Had a fun video collab with Petia Kolibova @be.strong.minded sharing the Top 3 Mindset and Mental Wellness tips for Women. I’ve learned from my clients that having the right mindset and mental wellness are underestimated in importance in today’s go go go society but can affect everything from your business, employment, health, and relationships if not taken care properly on the front end. What I most enjoyed about our experience is that we were able share a little bit about our stories but more importantly, how you can address the stress that comes with weight management, cardiovascular support, and cellular health with the right natural solutions. For example, one simple mental exercise that you can do the next time you are feeling anger or anxiousness in the heat of the moment is to say, “I notice myself thinking about feeling nervous” and that will diffuse the situation a lil since it operates under the principle that you can’t deal with something until you’ve named it. This solution in addition to other safe and effective options will not only help you to reduce stress in the workplace and home, but it will empower you to live your best life starting today! When I moved to Las Vegas in November 2013 I only knew a couple people; the boss that hired me for my previous Corporate job and my sister living here. I always had a vision growing up that extended far beyond just paying bills and chasing after someone else's dream, but never had a way of realizing it. 🤔 I wanted to have a career where it was more about helping people over profits and more about nurturing relationships instead of just "hitting the numbers." I wanted to create an environment in real life and on social media that was built on positivity, teamwork, and understanding that inspired people to pursue what they are most knowledgeable and passionate about. 💡❤️ I wanted to work from home, set my own ours, look forward to waking up each day, and be able to fall asleep each night knowing that I not only brought my fair share to the table, but did things with excellence. ✅ I love the saying, "It's not how much money you make, but how you make your money." I'll also add that it's who you become along the way from a character and communication standpoint, which is why balance in my health, finances, relationships, and faith is so important.🙏🏼 After leaving that Corporate job of 7 years back in 2014 to become a small business owner, I can say that I'm thankful to have a tribe of people that I get to do life with today. I am excited to support individuals, moms, families, non-profits, and businesses locally and worldwide with my message of healing and hope. Question #34b Haley G. from Columbus, Ohio asks “I keep hearing about this ‘Paleo’ Diet from my kids and girlfriends, and that it can have some pretty serious weight management benefits to it. I get that it is essentially a prehistoric diet, but what exactly does that mean?”

My Short Answer: There are some major positive aspects of the paleo diet. One of them is that nothing is processed. One of the major upsides of the paleo diet is that it restricts ALL processed foods and recommends mostly raw foods, especially since the Standard American Diet is over 60% processed foods.
