feeling daring, maybe you can go hunting...? Make sure they're cleared to hunt!

With melting ice and flowing water, the Lakes and Rivers of Elsternwick are brimming with latent life, hungry fish, and unusually clear water, it's a fine time to fish, or perhaps explore the lakes around town, you may even find some long forgotten treasure...

And finally, as Spring begins, Arcadia Carnival begins with a grand festival, tents and games of all types are visible around the board walk, with portals to other worlds freely open, wonderful visitors of Fae Nobility wander freely, and promises of endless joy surround the carnival... there's even a promotion to get extra Arcadia Tickets! Perhaps just this one you can trust faeries...?

And that's just a few things planned for our Spring Event! As you can see, it's focused mainly on how Spring has life growing all over the place, and we think there's plenty of opportunities for interesting roleplays, we look forward to what you may end up doing!

It ends in Mid June, so don't fret, you've got plenty of time before our Summer Events!

Upcoming Features

Finally, we have a small update on some of our upcoming events for 2024!

In 2023, a majority of the events were serious and focused on Story, including alternates, curses, and emotional energy running amuck, for 2024, we decided that this year's events would instead focus inward, with a majority of our events focusing on Locations within Elsternwick, and expanding on the lore of our fair city!

This was player voted on thanks to Discord's brand new Poll feature, which also helped us decide which places to focus on with upcoming events, and we're pleased to give you a small teaser of what's to come in Mid-May! Hopefully you won't be waiting too long...

Elsternwick's rivers have long run through the town, with many passing over it, unaware that another long river flows beneath...

When problems begin to plague Elsternwick's water, citizens will have to traverse into the maintained sewer sections and find various surprises, and perhaps a glimpse into something forgotten in the town's past.

You'll be surprised by What Lurks Beneath. As Above, So Below, as they say...

We're still ironing out the details, but we hope you'll look forward to it when it's ready in May!

Once this is finished, why not cool down and head to the beach?

Amazing things are beginning to wash up on the shores, and the roar of the ocean hides many things, valuable and wonderful things that the Museum and Library may be very interested in...

With the return of an ancient book, strange things are happening there, and perhaps some of these beach curios could help calm whatever has taken root in the library, bringing history to life...

Our next Event will likely overlap with Summer, so you'll be waiting longer for it, but we hope you'll look forward to it!

michinaga was scowling as he walked to work. he was scowling as he punched in and he was scowling as he worked. he knew that, very distantly, that his co-workers were curious about it but none of them asked.

not until break time. michinaga chewed with a scowl. he could feel eyes on him but he couldn't bother to look up from his bento. he knew it was looked like, black wood and polished with a violet edge.

he could guess it was expensive because everything it owned was expensive. but he was upset for another reason now. and it was because of the bento.

'-naga?' someone said. michinaga blinked. he looked up. tohru was looking at him. 'michinaga?' he repeated.

'what,' michinaga grunted.

'do you want me to call keiwa-san and kurama-san?'

michinaga's scowl turned confused. 'what?'

'they might help cheer you up,' tohru explained.

'i don't need cheering up,' michinaga muttered.

'they could,' tohru said mildly. he paused. should he? michinaga was upset so maybe he should. 'since you're upset about your wife.'

michinaga stilled. tohru winced. 'i'm not upset,' michinaga said intensely. tohru shook his head. 'i'm not,' michinaga insisted.

they both continued eating. tohru waited. 'i-' michinaga swallowed, 'she hasn't been home in eight days.'

tohru's eyes widened. 'oh.' michinaga chewed angrily. 'and she hasn't called...?' tohru said slowly. michinaga nodded jerkily. 'i'm sure she'll call eventually and come home,' tohru said soothingly.

michinaga looked down at the bento. this was the eighth one in the huge fridge. he hoped it did. they finished eating and went back to work. when they were done, they both clocked out. 'see you on monday,' tohru said. michinaga nodded. 'don't worry, she'll come home,' tohru repeated. michinaga wished that that was true.

