long post ahead!! this is purely copy and paste so sorry for any spelling errors

after they get brought back, regressors roxas and xion and caregiver axel bc theyve all been through so much

roxas and xion regressing bc, i mean, they never had a childhood and axel just easily takes up the mantle of caregiving bc i he loves them so much and they deserve to have a healthy coping mechanism and dangit they are just so cute!

the two started regressing involuntarily and neither could put a name to it, they both would just find axel and tell him something was wrong and cry and all axel could do was craddle the two and tell them it would be alright

it wasnt until riku visited one day and the two "had another episode" and riku saw and pointed out that they were regressing

axel didnt catch on as fast but the two littles did and they were devastated

riku easily stepped up and calmed the little down. after a little explaining to axel what age regression was, axel didnt even think before he started taking care of them.

riku decided that it was nap time to he "coherced" the two littles to lay down and watch a movie while he "got them a surprise"

riku taught axel how to make the kids angel milk and even wrote it down. the two presented the sippys and while xion was eager to taste whatever sugary surprise riku made, roxas w as shy abt the idea of drinking from a sippy cup but ge eventually gave in and the two littles passed out before even finishing the cups

axel asked riku how he knew so much about age regression and riku was silent for a moment.

-"riku you dont have to tell me"

-"no, its not that, its just... sora was a little and i used to be his caregiver... i just miss him is all"

that couldn't be said without a little tears, everyone missed sora and no one was any step closer to finding him

the two regressors had a talk with axel and riku the next time they were big, riku explained an answer to every question they asked, very knowledgeable in experience. the two had a hard time accepting the coping mechanism their brain choose for them but [riku: "its a totally healthy and normal coping mechanism and response. i know nobody says it but you were put through a lot and deserve to be able to experience the childhood you never had"] it was just a little bit easier after that

riku was a frequent babysitter and the two littles even started calling him "bubba"

before sora disappeared, when riku was new to caregiving, he worriedly searched everywhere for an appropriately sized paci for sora and ended up in traverse town before sid. riku tried to be as inconspicuous as possible around sid but sid had been around long enough to gather that something was going on and confronted riku abt it. riku caved and told him about sora coming to him regressed one nice and how he had sucked on his thumbs for so long that he had a blister and riku really needed a replacement. pitbull sid, been there, done that actually had a hidden supply of adult pacis. he knew a few people who were littles and, hey, he does run a shop, so he supplied some just in case he ran into someone who needed it. riku almost cried tears of joy when sid presented him with a plain red a paci and riku was off back to the tower to give sora his new present. the little boy was beyond happy and spent the rest of the day curled up to riku's side with his new paci

Sora as a Kid

Sora was born on Destiny Island. There, he attends school and lives with his unknown mother. In his free time, Sora uses a rowboat to travel to Kid Island, where all children retreat to play. As such, no adults are allowed on the nearby island from the main island of their hometown. If Sora had never left home, he would likely grow up playing video games, participating in sports and hanging out with his friends like any other teenager as he aged.

CG Aqua, Terra, & Ventus w/ Babyspace Regressor Vanitas Hcs

💧 Vanitas actually involuntary regressed for a very long time without knowing what age regression was

🪵 It terrified him, feeling small and vulenerbal and scared, having to also fight for his life and reason to keep living

🍏 He regresses small to, about a few months to about 4

💀 It wasn’t until Terra (my lovely ‘dummy’) noticed that Vantias ‘outbursts’ were actually tantrums that he brought it up with him

💧 At first Vanitas shouted at him, calling him every name under the sun for even suggesting that Vanitas regressed

🪵 But Terra said that they all regressed, and even if Vanitas hadn’t been involuntierly regressing, perhaps he should try out the coping mechanism

🍏 Terra was Vanitas’s main cg for quite some time

💀 Why? Because it took some time for Aqua and Ventus to warm up to Vantias, always being suspicious of him, checking up on him to make sure he wans’t doing anything evil

💧 ^ This caused Vanitas to purposely act up sometimes, and then Terra would have to come and try to defend him 

🪵 Terra only took him in faster because he was also controlled by darkness, and Vanitas, by extent, was a version of Ven, and he wasn’t going to give up on Vanitas when he never even got the chance

🍏 Regressed Vanitas was actually what made Aqua and Ventus trust Vanitas a bit more

💀 One day when Terra was out, Aqua found a sobbing Vanitas curled up in the middle of the hall, desperately holding onto a Hareraiser (the bunny unverse)

💧 She softened around the boy, letting Vanitas cling to her, sniffing as he hide in her shoulder (they ended up cuddling and watching cartoons)

🪵 With both Aqua and Terra accepting Vanitas, Ventus decided to give his ‘brother’ a chance

🍏 Don’t believe what Ventus tells you, Vanitas totally didn’t sob in his arms later that night because Ventus was giving the chance he always wished for (. . . One of thems a lier)

💀 Don’t ask Vanitas who his favorite is because he’ll either shout at you or start crying on spot, he doesn’t want to choose, he loves his entire family

💧 Vanitas has favorite little activities he’ll do with everyone

🪵 For Aqua, he likes sitting on the counter while she’s cooking (she normally kicks everyone out) and either try to help her, or eat the ingredients

🍏 ^ And then get really fussy because he ate half the chocolate chips and now had a tummy ache and it’s all Aqua’s fault!!! >:(

💀 Why didn’t she tell him not to do that?! How could she just stand there and watch him suffer!!!

