THIS IS ACTUALLY CANNON, CBD Bf does that with Kevin, whenever he does his mischief or miss behaves, Bf would grab any footwear he has and just flung it and always manages to hit Kevin right on the head, even when he doesn't look where he is throwing the shoe. He doesn't do that with Seth sense he isn't a trouble seeker like his bro.

(And yes it is inspired on the Mexican mom joke of them using sandals when their kids misbehave)

Hmm, depends on whether you want to make him an angel or a demon

I feel like Angel Kev would have fluffier wings like cotton candy. Maybe he'd still have a button up? And I know it's more of a Candy Club thing, but I think he'd still have swirls in his design

As for a Demon Kevin... my idea kinda goes to taking inspiration from him dressing as The Candyman in that one Halloween art, just replace the bees with, well, candy-

His body's like candy and can melt and reform like Moloch's, though has the unfortunate side effect of melting naturally in heat -- which, given they're in Hell, happens a lot. He smells sweet and has horns that look like either candy canes or candy corn

Oh, maybe he could still have wings, but they're more bee-like to reference Candyman AND his costume in the other Halloween art!

Hmm, now I'm just reminded of that one fic where Kevin's a demon and gets sent to earth as a punishment. That was an interesting one

So I’ve been listening to 1000 Doors more and thinking about Hellbeats and like. Dude the last line just haunts me.

I just think of it like

Everyone in town had at least heard of the two Halloween obsessed kids, and even though they all kinda hated them, the streets are so quiet once they’re dead. There’s no life, there’s no joy. Everyone’s afraid of celebrating Halloween because no one really knows what happened to them. October comes by again but no one’s into it because they can’t not think of the two boys who loved it and evidently died because of it. One can hope that they’re having fun in the afterlife, but there’s no way to know for sure (and of course, we know they aren’t). Everyone is just numb now.

Combined with Bob's reigns of terror (or the aftereffects of it if he's dead), Halloween ends up seen as a sort of "cursed" holiday in the town. Even those that hated the holiday feel the eerie quiet where Skid and Pump used to be, where people just enjoying it used to be.

Looking into this character by character in a ripple effect would be interesting too-- the haunted house is completely out of business; what was a yearly tradition for the seven now feels completely insensitive, and even if they did host it no one would come. Kevin thinks (though he'd never admit it) that not having a bunch of people take advantage of the free candy cans on Halloween feels wrong. Etc!
