My sister recommended Kintan as she really liked All You Can. So Today, finally had the chance to try the always super crowded Kintan Buffet. I'm not a big fan of AYCE (simply because I don't like the idea of being pressured to eat as much as you can lol XD) but I'm just curious. We arrived at around 6.25 pm and got a table right away. We were lucky because if we arrived 30 minutes later than that, I don't think we'd get a table. The restaurant itself is not quite big, the interior was mostly decorated with wooden furniture that gives off Japanese vibe. Kintan Buffet has a wide array of food choices. They currently have four selections of buffet package which consists of Regular Buffet, Kintan Buffet, Premium Kintan Buffet and Special Wagyu Buffet. The price range starts from IDR 158k - IDR 458k for lunch (Adult) and IDR 188k - IDR 488k for dinner (Adult) with lower price for kids and senior. Depends on the package that you have chosen before, you might have different selection of the meat for the menu. I do suggest you to take the Kintan Buffet package at the very least to enjoy many selection of meat. For the meat, they have 3 choices; chicken, beef, and lamb. And I also tried the japchae, curry, chicken karage and other fried side dishes like potato wedges and veggie tempura. There also available salad bar and veggies quite fresh. For the beverages they provide so many choice of juice and soft drinks. Oh~ you must try they choco ice cream, the taste very yummiesss~ <3 The servers at Kintan buffet are all nice and serve quickly. Through the dinner I never really piled my plates cos the staff's always take it whenever I finished. Of course them asking me first tho. I am amazed at how good the management is, everything seems to be in its place. TBH, Kintan Buffet is totally recommended for buffet lovers. Located at Emporium Pluit Mall - GF35 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Not a big fan of AYCE, but this one is exceptional. Surely will come again.
