Fall Crunch Salad with Apple Cider Vingairette 😀 @gothamgreens greenhouse crunch greens mix Cooked chicken 3 tbsp of dried cranberries 1/2 of a large honeycrisp apple 1/4 cup of walnuts 1/4 cup of crumbled feta (goat cheese works good here too!!) . Dressing: 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tsp raw honey 1 tsp dijon mustard Pinch of sea salt *Serves 2 . DIRECTIONS I added premade chicken (the just white & dark meat lil container from @sprouts) to a pan with garlic powder to reheat. Use med/high heat for ~5 min so they get crispy on the outside. In a large bowl, add the greens and toss with the dressing. Next add in your toppings and mix thoroughly, adding more dressing as needed. Ingredients: 4 cups vegetable broth 1 cup cannellini beans 2 cloves garlic 1 yellow onion 1 russet potato 2 cups fresh spinach 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Pour the olive oil into a large pot and turn to medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and continue to cook for about one more minute. 
 2. Add the vegetable broth, the peeled and diced potato, your well-rinsed beans, salt, pepper, and cumin. Bring to a low boil. 
 3. Continue to cook on a low boil for about 30 minutes. 
 4. Remove from heat and add the spinach. Let cool slightly (be careful not to burn yourself!) and use an immersion blender. Heavy cream + mozzarella + parmesan + broccoli = pure goodness! ----------------------------‐------------------ 🍽 Servings: 1 Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Butter 1 Garlic clove, chopped 1/2 White Onions, diced 1/2 cup heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1/4 cup Water Salt and pepper 1 cup Broccoli florets 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese Procedure: 1) Over medium heat, melt the butter using a non-stick pan. 2) Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. 3) Add the white onions and cook until translucent. 4) Pour the heavy whipping cream. 5) Add the cornstarch. 6) Add the broccoli florets. 7) Add water if the sauce is too thick. 8) Season it with salt and pepper. 9) Add the parmesan cheese. 10) Lastly, add the mozzarella cheese.
