Adding Eli Kopter x Amit Nakesh to the next @turnir-isra-ship

Top: official artwork of a Kopter Kremling enemy from Donkey Kong Country 3, showing him standing on the ground and holding his helicopter blades like weapons. This never happens in-game; all Kopters seen during gameplay are always airborne and in their twirling animation.

Bottom: this artwork is actually based on an unused idle standing sprite for the Kopter, found in the game's data. Based on the fact that an idle sprite for them existed, alongside special official art, this may suggest that Kopters were originally planned to have a much more prominent role in the game.

While possibly unrelated to this, it should also be noted that Kopter was made a playable character in Donkey Kong Barrel Blast despite being a rare enemy that only appeared in three levels in Donkey Kong Country 3, also suggesting some special importance.