he got onto his bike and drove home. he parked his bike by the gate. he got of it then turned around. he stared at the space. its bike was still here. michinaga scowled. he stomped back into his home. no, he opened the fridge, this was their home.

he drank water, though it hadn't felt like that close to a month. it had planned for a trip, fretted over it despite its smile. michinaga sat down on the sofa. he took out his phone. he stared at it. he was still expecting a call but... maybe he could be the one to call.

he called the number then pressed the phone to his ear. he tapped his foot as he waited. a moment passed. the line went down. michinaga swore. he jumped to his feet. fuck this! he'll go looking for it and drag it home. he stopped near his shoes.

but he knew its job so maybe he had to be prepared. michinaga tuned on his heel and went to their room. he didn't stop. he hadn't slept here in five days but he couldn't think about that. he opened their shared closet then knelt down. he took out a sword, pulling off the cover.

the purple gem on its handle glittered under the light. michinaga looked at it satisfied then went to his shoes,slinging the sword across his back. the feel of the strap, the sword's sheath and weight was comforting. he locked the door then got on his bike. his phone rang.

michinaga perked up. he yanked his phone out of his pocket. 'what?' he barked.

'can you come pick me up?' ace's voice came out of the speaker.

michinaga's shoulders lowered, grip on his phone loosening. but a moment later, his shoulders stiffened and the grip tightened. 'is that the only thing you want to say to me?!' he snapped.

'good evening, darling, i missed you,' ace said, michinaga swallowed, 'can you please come pick me up?'

'fine,' michinaga grunted, 'stay where you are.'

'i wouldn't dream of moving,' ace said amused.

michinaga started the bike then drove off. he didn't need directions, his ring would lead him to it. the ring pulled him and this time michinaga didn't struggle against it or ignore it.

michinaga's frowned again. he had driven past chiyoda. he kept going and taito was behind him. where was ace? through and past arakawa now. no wonder then that ace asked him to pick it up. forward and forward to adachi. but the ring didn't stop pulling him forward.

michinaga's frown deepened. was ace at the outskirts of tokyo? he gritted his teeth. he was getting close to the edge of adachi so it was. as he kept driving, he saw a figure ahead of him, a suitcase right beside them. he stopped right next to it. they were in a parking lot, the border of adachi behind him.

it was ace, pale as the moon and three times as lovely. it was in the shape of a woman, wearing what michinaga vaguely remembered as a cloche hat and fur scarf around its neck.

'why are you here?' michina harshly.

ace smiled. 'this was as far as i could go.' its eyes landed on the sword's handle. its smile widened. 'oh, you brought it with you, good! i need that,' ace said pleased. it stepped forward, heels clicking against the pavement.

michinaga grabbed ace's arm. 'why do you need it?'

'it's right behind me,' ace said. michinaga scowled, eyes flashing. ace's smile turned fond. michinaga got off the bike, unsheathing the sword. 'where is it?' michinaga growled.

'it's coming to me. are you sure you're not gonna give the sword to me?' ace said mildly. michinaga shook his head. ace smiled then stepped back.

minutes later, ace tilted its head slightly. 'it's here.' michinaga tensed. something appeared on the edge of the parking lot. michinaga stared at it. it was pale and on all fours, looking vaguely like a dog. it sniffed at the air. when it lowered its head, michinaga saw that its eyes were scarred shut. it lowered its head.

michinaga braced himself, lifting the sword. it lunged. its feet moving through the asphalt faster than michinaga could see. he swung down. there was an orange glow around him. it fell then turned to dust. michinaga stared at it, lowering the sword. he slowly turned to ace.

'you had trouble with just the one?' michinaga annoyed.

'not just the one. this one was asleep,' ace said. michinaga scowled at it. as if that explained things! ace smiled. there was something strange under its hair.

he sheathed his sword then grabbed ace's wrist. 'what is that,' he snapped.

