Please put Nebraska as well as surrounding areas in your prayers. We are undergoing massive flooding. Families are being evacuated from their homes. Whole towns have been evacuated. Towns are under water. Flooding getting to the tops of vehicles. We have national guard helping to rescue families surrounded by the floods. the worst day of my life; I can’t even describe the events & feelings anymore. I’m so numb and paralyzed. traumatized. honestly, it was something you would learn about in school but would you ever thought it would happen to you? October 7th, 2015 - approximately 7:30pm, I lost my home of almost a decade. I lost it to a blazing fire. who would of ever thought? Who could of ever thought you would received a phone call saying your house was caught on fire… I was lost. my first thoughts was my family & friends who lived with us, my best friend.. my family’s best friend, Lucky. No one bother to care after him, as he ran away. because everyone was so scared & worried bout themselves.. its okay, I don't blame them. I’m okay that he’s still alive but hurt that he could be anywhere out there right now in the cold. I hope some family is treating him right. I hope he safe. I’m terrified my mom is out searching for him.. she loves him so much it hurts me to see her cry. we lost our home, we lost our best friend.. All I have is my mom, I don’t know what I’ll do if I lost her too. please keep us in your prayers, for our road to recovery. all I can do now is pray for the best, prepare for the worst, I just want my family to be together again. in one piece, happily. I’m waiting for that day to come again, patiently.