💧 . . . She did tell him, he just ignored her and cotinued

🪵 For Ventus, he likes coloring with him

🍏 It sounds really simple, but Vanitas never really colored before and Ventus showed him how fun it was

💀 Plus, Ventus gives really nice praises to his pictures (which are really hard to desiper some times) and Vanitas really likes being praised for simple things

💧 Prefers making his own drawing over coloring books

🪵 For Terra, Vanitas likes story time!!

🍏 Terra does amazing story time!! He choices stories that are approeriate for Vanitas’s headspace but also not ‘boring’, and he does funny voices!!

💀 It also helps Vanitas with sleepytime, he usually gets super fussy when it comes to naptime and bedtime, but the promise of a book and some yummy milk will make him begrudgingly agree

💧 Aqua’s cg nicknames are Mama and ‘Auqa

🪵 Terra’s cg nicknames are Bubba and Venty (Venty Wenty when Vanitas is upset with him)

🍏 And Ventus’s cg nicknames are Papa and Bubba

💧 Or, he acts like he does (he’s not use to them just yet)

🪵 Some of Vanitas’s favorites are Tough Guy, Cookie, Sweetie (he’ll never admit it), Little One

💧 It makes Vanitas happy beccause he doesn’t get screamed or shouted at, and he instead giggles and quickly tries to shove it into his mouth 

🪵 (^ He’ll pout later about how he has no no more candy after dinner . . . it’s litterally his fault for eating it earlier though, but he will be stealing some of Terra’s candy later)

🍏 Super big sweeth tooth, but doesn’t indgulge

💀 Actually, Vanitas doesn’t eat much as it is (still getting use to having his own body) so when he’s small, they all try to fill him up on yummy food and sweets

💧 Vanitas gets incredibly bad nightmare, and wakes up feeling incredibly small and scared because of them most times

🪵 Luckily, his room is really close to all of theirs so he can quickly run to any of them and cuddle them until the morning

🍏 Aqua suggests a baby monitor that she can keep in her room and doesn’t have to be turned on unless he wants it on (which Vanitas gets super defensive and huffy about)

💀 He doesn’t use it until weeks later where he guesses he could try it out, and he does like how fast Aqua comes to his aid instead of him trying to will himself to get out of bed

💧 Vanitas also really likes cuddling with them all, whether it’s Aqua letting him his on her lap, or Terra full on bear hugging him, or Ventus laying with him and letting Vanitas hide in his arm

🪵 However, Vanitas likes initiating touch, and deems some reaching out as violence coming towards him (he’s working on it)

🍏 One of his favorite activities with all three of them is watching cartoons

💀 They have some of Aqua’s yummy sweets, and they all get to cuddle and watch Ruby Gloom <3 (one of his favorite little cartoons)

wayfinder trio agere headcannons! sorry for any spelling errors!

terra has no cg/r lean, he's just vibing

i cant just forget about the wayfinder trio! theyre all flips, terras a flip, aquas a flip, ventus is a flips. chirithy doesnt count but they dont mind looking after one of the trio members until someone came back to take care of them. but here we go!

Terra

terra is a very laid-back caregiver, he has few rules and he's very playful!

his favorite thing to do, whether he's regressed or caring, is to either play pretend or read story books! he's always been a good actor so he impliements that well into both activities

he's not the best craftsman lol! but that doesn't mean his caregivers dont gush about his artwork and try to let them hang it on their fridge!

Aqua

aqua has a regressor lean! shes more independent when shes regressed but she thoroughly enjoys the time she spends with her caregivers

she LOOOOOVES baking, especially with ven

she also loves spending time with ven, be it as a regressed playdate or just aqua hanging out with her brother

and of course, during playdates, terra is more than happy to watch over them or sometimes even join them!

Ven

ven has the sliiiightest cg lean. he enjoys looking after terra and aqua, they angels most of the time

ven is a middle, he regresses to an older age. he doesnt like most of the younger activities that the others like (except baking, that means he gets to bake with aqua and eho could say no to that??)

ven looooves video games, roxas introduced them to him and he often has sleepovers with roxas and xion and they treat him like their little brother

while aqua, terra, and ven mostly take care of each other, roxas and xion usually enjoy watching over ven a lot too

ven is more secretive about his regression. he's just not fond of everyone knowing, thats all.

