I was now-minutes old when I realized that Ligur's eyes changed color along with the chameleon on his head. (Brightening the image helped a lot).

            I’ve had this idea for a fan Stand named 『Karma Chameleon』, after the song by Culture Club;
         A diminutive long-range stand, Karma Chameleon is appropriately red, gold, and green in appearance, resembling a Kecleon from Pokemon. Damage doesn’t transfer to its user, and it operates independently, basically having its own personality and being able to tail targets endlessly.
         Karma Chameleon is incredibly weak; It has basically zero combat utility and would lose against most Stands. But it doesn’t need to be strong, because of its insidious ability; When in range of its target, Karma Chameleon can implant false memories of itself as their friend. Memories of past victories will have been aided by Karma Chameleon, Karma Chameleon will have been a shoulder for you to cry on during your lowest point, it’s been the friend everybody likes. Victims never question the nature and existence of Karma Chameleon, believing it to be totally believable.
         It’s an incredibly dangerous power, as Karma Chameleon can earn the instant trust of whoever it goes after. A poisoned drink offered is sure to be accepted, because who would suspect their dear friend Karma Chameleon, who’s been with them since forever? If Karma Chameleon asks any questions or needs help, its new friends will oblige without hesitation!
         In the context of a hypothetical Jojo part, I imagine Karma Chameleon would be the stand of a minor enemy named Boy George. Because of how dangerous Karma Chameleon is, Boy George’s goal is not to kill the protagonists, but infiltrate them for information, and exploit their abilities under the guise of favors that they can just “trust” Karma Chameleon on; Eventually it’ll kill them, but otherwise the heroes have an actual chance to figure things out beforehand.
         Karma Chameleon is introduced similarly to Yo-Yo Ma in the Stone Ocean manga; The arc begins with Karma Chameleon just inexplicably there, everyone happily acknowledging their friend who’s definitely been around since the start, mentioning his presence in past incidents the viewer knows he wasn’t there for, etc. It’s an uncanny, gaslighting experience that makes you wonder if you accidentally skipped a chapter where this funny little sidekick was introduced.
         But after some scenes of helping out and seemingly being a true friend, the audience finally learns what Karma Chameleon’s deal and ability is through its internal monologue. Things get scary, because there’s an enemy that the protagonists don’t expect, and is right among them, welcomed with open arms. As Karma Chameleon lies to and exploits the heroes, they question but ultimately fall for the devious little conman’s smooth talking and constant appeals to past memories, which borders on humorous with how Karma Chameleon is egregiously just edited in.
         Luckily, Karma Chameleon can only affect the memories of its targets; Physical evidence that points otherwise to its supposed history remains. So things like a group photo, or a diary, that coincidentally make no mention of Karma Chameleon, give our protagonists reason to doubt. This stand battle is an unconventional one, being more a clash of wits than powers. The heroes question what they know (There may be a scene referencing “Don’t believes his lies” from Memento), and eventually gather the courage to speak up against Karma Chameleon’s gaslighting and guilt tripping, as it gets more and more aggressive in trying to make the protagonists return its alleged favors, and dismisses their suspicions.
         There’s probably some other limitations to Karma Chameleon’s ability; Like maybe it can only insert its presence into pre-existing memories, but never create actual new memories from scratch. And/or all the memories it creates are only positive ones; The heroes have no bad memories with Karma Chameleon, because such a thing would be detrimental to its purpose of earning trust. But this supposed strength ends up its undoing when the protagonists note this suspicious pattern. Maybe there’s a scene where someone visits a fortune teller who foretells of a traitor/impostor amongst their midst, to further set up the realization.
         Karma Chameleon gets more and more nervous, unable to explain away discrepancies, as Boy George sweats over the situation, able to see through Karma Chameleon’s eyes and guide it as necessary. There may be some murder attempts, some arranged accidents that Karma Chameleon is initially not suspected of, because why would the heroes ever think that? And even when they begin to consider, Karma Chameleon always explains it away, and besides they know it would never do such a thing! It might even try to sabotage them when another Enemy Stand User or some other threat attacks, offering advice and suggestions that just land them in more danger. Karma Chameleon denies malice and insists it was just an earnest mistake, but…
         In the end, Karma Chameleon is found out, and while the protagonists hesitate with its emotional appeals to their supposed past, they stick to their resolve in knowing that something isn’t right, and realize their ally really is an impostor; Combining their stand attacks, they obliterate Karma Chameleon.
         Boy George is defeated; Even if he waited for Karma Chameleon to regenerate before sending it against the protagonists once more, they would still retain the memories of exposing him, as Karma Chameleon can’t erase memories, merely add to them. Being a fairly minor character, with the Stand being more of the star, Boy George is probably disposed of as a joke antagonist; Obsessively monologuing about vengeance to the point where he doesn’t pay attention to both sides of the street when crossing, and is struck by a bus, forcing him to retire. Alas, in the larger midst of the plot, Boy George DOES succeed in accomplishing some goal for the main villain, which the protagonists have to adapt to afterwards.

         To apply the lyrics of Karma Chameleon’s namesake to the arc is obvious; Karma Chameleon feeds the protagonists lies that they listen to, and messes with their conviction of its suspicious nature by gaslighting them both with its false memories and conventionally. But Karma Chameleon can only lie so well; It ultimately can’t sell a contradiction.
         Karma Chameleon comes and goes, going behind its supposed friends’ backs to exploit them and set up accidents. Loving it WOULD be easy if Karma Chameleon’s true colors were like their dreams, or rather memories. Karma Chameleon may seem like a sweet-talker, but its words are wicked, and the emotional bonds it exploits makes love a debilitating addiction. Jojo and their pals may want to cling to the good memories, but they gotta let go of their attachment to these flattering dreams and make Karma Chameleon disappear forever.
         Before then, every day is like survival, for the heroes don’t yet realize that Karma Chameleon is an enemy, and that it’s only a matter of time before they serve their purpose, and are to be disposed of. Being ‘friends’ with Karma Chameleon is like a fight for their lives, and the gaslighting makes their mental strength waver from doubt; Abuse is known to activate fight or flight instincts. The Jobros insist Karma Chameleon is a friend, not a rival, they want to believe it… but they need to not, for evidence ultimately says otherwise.

"What's gonna work? Teeeeeeaaamwork" I sing to myself under my breath. The person at the library computer next to mine gives me a look. They are unaware. Not only do I have a chameleon in my pocket that whispers appropriate citation structures, but I am FULL of microorganisms