'what is what?' ace said mildly. michinaga pointed at its face. 'my hair,' ace said amused, 'i'll let you borrow my conditioner.'

michinaga rolled his eyes huffing. he reached for ace. his fingertips touched ace's face. he lifted hair off ace's face. michinaga's eyes widened. there was a bandage above its eye. michinaga's eyes narrowed.

'who did that? what did that?' he demanded.

'something now dead,' ace declared. it stepped back and his hair slipped out of michinaga's through his hands. ace picked up its suitcase. 'are we going?' it said cheerfully.

'no,' michinaga blurted out. he stepped forward. 'what happened?'

'i dodge and it still hit me that's all. no need to fuss over it,' ace said lightly.'

'why wouldn't i?!' michinaga said angrily, 'you're my-' he swallowed, 'my spouse.'

ace's expression softened. 'you don't have to do that. there's nothing to worry about.'

michinaga stared at it. but there was something to worry about. 'fine,' he growled, 'get on.'

ace's smile widened. it tied its suitcase on the back then got on the bike. it looked at michinaga expectantly. 'i'm looking at that wound when we get home,' he grunted.

'okay,' ace said seriously. michinaga got on the bike. ace's arms came up around him. he drove away.

they got home and michinaga got the first aid kit. it might not work on ace considering... everything about it but it was a comfort to michinaga. he sat down on the sofa and waited, preparing the alcohol-filled cotton ball and the bandage. a moment later, ace sat down next to him.

ace turned to michinaga. michinaga stared at it. without the hat and the streetlights, he saw that there was scratches and bruises on its face. he cleaned the cut over ace's eyebrow then pressed the bandage onto it. he met ace's eyes.

'is it dead,' michinaga asked seriously.

'it is,' ace said.

'good. i would have killed it myself,' michinaga muttered. ace smiled but this one was small. it held out a hand. michinaga took it and gave it a squeeze.

'i was wondering if i could come home,' ace said seriously.

michinaga stared at ace's hand. he thought it over. 'welcome back.' ace leaned forward. it laid its head on michinaga's shoulder. michinaga let go of ace's hand then his arms came around it. they fell asleep on the sofa, ace even shifting to its male form.

michinaga clocked in. tohru leaned closer. 'she finally came home!' he said cheerfully.

michinaga turned to him. 'what?'

'you've cheered up,' tohru stated.

'i'm not,' michinaga said bluntly. he went to work. tohru shook his head with a smile. this guy!

The Gaim news was craaazy yesterday, and since I was busy that night, I couldn't cover it in a lot of detail. Let's do a rundown of what happened. The Tokusatsu Network will do its own more detailed and refined articles, so I'll to em when they happen. This is a quick and dirty rundown.

Oh, side note, my Ask box is open again. Forgot to do that before. 

First and most important... Gaim Gaiden was revealed! It's called Kamen Rider Gridon VS Kamen Rider Bravo, featuring a form for both characters. This is a two-part story released on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club, an exclusive thing for Japanese fans.

If you haven't heard of it before, it's where we got Ex-Aid's Brave spin-off, Zi-O's Shinobi spin-off, aaand Drive's Brain spin-off. It's a place for short low-budget content. Part 1 is out now, so I guess keep an eye out for fansubs! I'll link em when I see em.

Oh, and Figuarts of these two new forms were teased. Neat. 

I linked to the SO-DO Pop podcast I do, so you know that the SO-DO Chronicle line is doing two waves of Gaim figures. Today they also revealed a Premium Bandai set, featuring Duke, Malika and Sigurd. Ignore Zangetsu-Shin here, he’s from the second wave. 

With how much original tooling is involved with these 3, it’s invitable they’d get Premium Bandai treatment. It means they get to exist and have a good budget behind them. Now I fret as I wonder if this will be my first Premium Bandai purchase... 

Arguably bigger news than that, the Complete Selection Modification release of the Sengoku Driver is up for pre-order! If you haven't looked into CSM, they specialize in doing expensive high-end versions of the Rider belts, making them more accurate while also pumping them full of new audio.

