there r two wolves inside of u... one is a captain puffy simp and apologist and thinks she can do no wrong and is always right one is a strong c!tommy anti and has a lot of issues with his character and genuinely finds him uncomfortable and irritating u are me it iz a hard road i walk but it iz A Road and i am making the best of it For a more Intellectually Complete and Coherent explanation of my silly meme, here yall go: I love Captain Puffy. I love her so much, and I really think she's one of the most compelling characters on the smp! I also just love her streams and have been watching her since even before she joined the SMP. Her lore is well made and for a long time my personal opinions of characters and such on the SMP really lined up with hers! You can probably see that through the many simp posts I've made of her character! But since Doomsday, there's been a bit of a shift, not in necessarily a good or bad way but she's been Different. I love A LOT of the development she'd done since then, and the growth she's encouraged and all the work she's done. And even though our alignments have changed and we have different outlooks on certain aspects of the server, I still REALLY love her character and can understand why she thinks the way she does. Doesn't mean I'm not infuriated every time she discusses how Dream deserves punishment, not knowing that he's being literally TORTURED, or when she talks about caring for Tommy more than she cares about anyone else on the server, not seeing how the 'villains' she's painted have already been punished just not in the way Tommy was. It's completely in-character for her to be so sympathetic towards him and care about him. I get why she does.

The most irritating thing, though, is that I also love analyzing characters and writing! And ever since Captain has gone "Hey! Torture is bad! Torturing Tommy in exile was not a good thing!" almost every other aspect of her character gets washed over in the most irritating way. Anytime I try to find captain puffy analysis, it's always almost EXCLUSIVELY people focusing on her feelings towards Tommy and using her as a character stand-in for actual Tommy Apologists, which is just. Infuriating. Tiring. Like there's so much to her character, but so much meta just goes "She cares about Tommy!!! she loves tommy he is like a son!!" when no no she isnt please Papa Puffy is already canon she has Foolish and then her protective/guardian-type relationship with Dream if you want caring parental puffy look at the ones she actually cares for in a relationship like that. Puffy adopting Tommy would be a worst-case-scenario for everyone involved and will only result in not only more people being hurt, but more confusion and fighting between characters and a limit on how much growth they all can do. I'm not gonna talk about a Tommy Healing Arc because, to put it bluntly, i don't enjoy his character and I dont particularly care to discuss what his character will do, but if I don't think it can be done properly through puffy and her family on the smp. thats just not it chief /dsmp /rp

Verr Goldete offered a gentle greeting and a knowing look as you walked into the doorway, you returned her greeting with a smile and a gentle bow. "Can you take this to him for me?" She asked, setting a plate of almond tofu on the desk "I was about to but this is perfect timing" You let out a soft huff and gave a nod before uncrossing your arms and picking up the plate, heading upstairs. Xiao was seated cross legged on the railing of the balcony at the top floor of the Inn. A smile tugged at the corner of your lips when you saw him, just the sight of him suddenly made you feel lighter, like your worries werent as dire as you once thought. "You look like shit" he stated bluntly, looking you up and down while still seated on the railing "When was the last time you slept?" Your shoulders rose and fell in a shrug as you handed his food to him, he scoffed lightly. "you mortals, always complaining about taking better care of yourselves but never actually doing so" you let out a small apology, he didn't seem to acknowledge it though as he started eating. You leaned against the railing and took a seat against the wooden floor with a soft thud. "I could kick you right now" He said, obviously joking but you simply nodded and leaned your head back against the wooden beam of the railing, letting your eyelids close. he let out a gentle 'tch' and got off the railing, opting to sit next to you. "Long day?" he offered you his shoulder and you scooted next to him, resting against him and letting out a soft hum at his warmth. Setting the plate down next to him he rested his head on top of yours. "i would imagine that the hero of Teyvat is a very busy person" he started "But you are still human, try and rest every now and then okay?" You nodded as he fell silent. Xiao will never admit it but he worries about you, he cares. He's gotten very

comfortable with you and he cares about you more then he'd like to admit. It was about 20 minuets of silence before he lifted his head to look down at you, a gentle sigh left him when he realized you'd fallen asleep. "Rest well, Traveler"
