Also! I've been meaning to ask you, but your mailbox was never open: Care to share some of your GalactaDad head-canons? I'm really curious!

Sure thing! Oh boy, this is going to be a little long.

Ok, so, Galacta. He counts Meta as his adoptive baby boy, but he also takes pride in all the other soldiers. He's kind of like the mother hen of the G.S.A.

He's always playful, he teases the others a lot (even by pinching ther cheeks really hard sometimes), whether Uther is more cold and stoic.

He can actually be extremely intimidating when he's serious. People fear him as much as they love him.

He sneaks in candy to the other G.S.A. members sometimes. That's actually how Meta developed his sugar addiction over the years.

He one time heard baby Falspar say: "I bet his wings are lilac because he dunked them in lavender!" before laughing his ass off like a phsycopath.

He can't swim. His wings are too heavily big, and they absorb water like crazy. He also never bothered to learn, but he doesn't like to admit it. He'll just find a really stupid excuse, like how he once told the kids he was being tracked down by whales.

He really empathizes with the other two members of the Star Trio, especially Jecra. Their positive energy just combines perfectly.

Nonsurat was SUPER shy as a baby, Galacta patiently helped him open up to the others, and now he's one of the most reliable members of the army as their mechanic.

Since Dragato was one of the first rescues, he was mostly raised by Uther, which means he's more serious and bossy than the others. Galacta Knight desperately tried to soften him up during his growth.

Galacta himself was one of the first ones to catch on Dragato's gender identity (transmasc): he and the others were extremely supportive of it.

He's very, VERY protective of Meta. So protective, in fact, that he once fought three rank A demon beasts at the same time because he thought they took him away. Turns out he was actually just hiding under his pink blanket.

Speaking of the pink blanket, it was originally Galacta's. Meta Knight took it before escaping Neo Star (where the G.S.A. was) and he actually brought it to Dreamland. He still sleeps in it today.

And that's about it! I might doodle some of these later, who knows~? ;)

I needed a break from drawing Phosphor so I decided to draw some of the other contestants! I'll maybe/probably draw some of the others later, but these three are the ones that caught my brain at the moment XD

I had fun drawing them! I really like drawing the Fectos, and he just looks so cute! anyway def go vote for Flora, 10/10 very adorable!

and of course I couldn't forget Sir Uther and Valfrey from @quanblovk and @gethoce ! the relation between these two amuses me greatly, and they both deserve a vote! ...maybe? everyone keeps saying not to vote uther, but I already voted for him and its just leaving me confused LMAO

I think there is a misunderstanding Sir, those "lemons" you are asking for,or what "i suppose to give" are not real,nor even i ever said such thing.

It's something that you people usually say, it's a metaphor and a very nice one, I mean, I can be like a lemon, acidic, damaged, that is difficult to digest or face in this case but... If you take those lemons to your advantage, you can make something as delicious as lemonade, that is to take the situation that was bad and take advantage of it to come out with the sweet honey of victory!

People make these types of sayings and you know? I think it's a very nice way to see the experiences of one's own life and to take advantage of me, in a way that determination it's part of the magic that I have in myself,such contradiction that- Uh.... Sir Uther? Is there something wrong?

Lady Celestine does have a chaos owl soul form I'm still working on... that is her soul form. It's being workshopped right now but that was the form she took on when she went rogue after her sham trial.

Fun fact: Last time, Sir Uther competed last year and he too was a loser LMAO.

In an earlier post you said that Meta Knight was changed by Nightmare, did Meta Knight ever work for or was forced to work for Nightmare? Especially before joining the GSA? If so, when he joined was it super awkward or did no one recognize him?

Ok, so:

In my hc, every starling (basically Kirby's species) commences its life after the explosion of a supernova, adrift in the sea of stars, sleeping indefinitely in a spaceship until it lands somewhere; and when that moment arrives, its cockpit will open, giving the starling full accessibility to whichever planet it landed on to adapt to it and begin its true life. (basically half canon, since that's how Kirby was found in the first ep.)

Unfortunately, Meta wasn't so lucky, as he landed on Shiver Star, where Nightmare's base was. Immediately, Nightmare sent his minions to retrieve the poor child: they got to him, put him in a basket and brought him to their boss.