There's various little improvements, notably the Lockseeds have new molding to make them more show-accurate. The regular Sengoku Driver set comes with the Gaim faceplate, Orange Lockseed, Kachidoki Lockseed, and Kiwami Lockseed. 

There's also the Project Ark Edition of the Sengoku Driver, which comes with a blank faceplate (apparently representing Jonouchi as a Kurokage Trooper) and no Lockseeds - it's much cheaper, but still expensive. 

A main feature of them has been adding snippets of background music, as well as character dialogue. Gaim apparently is making use of this with the faceplates, and...

... It seems they have a lot of cast members doing dialogue for this one. Well, I have my theories on how they might be getting some of it since Duke's actor is famously... no longer acting because he's problematic. Could be reused dialogue from the Lemon Lockseed, in my opinion.

Even so, there's a lot here that they wouldn't have recorded toy dialogue for, like Bujin Gaim and Kurokage, and heck they even have Kamen Rider Maja from the stage show! It's wild.

Speaking of wild, they've also put up the Lockseed Charmont Set, which includes faceplates for Gridon and Bravo, the Donguri and Durian Lockseeds, as well as the Lockseeds for their new Gaim Gaiden forms! They are, as the transformation lines say...

"Lychee Arms! You're The Hero!"

"King Durian Arms! Mr. Violence!"

So those are the new forms. They're slightly remolded from their original armors. Eh. Could be worse. Like that other Rider that apparently is appearing, reusing parts of Idunn. 

In addition to these, they teased a Lockseed Team Baron Set with an image of Baron and Knuckle, as well as a Lockseed Kureshima Set with an image of Ryugen and Zangetsu. One could wonder if these are just their main Lockseeds or a full set, but I'm about to share which one that could be.

Now this is crazy.

The Gaim Festival site put up a little interactive thing where you navigate through the Helheim Forest and can find Lockseeds. This shows you some of the things they have planned for release.

There's a few things missing. Of note, I guess the Sid Lockseed, the numberless Banana Lockseed used by Black Baron, Fresh Orange, and anything that didn't have any sort of fiction attached to it. Oh, and Legend Rider Lockseeds. Out of all of these, I feel like the numberless Banana Lockseed has the best chance of a release since it’s gotta have a faceplate with it, but the others are potentially easy to skip. 

And, hoo boy, that’s all FOR NOW, but of course we could always get more reveals.

Took about ten minutes before I had anything to say, but now I’ll have to recap the story so far for it to make sense.

So, a thief broke in to Genm and stole four Gashats. He also seems to have contracted Gamer’s Disease. He ran off when Kagami recognized him, and after another run-in with Black Ex-Aid where he hits the Riders with a finisher and disappears (how many times has that happened so far? Four? Five? I’mma say four,) Kiriya struts in and says the patient/thief is Black Ex-Aid.

So now, while all this is being reported to the president of Genm, Mr. President and Kagami are in agreement that they should apprehend the culprit and recover the Gashats, but Emu is saying “No, he’s sick, we have to treat him! :(”

Emu, buddy, you realize you can apprehend AND treat the guy, right? This is not an either/or situation.  

It just occurred to me, I don’t think Poppy actually does anything in the Bugster fights she’s present for. She doesn’t identify boss weakpoints or toss the Riders powerups or anything, she just stands on the sidelines reacting to things. But she’s cute as a button and infectiously cheery, so I’m more willing to put up with her than I was with Bokku from Gingaman, or Bae from Gekiranger.

Black Ex-Aid: “I’m here to fight.” Lazer: “Alright, I’m gonna beat some info out of you.” Emu: “Wait, you don’t really intend to fight a sick man, do you? :(”

Emu, man, your heart’s in the right place, I’d normally agree with you, I really would. But this is a sick man in full Rider gear who has proven on multiple occasions to be a serious threat who literally just announced his intent to continue being a threat. This is common sense, man, there’s a point where self-defense has to come before the Hippocratic Oath.