The sound of Kairi’s laughter filled the room. She was doing Riku’s makeup against his will, or so he says.

Sora giggled, “I think you look cute, Riku.”

“Shh, let the artist work” He kept his eyes closed with a smile on his face. He acted like he didn’t want to but he loved when sweet little Kairi did his makeup.

“Papa you look beautiful!” Kairi giggled and handed him a mirror.

Riku’s hair was up in a ponytail and wore a bow to hold up his bangs.

���You did such a good job princess!” He smiled warmly at the sight of his now colorful face.

“Now for the dress!” she joked.

Riku’s eyes widened and he laughed.

“I'm your knight kiddo, ur the only princess here” he petted her head.

She smiled at the touch and hugged him tight.

“Oki Papa”

“Let's get you all dressed up Kairi!” Sora said as he looked through her wardrobe.

“I want pwincess dwess!”

“Pink or blue?”

“Pink!” she jumped in excitement.

“Pink it is” he giggled and grabbed the pink fluffy dress.

“Do you need help to get changed?” Riku asked.

“Nope! I is big girl!”

“Whatever you say kiddo” Riku let Sora take her to the bathroom where Kairi changed all by herself.

Kairi stepped out of the bathroom with her pretty pink dress and a big smile.

“You look adorable princess Kairi!” Sora cheered.

“My lady, what are ur requests” Riku bowed.

“Cookies and Milk!” she ordered with a smile.

“Right away my lady” Riku left to grab her desired snacks.

“Dada can u do my hair?”

“Ofcourse little one, come here” Sora grabbed her hairbrush as she sat on his lap.

He gently brushed her hair making sure to not make it hurt.

He put cute lil bows in her hair and kissed her forehead.

“All done princess”

“Your order of milk and cookies has arrived madam” Riku said with an overly formal voice.

“Thanks Papa!” she jumped from Soras's lap and grabbed her snacks.

Kairi loved cookies with strawberry milk, especially in a sippy cup.

“What do you wanna do, princess?”

“Mmm” she ate her last cookie and thought hard.

She loved to play pretend, but was scared maybe her caregivers would be too tired to play.

“Kairi?” Sora worried when he saw her face saddened.

“Um, I wanna pway but I not wanna be annoyin”

“Oh sweetie you could never annoy us, you are our little girl, we love you forever” Sora hugged her.

“Yeah kiddo, we love taking care of our little princess!”

“Pwomise?”

“Promise” they said in unison.

She smiled.

“Can we pway pwincess and dwagon again?”

“Who should be the dragon?” Riku asked.

Kairi giggled as she pointed at Sora.

“Hehe! Get ready for the mightiest dragon of all! The tickle dragon!” Sora stood up and began chasing Kairi around the room.

Kairi screamed in laughter as she ran away.

“I'll save you princess!” Riku grabbed a toy sword and began lightly hitting Sora.

“U cannot stop meeee!!!”

Kairi giggled and screamed as she felt someone pick her up.

“Don't worry princess! It's me!” Riku giggled as he held the girl in a piggyback ride.

“Go! Go! Run!” she laughed.

Sora ran until he caught them both in a tight hug.

“NU! He got us!” Kairi fake cried.

Sora gave them an evil laugh.

“Now I can tickle you both!”

“Wait-” Riku stopped laughing.

Kairi bursted out laughing as Sora tickled her.

Riku joined in as Sora tickled him too.

Sora laughed and stopped, giving them both forehead kisses.

“I win” he smirked.

“I'm never letting you be the dragon again” Riku giggled.

Kairi hugged them both “You are the best dadas in the world!”

“Aww, ur the best in the world too Kairi!” Sora hugged back.

“We love you kiddo” Riku smiled as he joined the hug.

After some time of Kairi watching cartoons she began yawning.

“Someone Is sleepy” Sora sang.

Kairi denied it and yawned again.

“Come on sleepy girl, let's get you ready for bed.”

“Okayy” Kairi said, giving in.

“Come here little one” Sora picked her up like a lil baby and laid her down on her bed.

It was filled with stuffies Sora and Riku had given her. The blankets had a floral pattern that went well with her pink painted room.

“I think you like pink, Kairi” Riku giggled.

“Pwink is tha best color!”

“It sure is!” Sora smiled as he tucked her in.

“We not cuddling?” Kairi asked with puppy eyes.

Sora and Riku smiled and climbed on the bed with her. One of the boys on each side hugging her close.

“Goodnight Dada, Goodnight Papa!”

“Goodnight princess” Sora kissed her cheek.

“Goodnight kiddo” Riku kissed her forehead.

And Kairi slept in her favorite caregivers’s embrace.