With something as powerful as a starling in his hands, Nightmare wanted to experiment and find the source of its power. Of course, he was aware of how dangerous it was to even consider surgery, since baby astrals are internally very delicate (reason why Meta is constantly worried about Kirby getting hurt), so he basically used him as his own lab rat, a mere toy for him to play with, a pawn. He tested magic on him, the strength of demon beasts on him, he used him against other, stronger foes due to his natural skill, forcing him to work tirelessly, and so on, and so on...

Meta knew nothing about a peaceful life, being reduced to a stress toy, abused, thrown around, tested on just for the sake of it. That was until Sir Galacta Knight and Sir Uther had been planning an assault in Nightmare's headquarters: upon defeating numerous demon beasts, they found him, Meta, curled up under rubble, wounded and alone.

"Uther, look!"

"A... starling?"

"Yes! He looks in rough shape, though. Do you think he's going to make it?"

"I think he is. Although, surely, you may not be planning to take him with us, right?"

"..."

"Right?"

"--CAN WE PLEASE KEEP HI-"

"GALACTA, YOU MAY NOT."

"Why?! What's wrong with him?"

"Are you really forgetting we're in Nightmare's base right now? Everything and anything here could be a serious threat to us both!"

"We can't leave him here!.. -- Wait, are those..?"

"Wings."

"But he isn't one of the heroes of Yore, nor does he have any correlation to them whatsoever!"

"Nightmare most likely tampered with him. That's even more dangerous."

"COME ON, UTHER! You're seriously going to leave a child to die here?!"

"..."

"I suppose we can take him..."

"Great, now let's get moving!"

Taking him in, they both tried to stabilize his condition, Galacta more than Uther, though. It was at that moment that he started treating Meta like a true son, without fearing Nightmare's influence on him.

It had been years, and Meta was finally introduced to the G.S.A. (Although Jecra and Garlude weren't in the group yet). Immediately, he saw what it was like to be in a true family: no abuse, no weird looks.

Of course, the others already knew about his whole story with Nightmare, and I must admit they all were a bit more... careful around him. But, eventually, they realized he completely despised his abuser (rightfully so,) and he would've done anything to rid of him.

At the arrival of Jecra and Garlude, Meta immediately felt strong admiration towards them, and that didn't go unnoticed. They weren't even disgusted by the fact that Meta had been Nightmare's doll, they just thought he was really strong in enduring what he had been through. Jecra was the first to suggest they all made a group and the two of them (Meta and Garlude) followed.

So, yeah, that's about it! Sorry if it's a little long, I tend to talk a lot about stuff that I like. Hope your day is awesome too! <3

DID YOU KNOW ROPES CAN BE USED AS A MAKESHIFT SLING FOR YOUR ARM?

IT CAN ALSO BE USED TO BUILD SHELTERS

IN MANY WAYS!!!

IF YOU HAVE A TARP, YOU CAN TIE IT BETWEEN TWO TREES AND PUT THE TARP ON TOP OF IT. AFTER THAT, YOU SPREAD THE ENDS OF THE TARP TO MAKE A TENT SHAPE AND NAIL OR HAVE SOMETHING HEAVY TO KEEP THE CORNERS DOWN

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A TARP, YOU CAN GATHER A BUNCH OF TWIGS AND USE TWO TWIGS TO MAKE A TRIANGLE SHAPE FROM THE GROUND TO TOUCHING EACH OTHER AND DO THE SAME ON THE OTHER SIDE, MAKE SURE THE TOP OF THE TRIANGLE CROSSES EACH OTHER A BIT. AFTER THAT PLACE A TWIG ON TOP OF BOTH TRIANGLE AND TIE A ROPE WHERE THE TWIGS TOUCH. AFTER THAT USE THE REST OF THE TWIGS TO FILL THE EMPTY SPACE BETWEEN EACH END OF THE SHAPE. USE LEAVES, OR ANY MATERIALS (I PREFER ROPES) TO COVER THE TOP AND TO COVER ANY HOLES THAT SHOWS THEMSELVES.

IT COULD BE USED TO SUSPEND YOUR FOOD IN THE AIR, SO IT MAKES IT HARDER FOR WILDLIFE TO STEAL YOUR FOOD.

YOU CAN ACHIEVE THIS BY-
