GOOD LORD. this ask has been in my mind ever since it was sent and I genuinely could not get a good idea for how he should look like. like . fr

like honestly he's still at a concept stage but I am liking the first image more than my original thoughts for him shown below (plus some more doodles of me trying to figure out his design)

I do like the idea of the staff that he has can also become into a huge scythe (because that is cool fight me.!!! and also kinda references the pickaxe sorta thing that ishida holds in the splash art he officially has)

some ishida notes (mostly for myself to remember):

- ishida's halo looking thing becomes very VERY similar to how Mondo's is, with the light shining out on the sides and showing a more prominent halo but still keeping the little stars he normally has around his head

-his staff becomes a scythe bc I think that is cool and sexy /j but fr it becomes like. A mix of both their staffs,, maybe the combination thing I mentioned once but we'll see

-his expressions are way more intense than they normally are (which says a lot since taka is normally intense)

AND LIKE. I'm still thinking as to what he technically should be since solar eclipses happen every 18 months. And then there's the concept of lunar eclipses too. Like OUGH there's so much to think about and to work with i'm absolutely going to continue thinking about this au for a good while

I thought Elizabeth wanted to leave for a while now. She didn’t look to into her character anymore in a number of interviews it looked like she was tired of talking about Wanda. I agree it sucks if that’s what marvel is doing with female leads but if this is what some of the celebs want we can’t change it. More importantly you really shouldn’t recast Wanda when we love Lizzie’s version, same with Maria hill and colbie, same with Natasha and Scarjo. But these actresses are getting older and it’s not really fair to them if they have to limit the projects and roles they do for marvel to use them in a movie that starts filming two years from now and stuff like that. They also aren’t getting younger so it’s nice that the torch is being passed to some of the younger ones that are still in their 20s, and marvel probably learned that they need to let their stars have the ability to venture out more.

But for this I think it was Lizzie’s decision and marvel found a way to just let it be.

I agree, these actresses aren't getting any younger, but also in that same breath, neither are the actors who they are continuously having reprise roles, my biggest thing is that Marvel is making it to where the big female members can't make a return back, which is a big 'L' on their part.

And I've also read the interviews with Lizzie and I applaud her for taking a step back from being Wanda since she's been her for years now, but I dislike the fact that they're just completely writing her character out like she never existed to begin with that bothers me the most.

Okay...so i'mma out myself as the anon, (I was sending a lot of anons from that reblog post, lol) but one of the asks I sent was relatively the same question to everyone. I now realize as @krys-loves-otome pointed out, that my question might have been a bit too broad. Plus after reading her response, I am actually curious of how others would answer as well.

So the question was; Do you think you could survive 24 hours locked in a room with your least favorite character?

I'm going to to change it a bit, and give specifics.

Survive was a bit too strong of a word. We're going to assume even least favorite characters are not dangerous, so obviously you would survive. But do you think this time would change your perspective of that character? Do you think this time together might drive you more apart?

You and this character have entered this room willingly. However getting stuck was not planned. Like walking into a storage room/cellar/basement, and then realized you are locked in.

You do have a decently comfortable place to sit/rest

There is food and water/drinkable liquids (I don't want anyone to starve/dehydrate)

We're going to go ahead and say no wifi/cell phones/electronics of any kind are available (otherwise you'd just be able to contact someone to let you out.)

You can also answer this as an OC if you'd rather.

I also just want to throw in here, this is not a question meant to bash on any character. By saying your least favorite character, I just mean someone that you might not vibe with. @secndlife gets either mingyu or soonyoung. karol is SUPER caring (literally she tells me to eat food and drink water every day) and very attentive and both of them are people that need that. also! they would cuddle her endlessly. and give lots of verbal reassurances regarding how much and why they love her. :) maybe it’s because i’m a psychopath but i really do think leo + gemini is SO FUN like i think they would have tiny trust issues in each other but! they would talk it out really quickly and get right back to being HOPELESSLY GUSHY over each other we love to see it!! karol wants attention (even when she says she doesn’t) and soonyoung is SUPER CLINGY so i think he would do a great job of making her feel really needed and adored without even really meaning to. karol and soonyoung snuggling on the couch and talking about their days with a movie on in the background and just . enjoying company. im so sad

@kaleidoscope-of-roses i think would suit minghao or vernon a lot. i think they’re really similar in the way that they, like, consider how to address things really deeply and choose words carefully and speak genuinely and monet would!!! really love that!!! and do the same with them! also (this might upset ppl) but CANCER SCORPIO IS THE BEST COMBO IN THE ENTIRE FUCKING WORLD OK IT JUST IS I KNOW PPL HATE YALL BUT I LOVE YALL AND U WOULD SUIT EACH OTHER SO WELLLL i just think monet and minghao would be all sexy and intelligent and talk about their feelings all day like that’s... i love it yall would be the hottest couple on campus. i see u guys getting food at a cafe together and i start crying bc i’ll never be that hot

Because people are worried about Kd. They never confirmed or denied their relationship. We only see them together on stage. And not offstage. How many times have they been caught together. Both are very reserved with their personal life. We only know what they want to show. So this hiatus doesn't change anything. They kept hiding, because if caught they would harm kd and the group. We have to settle for Ji's little clues.

I think that, if they confirmed their rs, they (and the shippers/supporters whatever name you choose) would have more reasons to worry about.

your writing's been helping me with my recovery recently, more specifically your Dr. kry character, mainly because I didn't have the best doctor, he was a traditional old man who kinda told me to "stop being dramatic" every time my abdomen hurt.

A year or so ago my now former boyfriend had a$$4ulted me, and it resulted in an unfortunate miscarriage that was a bit traumatic, since it happened so fast. (Trying to keep things brief)

But yeah, your Dr. kry writings recently were comforting, knowing that a fictional doctor was at least a bit more caring than the one I had. I've been healing more as of recent, and got a better doctor and set of nurses after I was discharged to a clinic for check ups and exams.

Late, but for the Writer's Would You Ever, piggybacking off the novel anon, if a novel is too much, how about a short story collection? If not short stories, how about poetry?

It's not a bad idea in theory, but in reality I am not good at original content at all 🥲 I think it's very nice that people think this is something I could do, though!

I've just always struggle with making things that are 100% original. Story ideas I usually have are ones that have been done better, and I usually don't feel a need to get any story I've thought up *out* before, if that makes sense? I imagine that authors become authors because they have a story or more to tell that they couldn't keep contained, and I've never felt like that with any original ideas.

Maybe that's weird for a fic writer to say? I used to take a lot of writing classes too, but unfortunately the stories I wrote were 90% thinly veiled fanfiction, I've just always been bad at Original Content. I think the only reason I started writing fanfiction was because I didn't see the types of stories I wanted to read about xyz character, so I started writing them. (Maybe? It's been So Long but thats the vibes I have now, at least).