So is Game Over an actual cause of death that will happen to a Rider at some point, or is it just a euphemism for the henshin hero trope of getting hit so hard it de-morphs you?

And Emu’s fretting was all for nothing. The thief/patient wasn’t Ex-Aid, and was actually a Bugster the whole time.

Emu is fuckin’ PISSED

And here’s where Emu actually demonstrates his status as “Genius Gamer M:” knowing to take down the adds before going after the boss.

A tactic that’s especially helpful when killing the add grants you a new form change.

Okay, so now we’ve got an actual name for Black Ex-Aid: Kamen Rider Genm.

How My End Game for the Tropes Blogs was gonna go

I’m not sure how it happened, but sometime ago, I lost interest in doing liveblogs on TV Tropes. Maybe they’re not as accessible as other sites in terms of people reading it or maybe I just became lazy and did audio logs that I would never publish online.

Whatever the case, I feel bad for leaving the blogs on a cliffhanger, so the best I can do right now is to write up a rough draft of how things would have went.

So, to recap, I used to do a series of blogs on TV Tropes riffing on fanfics. They were also where I did my first solo RPG blogs before I put that to a more fitting place. There was a long, elaborate and possibly cringy story about how Wataru and Kazuma from Kamen Rider worked on a project to make the next super soldier, locked into an emotion that could only know rage.

Enter Psyga, who ended up in their world thanks in part to being portalled to it via Hinako, an obscure fanservicy video series about losing weight. There, he’s roped into doing Liveblogs on Pooh’s Adventures, Madoka, and fanfics. In one of the riffings, he finds out about the project but it’s promptly canned when the two realize that an angry cyborg will only make things worse.

But Psyga insists on working on the blogs to try and find the good in the bad. This continues until a project he gets roped into ends up warping him into an alternate universe where the villain in a Dungeons and Dragons game he was playing won and it’s pretty much the Walking Dead meets Ghostbusters with special guest stars Donte and the War Doctor.

Long story short, the world went boom and Psyga is depressed. There’d be a blog in the vain of the Muppet blog where he and various Kamen Rider Characters riff on the movie, but the plot being that he’s doing this to let people know he’s back.

He then goes and does The Different Story (which I completed all twelve parts of but haven’t published), which he bawls at. He goes into despair and is stopped by Madokami. This would apparently lead into a riffing of Equestria Girls (Or A Canterlot Wedding given certain circumstances) where it would lead into the Rebellion Story liveblog. Possibly in the same manner that the Rebellion Story started out as a fun silly story but is soon revealed to basically be a simulation.

The major (and by that I mean the only) thing that would happen in the Equestria Girls/Rebellion Story liveblogs is that Psyga would be confronted on what he thought of Rebellion Story and, to the shock of everyone, he’d say that he enjoyed it and didn’t mind the ending, even saying how it’s a good ending.

It’s then revealed that the recent blogs have been an elaborate plan by Homura to ensure that the Rebellion Story sticks for Psyga’s universe, as she needs to get the joy of riffing with friends, the despair of reading a sad story, and the rage of watching an idiot plot. These three emotions would help Psyga center his mind and, through the law of attraction (positive thoughts bring positive things), he’d make it so that his world becomes Homura’s vision.

All that’s needed is Psyga’s approval, but fortunately, the recent events caused Psyga to contemplate, the sadness of losing in that zombie world not helping. But, with the help of his friends, he finds the data of the virtual world, saves it, then proceeds to make it so that that world becomes Homura’s world, thus allowing the two ideas of Homura’s world and Madoka’s world to co-exist without stepping on each other’s toes.

Funny thing is, I sort of did an abridged version of this in one of my story riffings, but replacing White Wizard with Count Logan (I just really like his character design). But, I feel like if I went back to writing the liveblogs, they’d be in a completely different vision than what I had in mind a few years ago.

To those who read my Tropes blogs, I apologize. But, fret not. The tropes blogs are not dead.

