That'd solve the relationship problem and would make for great comedy.

Johnny sits Cassie down and explains that he and Sonya are getting back together. Cassie's all happy and then in walks Kenshi like he owns the damn place. Congrats Cass, you and Takeda are now step siblings!

So you like Johnshi and Cageblade, how do you feel about the secret third option (sonshi)

unironically i prefer kencageblade to all of these ships. the answer js yes. let sonya have two wives who will stop her.

i really like the potential dynamic between sonya and kenshi specifically though to answer your question more directly. Sonya and kenshi both have a stern, stoic personality, with kenshi of the two being slightly more loose and relaxed. probably no thanks to johnny. i think sonya would get along really well with kenshi, and respects his honor and drive and even sort of relates to how he feels about being useful and working to the bone, if need be.

they might squabble and fight (because i imagine shes a lot more stubborn about things, and kenshi isnt the kind of man to really put up long, exhausting fights for no real reason), but at the end of the day resolve their tension appropriately. its a smoother relationship than what she has with johnny, who really challenges her ideals and the things she considers important.

sonya clings in her own way, and kenshi is charmed by the things he gets to see that no one else really does. earning her trust was easy for kenshi, i imagine. they talk about boring things like old grannies. its cute.

having someone as levelheaded and resigned as kenshi would really mellow her workaholic tendencies out, and if we're throwing johnny in the mix. it'll absolutely take both of them to tame HIS personality to reasonable levels.