Deneb: But he’s probably a relative, Yuuto.

Yuuto: Fine… here’s a piece of advice, Keiwa.

Yuuto: To achieve something, you need to sacrifice something as well.

Keiwa: The world can accommodate everyone’s happiness, right?

Yuuto: Unfortunately, the world doesn’t work like that.

Yuuto: It’d be nice if it worked like that.

Deneb: Yuuto.

Yuuto: *leaves*

Banjou: He’s right, kid.

Banjou: We all lost a lot here when we became Riders.

Banjou: I’m sure you have too.

Hiiro: We sacrifice a lot, Zeronus, sacrificed a lot, I’m sure you will sacrifice a lot.

Hiiro: Sacrifices are necessary to achieve an ideal world.

Keiwa: No, I will try to achieve a world where no one else will be sacrificed for happiness.

Fuwa; Did you include yourself in that blanket statement of yours? Sakurai?

Rintaro: Is it wise to question his motives, Fuwa-san?

Fuwa: I just want to know if he knows what it is he’s really declaring.

Fuwa: No one should mean no one, not even himself.

Keiwa: I…

Keiwa: I'm sorry, I need to process... *leaves premises*

Gou: Lay off on the kid, I’m sure he’ll figure it out.

Gou: We all did, didn’t we?

Daiji: I just hope he figures it out before its too late.

Fuwa: Agreed

Yeah, I do hope Keiwa includes himself in that number... though considering he's the one closest to the typical Kamen Rider, he's probably gonna throw himself into the Race to Sacrifice Oneself for the Greater Good (tm).

Not that any of these guys could talk, since they did pretty much the same thing Keiwa's doing (especially Ryuuga, he and Sento are fond of trying to out-compete each other in this regard).

Takes place in early Saber, for reasons that will be made clear in the story later on

"Touma! What happened to you?!" Mei shrieked as the swordsmen entered the main hall, tired and ragged from their latest fight.

"I'm fine, Mei, don't worry about me-" He winced as Tetsuo and Ryo helped him into a chair. "Nothing a bit of rest can't cure-"

"You took a direct hit from that Minotaur Megid," Kento deadpanned, poking Touma in the stomach.

"Ow!" Touma complained. "What was that for?" Kento just gave him a pointed look in reply.

"You're probably all bruised up-" Mei fretted. "Take your shirt off, and I'll see what I can do about it..."

"Okay, sure." Touma didn't seem to hesitate as he unbuttoned his shirt quickly, shrugged it off and tossed the shirt onto the back of his seat. "Oh, that is nasty..." He winced as he looked down on himself, seeing a dark bruise blooming on his solar plexus, right where that Megid had punched him in the fight earlier.

He was oblivious to the shocked expressions everyone else had as they took in the sight of the shirtless Touma in front of them. They were dumbstruck by Touma's figure- toned, fit and unexpectedly muscular, not at all what they expected from the book-loving, nerdy Kamen Rider.

"I-I'll go get something for that now!" The editor squeaked in a high voice, and Mei hurried away to retrieve the ice pack from the freezer.

Meanwhile, the other swordsmen moved to another corner of the room, just out of earshot, while Touma was distracted with his injury.

"I thought he was just an author," Ren complained, waving at Touma's figure. "How can he be so friggin' ripped?"

"It does explain why he took to being a swordsman so easily," mused Tetsuo. "With a bit of work... he'd make a fine Saber."

"How did he get such a physique..." Rintaro wondered. "Perhaps he is some kind of athlete? Kento, what do you think?"

"Bwuh?" Kento sputtered when addressed, having spent all that time just staring at his childhood friend. "What?"

"Kento, my boy..." Ryo said in a serious tone, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Do you have the hots for your childhood friend?"

"W-What?" Kento exclaimed, clearly lying. "O-Of course not, I'm just... surprised! Like all of you!"

"Uh-huh." Tetsuo said, rolling his eyes in disbelief. "So says the one who'd been eye-fucking Touma's arms."

"Did someone say something about me?" Touma asked as he poked at himself.

"N-Nothing!" The swordsmen said in tandem, trying not to look like they'd been staring at Touma for the last few minutes.

Toum pouted at them. "Okay...."

“So, you two twerps are the ones dating Touma-kun, huh.” 

Rintaro and Kento looked up only to find themselves cornered- and outnumbered- by a group of men in familiar suits of armor. The one who’d spoken- a luridly pink, spiky-haired Rider with anime eyes- glared at them menacingly, pointedly smacking a strange mallet against his palm.

“Aren’t you... the past Kamen Riders?” Kento questioned, confused at their apparent hostility. 

“Touma’s senpai, yes,” replied one with an asymmetrical, half-red, half-blue costume. 

“Is there something the matter?” Rintaro inquired, trying to stay polite despite their blatant dislike of him. 

“Oh, there is,” replied the one who had a tire on his chest. “See, you made the mistake of dating one of our kouhai.”

“And... we like making sure that whoever dates our kouhai are... up to the task, if you will,” added the one in orange samurai’s armor.

Rintaro and Kento gave each other a look, not quite understanding what was happening, even as the other Riders advanced in on them. They drew their swords out from their Drivers, going back to back, ready to defend each other when the seniors attacked.

(But they were about to learn that two-against-over a dozen were some pretty awful odds, especially when those dozen-plus were their own seniors.)

“I’m so sorry you guys! I have no idea what got into them!” Touma flustered as he fretted over his injured swordsmen. “Who knows what could’ve happened if Shoutaro and Takeru and Gentaro hadn’t broken them up!”

Kento managed a painful smile at his boyfriend. “It’s okay. It’s not your fault your senpai are fucking insane.”

“Insane is right,” Ryo huffed, looking upset that his two students had been ganged up on. “You say they do this to their friends who get into a relationship with another Rider?”

“Yeah,” Touma sighed miserably. “Pretty much.”

“Geez.” Ren looked quite disturbed. “I’m glad I don’t have to deal with those guys,” he stated in relief, as he finished wrapping Rintaro’s wounded chest.

Tetsuo shook his head. “I’d understand if you were a kid, but you’re a grown man, who you fuck shouldn’t be any of their business.” The trio of lovers sputtered at the crude description of their relationship from the blacksmith. 

“Well... it should be alright soon, though.” Mei said, smiling at all three of her boyfriends. “Apparently, the girls caught wind of everything and they’re gonna get an earful for what they did. And then some.”

“I never thought I’d say this about our seniors, but I hope they suffer,” Rintaro said with a pout. 

“I second the motion,” Kento agreed, wincing as he put on his coat. “If I see any of those guys again, it’ll be way too soon.”

Part 2 of the Kento kun destruction: Touma, Rintaro, and Kento go back to the base with a bloody tied up Tsukasa and explain everything to Mei and the swordsmen, who proceeds to have no mercy on Tsukasa for making the baby cry. Also Ise joins them and shocks him holding his newly repaired Kento kun, but not before papa tells his son he’ll stop complaining about the plushie if he gets more cuddles from his baby (bonus points if Touma and Rintaro tease Kento about tolerating the plushie)

Maybe Tsukasa will finally learn... this time...

“Where did those three go off to...?” Mei wondered aloud as she paced the length of the main hall, worrying with her rings. “Running off without telling anyone what was going on... What got into Kento, anyway...”

“Ah, I’m sure they’re just fine, little lady,” Ryo reassured, as he watched over Ise who was peacefully napping. A patched-up Kento-kun was tightly clutched in the little dragon’s arms, the ripped seam stitched back together with a thread that didn’t quite match the rest of the plushie.

“It’s not normal for them to just run off like that though,” Tetsuo pointed out. “Not to mention, the last time Kento did something like this was the whole thing with Calibur, and we all know how that went.”

“Don’t remind me,” Mei muttered, her brows furrowing.

“Lighten up, Mei,” Yuri told her with a gentle smile. “Kento has Rintaro and Touma with him, right?” 

Mei nodded. “Yes, but-”

“So he’s definitely gonna be okay!” Ren stated certainly. “Besides, they’ll be back soon enough, so don’t worry about them!” 

Just as Ren finished speaking, the main door opened and in walked the three aforementioned swordsmen, carrying a familiar, bloody, beaten-up lump of magenta, bound by rope and gagged. They unceremoniously tossed him unto the floor, and everyone stared at the trio’s prisoner in shock.

Mei ignored the unconscious Kamen Rider on the floor in favor of fretting over her swordsmen. “Where have you guys been? I was so worried- Why do you have blood on your clothes?! You’re not hurt, are you?!”

“Sorry for worrying you Mei,” Touma apologized, not sounding very apologetic at all. “And no, we’re not hurt. None of this is ours.” He gestured at his senpai. “It’s all his.”

“What- Isn’t that Kadoya Tsukasa?!” asked Ryo. “What the heck happened to him?”

“We just had a little talk with him.” Kento said darkly, eyes stormy and fists still shaking with rage.

“Apparently... Pinky here was the one that destroyed Kento-kun and made Ise cry.” Rintaro explained, his expression more schooled, but still frosty cold.

Immediately, the mood in the room changed and everyone glared at Tsukasa in anger. “He did what?” Ryo asked dangerously, his grip tightening on Gekido. 

And, of course, this was when the magenta-loving Rider stirred, blinking back to consciousness. “What...?”

Not even a moment after he awoke, he found himself with a pair of blades at either side of his neck. “Do you have any last fucking words,” growled Ren, as Tetsuo joined him by pointing Suzune in gun mode at the back of his head. 

Tsukasa glared defiantly at the swordsmen. “You should ask... that hedgehog of yours why I did it to begin with...”

“We don’t care why you did it,” stated the eldest of the swordsmen, as he hefted his sword and pointed it at his neck, too. “You made our Ise cry.” 

“And we don’t take kindly to people who hurt one of our own,” stated Yuri coldly. 

Tsukasa audibly gulped as the swordsmen started closing in on him, but then there was a buzzing sound in the air, and they- and their swords- all reared back with alarmed faces. Before he could be relieved at their sudden distance from him, he shrieked as a bolt of lightning struck him, zapping him back into unconsciousness.

“What- Ise?!” Kento rushed to his son’s side, crouching down to his eye level. “Were you awake this whole time?”

Ise nodded at his father, and tilted his head innocently at him.“Did I do good, Papa? Is he hurty like Kento-kun is?”

Kento, and the rest of the dragon’s parents, blinked at the dragon in surprise. “Yes, I guess he is.” Kento replied. 

Ise nodded, apparently satisfied. “And Papa? Don’t hate Kento-kun anymore?” he asked sweetly, giving his Papa the puppy-dragon eyes.

Kento sighed, unable to say no to his baby. “Okay, Ise. I won’t hate Kento-kun anymore.” He playfully poked the plushie’s smiley face. “But Papa was only jealous because Ise cuddled Kento-kun more than Papa. If Ise promises to cuddle with Papa more, then Papa promises to not complain about Kento-kun anymore.”

Ise smiled toothily at his Papa. “Okay Papa, promise!” The father and son shook pinkies, before the little dragon jumped into his Papa’s arms, giving him the cuddles he was so apparently deprived of. The hedgehog plushie rolled about on the floor, momentarily forgotten by its owner.

“Wait, what? Seriously...?” Tetsuo said incredulously. “That’s why Kadoya went this far...?”

“Good fucking grief,” Mei groaned. “What are we going to do with you...”

“Oh, Kento...” Touma shook his head. “How many times do we have to go through this...”

“Well... at least he won’t hold a grudge against a plushie anymore?” Rintaro offered with a teasing smile.

“Shut up and lemme cuddle my baby in peace.”
